Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for the restoration of metal surfaces by surfacing, can be used to eliminate defects in the surfaces of machine parts during their repair.
A known method of restoring parts, including the processing of worn surfaces and subsequent coating (and.with. No. 731659, V23K 9/04, 1988). The processing of worn surfaces is carried out taking into account the thickness of the poor-quality coating layer, which is determined in advance, the removable layer of material is counted from the nominal surface size in the body of the part. The disadvantage is the voltage appearing at the boundary of the applied coating.
There is a method of surfacing parts (AS No. 500931, V23K 9/04, 01/30/1976), selected for the closest analogue, in which the areas least susceptible to wear are deposited with soft metal, and the adjacent areas are deposited with hard wear-resistant metal. To increase the fatigue strength of the areas deposited by hard wear-resistant metal, the areas deposited by soft metal are plastically deformed, riveting them to obtain compressive stresses in adjacent areas with the deposited hard metal. The disadvantages are the high complexity of the method and the possible "contraction" of the deposited solid wear-resistant metal at the boundary of its contact with the material of the part, because upon cooling and crystallization, metal shrinks. During subsequent machining of the deposited metal to the level of the surface to be treated, an understatement remains in the heat-affected zone, which affects the quality of the surface being restored.
The technical task of the invention is to improve the quality of the processed surface.
According to the proposed method, the technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of eliminating defects on the finish surfaces of the parts, including surfacing, plastic deformation, mechanical processing of the surface, a defect is sampled before surfacing and the edges of the sample are deformed to form a flange 0.3-0 in height on the treated surface, 5 mm and a width of 2-3 mm, produce surfacing, the border of which reaches half the width of the bead.
Due to the presence of a shoulder, the metal does not fall below the level of the processed surface. It was experimentally established that with a smaller value of the collar it is not possible to achieve a result, and with a larger value in the deformable metal cracks can form.

The method is as follows.
1.The defect on the finishing surface A of the
An example implementation of the method.
When finishing the inner diameter of the supercharger body made of 08GDNMFL steel, defects on the surface were found to be 2 and 3 mm in size and up to 2 mm deep. Defects were selected by drilling to a depth of 3 mm of the cylindrical part. After that, the side wall of the sample was deformed to form a shoulder 0.3-0.5 mm high and 1.5-2.0 mm wide. Then, the defect was surfaced by argon-arc welding with non-consumable electrode using GOST 2246-70 sv-06X15H60M15 wire. At the same time, the bead was melted to half its width. The deposited metal was removed to the level of the surface to be treated by a wooden lapping made according to the shape of the surface to be treated, with a grinding sand. After lapping, no understatement was found in the area of correction of defects.
Thus, the invention improves the quality of the processed surface.
