Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in the development of minerals in an open way for the full and operational geological and information support of drilling and blasting operations in preparing the rock mass for subsequent excavation, transportation and dumping.
A known method of drilling and blasting (BWR) in coal mines (see, for example, "Drilling and blasting in coal mines" / Edited by N. Ya. Repin. - M .: Nedra, 1987, p. 254), with where the geological support for the design of the BWR includes the use of empirical data on structural and strength properties presented in the form of a classification, as well as exploration data, in particular, a geological column and a description in the drilling log for the exploratory well closest to the prepared section. The proposed classification does not reflect the properties of the rocks of all deposits developed by the open pit method and including various coals - from brown and earthy differences to anthracites. The use of extrapolated data from an exploratory well cannot reflect specific geological conditions on the blasting block, since intelligence network is many hundreds of meters. In addition, the determination of physical and mechanical properties during exploration is carried out only for individual wells. For example, the number of such wells by standards is 2-4 in the entire career field with respect to a relatively simple structure.
228).A similar approach to providing geological information with geological information using exploration results and generalized empirical data is proposed in the works of specialists of KuzPI and NIIOGR (see Panachev I.A. et al. “Features of open mining and coal processing of complex structural deposits of Kuzbass”, Kemerovo, Kuzbassvuzizdat, 1997 G., p. 220; Repin N.Ya. “Preparation and excavation of overburden of coal open pits” - M .: Nedra, 1978, p. 256; Biryukov A.V. et al. “Statistical models in mining processes ", Kemerovo, Kuzbassvuzizdat, 1996 , p. 228).
стр.17 указанного руководства).There is also a known method for carrying out blasting according to the “Methodological Guide for the selection of blasting schemes for coal mines, taking into account physical and mechanical properties and the use of mechanization means”, approved by the USSR MUP on 05/19/1980, Chelyabinsk, 1981, in which the geological support for the design of blasting blasting ( specific consumption of explosive (BB), borehole diameter and other parameters) is carried out using tabular data on blocking and physico-mechanical properties, summarized in classification groups of lithotypes of rocks. The classification is based on exploration materials by summarizing the primary geological documents, which include geological logs of wells (see page 17 of this manual).
Known methods for the preparation of explosive blasting using geological information obtained indirectly from averaged and extrapolated intelligence data do not provide the necessary quality of drilling and blasting preparation of rock mass at a specific section of the ledge. In addition, well-known methods do not take into account such geological factors affecting explosive crushing, as the geological structure of the massif of a particular block.
The closest in technical essence to the claimed invention is a method of open-cast mining of rocks by ed. USSR certificate No. 1598515, Е21С 41/30, publ. 05/27/2000, including drilling and blasting preparation of the rock mass by drilling wells in side and pillar blocks, charging explosive wells with subsequent blasting by blasting them, and mining blasted rocks with ledges. At the same time, to improve the quality of explosive preparation of the ledges, as in the previous methods, the geological information obtained during the exploration and synthesis of empirical data is used, and the azimuths of the fall and strike of the bedding of rocks in the massif are determined on its basis, breaking is performed by the fall of the bedding of the rocks in the blocks, and working out of ledges is carried out along the strike of bedding of rocks with the direction of the front of development of mining operations, opposite to the fall of bedding of rocks.
However, taking the azimuth and strike of bedding of rocks into account when designing BWRs is advisable only in particular cases when bedding is the dominant geological factor in the anisotropy of rock mass properties with clearly defined lamination and bedding surfaces, for example, in shale deposits. For coal deposits, this method of preparing blasting agents is ineffective, because it does not take into account the whole complex of various geological factors, in particular, fracturing, the ratio of the crack density of differently oriented systems, the physicomechanical properties of the host rocks, the geological structure of a particular blasting block, etc., which ultimately leads to a deterioration in the quality of the rock mass produced by blasting due to the heterogeneous size of its pieces and complicates its further excavation and transportation.
The invention solves the problem of increasing the efficiency of drilling and blasting preparation of rock mass in coal mines by improving its quality in lumpiness and degree of crushing, which provides increased productivity during excavation and transportation of rock mass.
The technical result obtained by using the invention is achieved by the fact that in the method of drilling and blasting preparation of rocks before their excavation, which includes designing drilling and blasting materials based on geological information, drilling wells in near-edge and whole blocks, charging explosive wells with subsequent blasting of the blasting and mining of blasted rocks with ledges, according to the invention, in order to obtain geological information directly for each blasting block on a visible slope exposure, elements of bedding are measured of the composing rocks, lithotypes of these rocks are determined and their physical and mechanical properties are determined from the selected samples, the side sketch and geological section of the block are built on the basis of these data, then mass measurements of the angular and linear parameters of rock fracture and the frequency of cracks are carried out according to the results of measurements, they build the lattice of the main crack systems with respect to the escarpment of the ledge, from the totality of the obtained geological information, calculate the technological parameters of the blasting system and design the drilling network yvnyh wells.
At the same time, geological information about the elements of the occurrence of rocks is obtained using direct instrumental measurements or by conducting large-scale photo documentation on the visible outcrop.
The totality of the obtained geological information is drawn up in the form of a Geological supplement to the BVR passport.
The method is illustrated by drawings, where Fig. 1 shows an example of a side sketch of a visible outcrop of a slope; figure 2 is a geological section of the block along section AA; figure 3 is an example of the relative position (overlay) of the fracture lattice of one of the layers and the grid of the designed wells.
The method is as follows.
После этого с учетом указанных замеров и геологических наблюдений составляют характерный геологический разрез блока (фиг.2).At a coal mine, prior to drilling, the design of drilling and blasting is based on geological information. At the same time, geological factors affecting the efficiency of explosive crushing are determined directly for each blasting block by means of a complex of geological works. In particular, on the visible exposure of the slope along it and in the bottom of the ledge by instrumental methods, the necessary measurements of bedding elements of the constituent rocks are carried out: the strike and dip angles of the layers are measured, for example, using a mountain compass, and the thickness of the layers is measured with a tape measure or other linear measuring tool. To determine the altitude position of the strata in the excavator approach, rangefinder tools and altimeters are used, for example, the VGMI type VGM design. Then determine the lithotypes of the constituent rocks and, taking them into account, make up the side sketch or vertical projection of the visible outcrop of the slope, which reflects the geological structure of the blasted block (Fig. 1). After that, taking into account the indicated measurements and geological observations make up a characteristic geological section of the block (figure 2).
Full information on the geological structure of the block can also be obtained by conducting large-scale photo documentation of rock outcrops in the slope. The methodology of geological photo documentation developed by the All-Russian Research Institute of Mining Geomechanics and Mine Surveying (see, for example, “Guidelines for geological photo documentation of the sides of coal mines”, L., VNIMI, 1972), consists in shooting amateur slope cameras, next to which a measured rail is set for scaling a picture. Processing of shooting materials and obtaining a scaled image, similar to that shown in figure 1, is carried out by the traditional laboratory method and decryption or directly on a computer when shooting with digital cameras.
При необходимости по небольшим образцам определяют плотность пород, например, с помощью весов лабораторных квадратного типа (ВЛК).For the main lithotypes of rocks, their strength is determined from the selected samples using standardized express methods, for example, using indenter devices such as the portable probe BU-39 (GOST 24941-81). The test results are shown in tabular form in the geological application, as shown in table 1. If necessary, the density of the rocks is determined by small samples, for example, using a laboratory-type square scale (VLK).
2.Then, on the outcrops of the slope and bottom, mass measurements of the angular and linear fracture parameters are carried out. The average values of the occurrence elements and the frequency of the cracks (the distance between the cracks) of different systems (for example, systems I and II) are entered in the table, as shown in table 2.
Based on the results of measurements of the angular and linear parameters of fracturing (Table 2), in the geological application, a schematic lattice of the main systems of cracks is constructed (indicated by the
и проектируют сетку буровзрывных скважин (на фиг.3 обозначена цифрой 2).After that, based on the totality of the obtained geological information, including taking into account the location of the
Based on the results of the complex of geological works described above for the blast unit, the Geological Appendix to the BVR passport is compiled as a document that reflects in a concise and clear form the information necessary for the design of drilling and blasting operations. The geological application is an on-board sketch (Fig. 1), a geological section of the block (Fig. 2), a diagram of the fracture lattice of the formations (Fig. 3), as well as a table of physical and mechanical properties (Table 1) and fracture parameters (Table 2). ), which are compactly placed on one sheet. This material is handed over for direct use to specialists involved in the design and implementation of BVR.
д.The information received is the most significant and crucial for the effective blasting of a particular unit. These data make it possible to make sound engineering decisions on the technology of blasting operations on the block and calculate the parameters of the blast hole grid, explosive flow rate (BB), determine the location of borehole charges in height and in the block, select the optimal initiation scheme, etc.
Calculations of technological parameters of drilling and blasting operations are carried out according to well-known formulas (see the aforementioned “Methodological Guide for the Selection of Blasting Schemes ...”, Chelyabinsk, 1980; “Handbook on Drilling and Blasting Operations in Quarries”, Kiev, 1973, etc.). The calculation formulas include the strength and density of the rocks, the average size of the natural block separately (or the average distance between the cracks), the angle between the main system of cracks and the slope of the ledge.
When calculating the parameters of the blast hole grid, the angular combination of the main fracture systems among themselves is taken into account. According to the spatial position of the main fracture systems, a scheme (sequence) of initiation of borehole charges is selected. In accordance with the geological structure and spatial position of the rocks in the block, the optimal location of explosive charges in the wells in height and in plan is chosen.
The advantage of the proposed method lies in the use for the design and implementation of drilling and blasting operations of objective geological information obtained directly on the blasting block, rather than indirect, averaged and extrapolated data, which increases the validity of engineering calculations and solutions using blasting technology.
In addition, the use of the claimed method of drilling and blasting preparation of rocks before their excavation can significantly increase its effectiveness by improving the quality of the rock mass in lumpiness and degree of crushing, which in turn provides increased productivity during excavation and transportation of rock mass.
17-18%.The proposed method was tested by conducting experimental explosions and pilot-industrial implementation of the method in the coal mines of Ekibastuz and Southern Kuzbass. Using the method of geological and information support of explosives at Ekibastuz open pits made it possible to improve the quality of the blasted mass: the size of the average piece was reduced by 35%, the yield of a large (more than 100 cm) fraction decreased from 42 to 16%, and the yield of a small (<30 cm) fraction was increased from 18 up to 34% and the degree of crushing from 1.17 to 1.58. As a result, the performance of overburden excavators increased by 20%. In the Southern Kuzbass, the size of the average piece of blasted mass was reduced by 18-48%, the yield of oversized materials decreased by 60%, the degree of crushing of the rocks increased by 30%. Improving the quality of the rock mass led to an increase in productivity of excavators by an average of 17-18%.
