Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the mining and processing industries and can be used to restore disturbed lands in agriculture, the construction and energy industry.
A known method of restoring disturbed soils [1] during open-pit mining of deposits, including the excavation, movement and storage of soil layer and overburden in separate tape heaps, mining a quarry field, moving and laying overburden and soil layer. However, restoration of disturbed lands with this method occurs over a very long period, and the soil layer is subject to wind and water erosion.
The closest technical solution, selected as a prototype, is a method of restoring disturbed lands during open-pit mining of deposits [2], which includes separate excavation, transfer and storage of soil layer and overburden into separate tape dumps, mining a quarry field, and laying out the worked out space with construction waste, similar in composition to natural materials, layer by layer with rolling of each layer with further leveling by overburden and subsequent laying of soil wow layer. The disadvantage of this method is the extraction of large volumes of soil to create a fertile layer, which in turn leads to the formation of large areas of disturbed land, an increase in labor costs and a significant increase in the cost of restoration work.
The proposed technical solution reduces labor costs and the cost of restoration work.
This is achieved by the fact that in the method of restoring quarries for construction of facilities, including separate excavation, moving and storing soil layers and overburden into separate tape dumps, quarrying, laying out the excavated space with construction waste layer by layer with packing of each layer and then leveling overburden and laying the soil layer, according to the invention, filling quarries with construction debris is carried out to the level of half the height of the quarry, rolling dissolved and then backfilled overburden to completely fill the goaf pits followed alignment furthermore filled pits of the surface to eliminate subsidence unrolled borehole depth and to computational portionwise clog their construction waste with seals each portion. Then, a layer-by-layer layer is laid on the entire surface of the quarries treated in this way: a layer of overburden, a layer of construction waste and a layer of reinforcement made of geosynthetic material in the form of sleeves filled with construction waste previously crushed to a grain size of not more than 150 mm. As construction waste, beaten, burnt brick, concrete, reinforced concrete, and ceramic tile are used. Thus, they get the “foundation - foundation” system for the further construction of any structure on it. The use of bored piles in conjunction with layer-by-layer laying of layers of overburden, construction waste and reinforcement made of geosynthetic material in the form of hoses filled with crushed building waste of a certain grain size reduces the laboriousness of the work and the cost of further restoration and use of land areas disturbed by open cast mining deposits.
The implementation of this invention reduces the cost of restoration work through the use of construction waste that is constantly generated as a result of reconstruction, demolition and repair of buildings and structures, and there is no need to extract large volumes of soil to create a fertile layer. Given the fact that constantly generated construction waste is disposed of in landfills for the disposal of domestic and industrial waste, the introduction of this invention will improve the environmental situation.
The drawing shows a diagram of the implementation of this method.
The method is as follows.
First, on the area of the disturbed area, planning works are performed. The average absolute mark is set taking into account the feasibility study. Territory planning is carried out with giving the planned surface a slight bias towards a general lowering of the earth's surface. Then pre-fill the quarry (1) with construction waste layer by layer (2, 3, 4) with different grain sizes to half its height (h), but not lower than the groundwater level. Each layer is sealed by rolling using sealing machines and mechanisms. Then the quarry is poured (1) until it is completely filled with overburden (5) and the area is leveled. Then, wells (6) are rolled up to the calculated depth on the surface of the filled pits to remove the subsidence of the soils and they are portioned with building waste (7) with each portion being compacted using the rolling unit by transmitting an axial force of 10 atm to it. The compaction of the portions is carried out until the onset of “failure” - the conditional limit equilibrium that occurs when the resistance from the soil to the pickup is 10 atm. Elimination of subsidence properties of overburden with the help of printed rolled wells occurs due to:
- вытеснения грунта в околоскваженное пространство и формирование уплотненной зоны (8);- displacement of soil into the near wellbore space and the formation of a compacted zone (8);
- наложения уплотненных зон околоскважинного пространства соседних свай;- overlapping sealed areas near the borehole space of adjacent piles;
- создания обоймы из набивных раскатанных скважин, снижающих возможность бокового расширения преобразованного массива вскрышных пород.- creating a cage of printed rolled wells, reducing the possibility of lateral expansion of the transformed overburden rock mass.
Then, over the entire surface of the areas treated in such a way, the quarries are layered in alternating layers: a layer of overburden (9), a layer of construction waste (10) and a layer of reinforcement (11) made of geosynthetic material in the form of sleeves of a certain diameter and length filled with construction waste pre-crushed to a particle size of fractions of not more than 150 mm.
