Abstract
Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to search for an element with a reduced insulation resistance in a branched electric network of direct operating current of power plants and substations.
61-62].A known method for detecting an element with reduced insulation resistance, based on superimposing a control alternating current on the network and measuring the active component of the current in the controlled element, based on measuring the length of time between the moment of transition through zero of the alternating current of the controlled element and the moment of transition through zero of voltage with the frequency of the source of the control variable current at the poles of the network. The presence of damage in the controlled element is determined by the fact of an increase in the active component of the current [Ovsyannikov A.A., Faibisovich V.A., Shlyk V.V. Automation of the search for earth faults in operational DC networks // Electric Stations, 1982, No. 2, pp. 61-62].
The disadvantage of this method is that monitoring in many network elements requires direct multiple connection of the device to the poles of the network, this can be an additional cause of damage, for example, an inter-pole short circuit or voltage falling on the operator making measurements.
БИ №43, 1982].There is also a method for searching for an element with reduced insulation resistance in branched direct current direct current networks, based on superimposing a control alternating current on the network, measuring alternating current components over network sections, simultaneously fixing the phases of alternating currents in an element with a known normal insulation resistance and in an element with reduced insulation resistance and the identification of a damaged element by the maximum current value, and in case of equality of the measured values by the difference value al currents on portions of the [A. USSR No. 1679421, MKI G01R 31/08, publ. BI No. 43, 1982].
The disadvantage of this method is that, if necessary, measurements in many controlled elements can be difficult due to the lack of the possibility of simultaneous measurement of current in a known undamaged element at the measurement site.
02.27.2002].A known method of searching for an element with reduced insulation resistance in a branched electrical network of constant operational current, selected as a prototype, namely, that control alternating current and short pulses are synchronized with the moment of transition through zero of alternating voltage at the poles of the specified network having the frequency of the control alternating current, the control alternating current and short pulses are isolated in the current of the element under control and the active component of the current is measured to ntroliruemogo element based on measuring the time interval between the moment of zero crossing of the alternating current controlled element and the instant of occurrence of a short pulse. The presence of damage in the controlled element is determined by the fact of an increase in the active component of the current [RF Patent No. 2180124, IPC 7 G01R 31/11, publ. 02.27.2002].
The disadvantages of this method are, firstly, the difficulty in detuning from impulse noise arising during switching, since a filter with a wide frequency bandwidth is required to isolate a short pulse at the measurement site, and secondly, the eigenfrequency of individual sections of the network coincides with the spectrum frequencies a short pulse, which leads to the dependence of the operation of the device on the parameters of individual sections of the network.
The objective of the invention is to increase noise immunity, reducing the influence of network parameters on the operation of the device.
The solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that the method of searching for an element with a reduced insulation resistance in a branched electric network of direct operational current, as in the prototype, consists in the fact that a control alternating current and current pulses are synchronized with the moment of transition through zero alternating current voltage at the poles of the specified network having the frequency of the control alternating current, emit a control alternating current and pulses in the current of the controlled element, measure the active state AC-governing and determining a decrease in insulation resistance element controlled upon increasing the active current component. Moreover, according to the invention, the pulses are high-frequency current pulses, the duration of which is equal to half the period of the control alternating current, and the active component of the current of the monitored element is determined based on the calculation of the half-periods of the high-frequency current falling into the time interval between the moment when the alternating control current of the controlled element passes through zero and the moment of disappearance of the high-frequency current pulse.
The possibility of technical implementation of the proposed method is due to the fact that, firstly, the phase shift of the high-frequency current pulses in comparison with the phase shift of the control alternating current, ceteris paribus, is as much less than the high frequency exceeds the frequency of the control alternating current, secondly, by the fact that high-frequency pulses can be isolated by a narrow-band filter, which provides higher noise immunity, and also by the fact that a high frequency can be received obviously less than governmental network controlled frequency elements.

Indicator 10 is a standard dial gauge or digital meter.
Источник импульсов тока высокой частоты 3 за счет связи через датчик напряжения на полюсах сети 4 и фильтр 5 синхронизирован так, что импульс тока высокой частоты начинает вырабатываться в моменты перехода напряжения на полюсах сети через ноль и длится в течение одного положительного полупериода контрольного переменного напряжения (фиг.2,в).The control alternating current source 1 (Fig. 1) generates a sinusoidal signal with a certain frequency (Fig. 2, a). Due to the voltage drop across the resistors 2, the voltage at the poles of the network receives a phase shift (figure 2, b). The source of high-frequency current pulses 3 due to communication through a voltage sensor at the poles of the network 4 and the filter 5 is synchronized so that the high-frequency current pulse begins to be generated at the moments when the voltage at the poles of the network passes through zero and lasts for one positive half-period of the control alternating voltage (Fig. .2, c).
The current of the controlled element with the help of the current sensor 6 is supplied to the low-pass filter 7 and the band-pass filter 8. A sinusoidal signal is generated at the output of the low-frequency filter 7, which is proportional to the control alternating current flowing in the controlled element. At the output of the bandpass filter 8, a high-frequency current pulse is emitted, the duration of which is equal to half the period of the control alternating current (Fig.2, g). The signal from the output of the low-pass filter 7 and the signal from the output of the band-pass filter 8 are fed to the meter of the active component of the control current 9, which determines the number of positive half-periods of the high-frequency current pulse falling in the time interval between the moment of passing through the zero of the alternating control current of the controlled element and the moment the disappearance of the current pulse of high frequency (figure 2, g). In an element with intact insulation, the number of such positive half-periods is 50% of the total number of positive half-periods, in an element with a reduced insulation resistance, their number is less than 50%. Next, the meter of the active component of the control current 9 generates a signal according to the formula
где UA - сигнал, пропорциональный активной составляющей контрольного переменного тока;where U A is a signal proportional to the active component of the control alternating current;
k - коэффициент пропорциональности;k is the coefficient of proportionality;
I - действующее значение контрольного переменного тока в контролируемом элементе;I is the effective value of the control alternating current in the controlled element;
- фазовый сдвиг между током в контролируемом элементе и напряжением на полюсе сети (фиг.2,г), - phase shift between the current in the controlled element and the voltage at the pole of the network (figure 2, g),
где n - число положительных полупериодов импульса, попадающих в отрезок времени между моментом перехода через ноль переменного контрольного тока контролируемого элемента и моментом исчезновения импульса тока высокой частоты;where n is the number of positive half-periods of the pulse falling into the time interval between the moment of transition through zero of the alternating control current of the element under control and the moment of disappearance of the high-frequency current pulse;
N is the total number of positive half periods.
The signal from the output of the meter of the active component of the control current 9 is fed to the indicator 10, according to the testimony of which the operator can judge the decrease in insulation resistance in the controlled element.
The synchronization of the moment of generation of high-frequency current pulses with the moment of zero voltage crossing at the poles of the network can be carried out, for example, using the following operations performed on the basis of typical circuitry solutions: the voltage at the poles of the network is supplied to a zero level comparator (not shown in Fig. 1 ), rectangular pulses are formed at the output of the comparator, the edges of which coincide with the moment of the transition of the voltage sine wave at the poles of the network through zero. Rectangular pulses from the output of the comparator control the high-frequency current source so that it only works for the duration of the positive pulse.
As a result of the calculations, it was found that with real combinations of the parameters of the DC direct current network, it is possible to fix the control alternating current and high-frequency current pulses at the measurement site.
For example, let the signals propagate in the direct operating current network, the equivalent capacitance of the generalized element relative to ground 11 is 25 μF, and the controlled element has the following parameters:
1) первый случай - емкость контролируемого элемента относительно земли 12 равна 0.2 мкФ, сопротивление изоляции в контролируемом элементе 13 равно 40 кОм;1) the first case - the capacity of the controlled element relative to earth 12 is 0.2 μF, the insulation resistance in the controlled element 13 is 40 kOhm;
2) the second case - the capacity of the controlled element relative to earth 12 is 3 μF, the insulation resistance in the controlled element 13 is 40 kOhm.
Тогда при частоте контрольного переменного тока - 5 Гц, частоте источника импульсов высокой частоты - 1000 Гц в месте измерения в первом случае отрезок времени между моментом перехода через ноль переменного контрольного тока контролируемого элемента и моментом исчезновения импульса тока высокой частоты равен 0,464 с, что соответствует φ=18°, во втором случае данный отрезок времени равен 0,431 с, что соответствует φ=72°.Then, when the frequency of the control alternating current is 5 Hz, the frequency of the source of high-frequency pulses is 1000 Hz at the measurement site, in the first case, the time interval between the moment of passing through the zero alternating control current of the element under control and the moment the high-frequency current pulse disappears is 0.464 s, which corresponds to φ = 18 °, in the second case, this period of time is 0.431 s, which corresponds to φ = 72 °.
With the given parameters of the sources, the methodical error of measuring the active component of the alternating current of the controlled element is not more than 0.5% with a decrease in its insulation resistance to 40 kOhm and below.
The proposed method of searching for an element with a reduced insulation resistance, in comparison with the existing one, allows to achieve higher noise immunity and low susceptibility to the influence of network parameters on the operation of the device.
