Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the building materials industry, and in particular to compositions of dry building mixes, and may find application in the manufacture of mortars for internal and external plastering.
п.).The prior art building mixture, comprising 15.2-16.5 wt.h. cement, 80.0-81.0 parts by weight sand and 2.8-3.8 parts by weight mechanically activated fly ash (see application RU No. 95101683, class C04B 28/00, 02.03.1995). It is known that the appearance of efflorescences on the facades of buildings reduces not only the aesthetic qualities of the finish, but also represents a danger in terms of operational parameters. The introduction of mechanically activated fly ash contributes to a decrease in salt formation without affecting other performance characteristics (strength, thermal insulation properties, etc.).
The composition of the building mixture is also known, including 4.0-20.0 parts by weight. cement, 3.0-7 parts by weight lime, 54.0-73.0 parts by weight light aggregate of water-saturated volcanic rock and 16.0-23.0 wt.h. water (see application RU No.2000115600, class С04В 28/04, 06/20/2000). The use of water-saturated volcanic rock as a lightweight aggregate can improve the insulating properties of the mixture.
In order to improve thermal insulation qualities, porous material and (or) ash microsphere are added to building mixtures. For example, a plaster mixture is known comprising 10-30 parts by weight. white cement, 40-50 parts by weight filler - a porous material from the group: perlite, vermiculite, pumice, microsphere (waste GRES), polystyrene beads, 5-8 parts by weight pigment, 10-20 parts by weight acrylic dispersion, 3-8 parts by weight basalt fiber and the rest is water (see application RU No. 97108003, class C04B 28/02, 05/15/1997). This composition is intended for the preparation of mortar used for decorative plastering. The disadvantages of the stucco mixture are its low mobility, the applied solution is difficult to level out, so it is used only for decorative surfaces. In addition, the relatively high content in the known mixture of basalt fiber and acrylic dispersion significantly increases the cost of the mixture. The technology for preparing the mixture is quite laborious - you need to measure and mix six components of the mixture in a certain sequence and in a special mixer to prevent the destruction of brittle grains, which also affects the increase in cost.
Closest to the proposed invention is a plaster mixture (see NZ 504996, publ. 08.28.2002), containing, wt.%: Portland cement - 20-30, lime - 1-3, river quartz sand - 55-75, aluminosilicate ash microspheres - 8-12, methyl cellulose - 0.05-0.4, mixing water of the stucco mixture. The specified mixture, like the previous one, has rather high heat-insulating qualities, but the high content of cement and sand make it stiff and inactive, which leads to low workability of the mixture. In addition, even a small content of methylcellulose leads to an increase in the cost of the plaster mixture.
The present invention is aimed at creating a building mixture intended for the preparation of cheap plaster mortar with increased mobility.
Решение поставленной задачи обеспечивается тем, что штукатурная смесь, содержащая портландцемент, зольную микросферу, известь строительную гидратную, песок кварцевый необогащенный и воду, содержит указанные компоненты при следующем их соотношении, мас.%:The solution to this problem is provided by the fact that the stucco mixture containing Portland cement, ash microsphere, building hydrated lime, raw quartz sand and water, contains these components in the following ratio, wt.%:
The proposed plaster solution differs from the known new quantitative composition of known components.
The technical result achieved by the implementation of the described invention is to increase mobility and simplify the composition of the stucco. The introduction of an additional lime content in a known composition (within the specified limits) allows to obtain plastic solutions due to the fact that CaO particles are able to retain adsorption layers of water on their surface, which reduce friction between them. Therefore, these solutions have a higher workability, it is easily and evenly distributed in a thin layer on the surface of a brick or concrete and adheres well to it, and also fills all cracks and caverns. In addition, the introduction of lime in the proposed amounts in the composition leads to an increase in gel formation with increasing pH (and the concentration of OH - ) of the liquid medium in the cement slurry. OH - ions are important for the manifestation of astringent properties, as they enter the crystal lattice of calcium hydrosilicates. The introduction of Ca (OH) 2 in the composition of plaster mixtures leads to the formation of highly basic HSC type C 2 SH 2 and others and increases the strength characteristics. This allowed to slightly reduce the cement content in the mixture: up to 12.0-16.0 wt.% (In the prototype - 20.0-36.0), while maintaining strength. The absence of methylcellulose in the claimed composition and the relatively low cement content significantly reduce the cost of the mixture compared to the prototype, while the technology for producing the solution is traditional - mixing in a conventional mixer (with small volumes can be mixed manually), and the process of applying the solution due to its high mobility can be mechanized.
The invention is further illustrated by an example of a specific implementation. The preparation of the dry raw mix is carried out according to traditional technology as follows.
2.The initial components are loaded into the mixer, dosing,: Portland cement, raw silica sand, hydrated lime and ash microsphere, mixed, and water added. As the main raw materials used: Portland cement brand not lower than 400 (GOST 965-89); hydrated building lime (GOST 9179-77); un-enriched quartz sand that meets the requirements of GOST 22551-77; ash microsphere (GRES waste). To compare the characteristics, a mixture was prepared corresponding to the optimal composition of the prototype. Specific examples of the compositions and their properties are given in tables 1 and 2.
Composition 1 has a low adhesion strength, and composition 5 is poorly applied to the surface, reaching for a spatula. Formulations 2-4 are optimal. Under No. 6 shows the composition of the solution according to the prototype. As tests have shown, this solution has a very low mobility (the presence of basalt fiber affects). As follows from the experimental data presented in the table, the use of ingredients in the stated ratios (examples 2-4) allows to increase the mobility of the stucco mortar in comparison with the prototype (example 6) by 1.9 times, while preserving the compressive strength.
In addition, an additional advantage of the claimed technical solution over the prototype is to reduce the cost of mortar through the use of cheap constituent components.
