19-21).The applicant is aware of an analogue of the claimed invention, which is a valid cord model of an autogyro with an internal combustion engine, in which hollow cylinders placed on the shaft instead of vanes are used as a supporting system, with many bent vanes that provide rotation of the cylinders due to the incoming air flow on them (Model Design Magazine ”No. 12, 2003, p.19-21).
The disadvantage of this model is that for its separation from the ground, it is necessary to accelerate due to the propeller thrust. Such an aircraft will not be able to freeze in place, fly sideways, backward or with gliding.
553).The closest analogue (prototype) of the claimed invention is a Ka-18 twin-screw coaxial helicopter containing a body, internal and external coaxial shafts with rotor blades driven by a gearbox from the engine, a generator, a control unit, a longitudinal-transverse control mechanism (Big Soviet Encyclopedia, t.4, M., publishing house "Soviet Encyclopedia, 1971, p. 553).
The disadvantage of the prototype is the lack of reliability, maneuverability and large dimensions when using blades.
A task, not the solution of which the invention is directed, is to increase the weight return of the aircraft and improve its maneuverability and flight characteristics.
The solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that in a coaxial rotor roller containing a housing, internal and external coaxial shafts driven by a gearbox from the engine, a generator, a control unit, a longitudinal-transverse control mechanism, upper cylindrical rotors are fixed on an axis on the axis, rotation is cylindrical the rotors are transmitted through the block of intermediate gears, the inner and outer shafts are equipped with brakes, and the longitudinal-transverse control mechanism is made in the form of a bearing mounted on the outer shaft, on which m fixed fork connected with a universal rocking chair connected to the rods of longitudinal and lateral control, the inner shaft is equipped with a universal joint, and the outer shaft is equipped with a universal ring.
Obtaining the technical result of the invention is possible through the use of traction of cylindrical rotors, the rotation control of which is carried out using the proposed device.
The drawing shows a coaxial rotor.
23.The rotor roll contains coaxial inner shaft 1, outer shaft 2, on the axes 3 and 4 of which the upper cylindrical rotors 5 and lower cylindrical rotors 6 are mounted, respectively, on the inner shaft 1 there is a differential satellite 7 connected to the blocks 8 of the intermediate gears providing rotation of the cylindrical rotors 5 and 6. The rotor roll also contains a generator 10, an engine 11 located in the housing 9, by means of a reducer 12 kinematically connected with shafts 1 and 2 having brakes 13 and 14, respectively, a control unit 15, a longitudinal lateral control in the form of a bearing 16 mounted on the outer shaft 2, on which a fork 17 is fixed, connected to a universal rocking chair 18, connected to the longitudinal control rod 19 and the lateral control rod 20. The inner shaft 1 is equipped with a universal joint 21, and the outer shaft 2 is equipped with a universal ring 22. The engine 11 is connected to the control unit 15 of the rod 23.
Coaxial rotor operates as follows.
11.The upper cylindrical rotors 5 and lower cylindrical rotors 6, mounted on the axis 3 and 4 of the inner shaft 1 and the outer shaft 2, respectively, rotate in opposite directions, receiving rotation from the engine 11 through the gearbox 12, the differential satellite 7 and the blocks 8 of the intermediate gears. The control unit 15, receiving power from the generator 10, converts radio signals (with unmanned control) or pilot signals. Rods 19 and 20 provide control in the longitudinal-transverse direction through the universal rocker 18 and the fork 17, mounted on the bearing 16, mounted on the outer shaft 2, provided with a universal joint ring 22, interacting with a universal joint 21 mounted on the inner shaft 1. The directional control occurs due to the brakes 13 and 14 acting on the shafts 1 and 2, respectively, the lifting force is controlled by a thrust 23 connected to the engine 11.
The cylinder rotating in the air stream does not have an inductive flow, so the rotation of the upper cylindrical rotors 5 does not cause harmful effects and loss of traction on the lower cylindrical rotors 6, which can significantly reduce the distance between the upper and lower rotors, which will entail a decrease in the weight of the rotor structure.
