Abstract
Description
The invention relates to water treatment and can be used in biological treatment of domestic and industrial wastewater in aerotanks or biotanks.
С02F 3/12, 1987 г.).A known method of biological wastewater treatment, including mixing with activated sludge, aeration of the flow of sludge mixture in aeration tank with periodic shutdown of the air supply, separation of the sludge mixture and return of activated sludge to aeration tank (application Germany No. 3543408, CL 02F 3/12, 1987 .).
The disadvantages of this method are as follows:
- недостаточное качество очищенной воды (91,13% по ВПК, мг O2/л или 80,43% по ХПК, мг O2/л);- insufficient quality of purified water (91.13% for MIC, mg O 2 / l or 80.43% for COD, mg O 2 / l);
кВт/час в год).- high total energy consumption (> 3500 thousand kW / h per year).
с. С02F 3/02, 1989 г.).The closest in technical essence and the achieved results, adopted as a prototype, is a wastewater treatment method in which, in addition to the aeration tank, part of the sludge mixture dispersed periodically at the outlet of the stream from the aeration tank is returned dispersed along the aeration tank (A.с. USSR No. 1691323, CL CO2F 3/02, 1989).
The disadvantages of the prototype are the limited quality of wastewater treatment due to the high specific load of pollution on the elements of the technological system.
The objective of the invention is to improve the quality of wastewater treatment while reducing compared with the prototype of the capital and operating costs of treatment.
The solution to this problem is provided by the fact that in the method of wastewater treatment, including mixing with activated sludge, aeration of the sludge mixture flow in the aeration tank, separation of the sludge mixture and return of activated sludge to the aeration tank, the wastewater is fed to a pre-treatment chamber from which they are pumped out in aeration tank with a flow rate exceeding the flow rate of wastewater entering the treatment, with the return of the corresponding difference in costs in the form of a water mixture from the outlet of the aeration tank into the pre-treatment chamber, and this difference read from the conditions of operation of the level of wastewater in the pre-treatment chamber to the point at which the pump is turned off for a time during which the pre-treatment chamber is filled with incoming wastewater, providing the specified parameters for the load on activated sludge due to organic pollution in intermittent aeration mode.
Заданную нагрузку на активный ил по органическим загрязнениям выбирают в пределах 100-240 мг БПК/(г ила·сутки).The specified load of activated sludge for organic pollution is selected in the range of 100-240 mg BOD / (g sludge · day).
Intermittent aeration modes are provided while the air supply is turned on with the pump supplying wastewater to the aeration tank due to the calculated difference in the flow rates of the wastewater entering the pre-treatment chamber and the circulating water mixture.
The implementation scheme of the claimed method is presented in the drawing, where 1 is a pipe for supplying wastewater to the pre-treatment chamber 2, from which pump 3 feeds wastewater into the aeration tank (or biotank) 4, where the wastewater is mixed with activated sludge, the mixture is aerated and treated. A part of the water mixture (circulating) located in the aeration tank 4 is returned via pipeline 5 to chamber 2 with a flow rate the value of which is calculated from the condition of operation of the pre-treatment chamber 2 to the point at which the pump is turned off for a time during which the chamber 2 is filled with incoming wastewater , providing the estimated load on activated sludge for organic pollution. By fulfilling these conditions and simultaneously turning on the air supply with turning on the pump, intermittent aeration is ensured, which reduces the growth of excess activated sludge. From the aeration tank 4, the remaining part of the water-sludge mixture is discharged into the activated sludge separation device 6 (secondary sump), from which it (in the form of circulating activated sludge) is returned via pipeline 7 to the wastewater pre-treatment chamber 2. The clarified water from the sludge is discharged through pipeline 8, and excess activated sludge through pipeline 9 is diverted to the sludge site.
The specified load of activated sludge for organic pollution for urban wastewater is selected in the range of 100-150 mg BOD / (g silt · day), and for industrial wastewater - according to their characteristics (up to 240 mg) or more.
Intermittent aeration modes provide due to the difference in the costs of the wastewater pre-treatment chamber and the circulation water mixture from the aeration tank entering the pre-treatment chamber. When due to this difference the chamber is emptied to the set mark, the corresponding sensor will turn off the pump and, accordingly, the air supply device, and when the chamber is full, turn on the pump and the air supply device. This is especially effective when using an ejector aeration system that uses the wastewater flow rate supplied by the pump to the aeration tank as a working fluid.
The technical results of the proposed proposal are as follows:
снижаются по сравнению с прототипом строительные и эксплуатационные затраты на очистку сточных вод (уменьшение размеров аэротенка, камеры предварительной очистки, площадей иловых площадок за счет снижения концентраций загрязнений в сточных водах, подаваемых на аэротенк 4 в результате разбавления поступающих сточных вод в камеру 2 циркуляционной водоиловой смесью);construction and operating costs for wastewater treatment are reduced compared to the prototype (reduction in the size of the aeration tank, pre-treatment chamber, sludge area due to a decrease in the concentration of contaminants in the wastewater supplied to the aeration tank 4 as a result of dilution of the wastewater entering chamber 2 with a circulating water mixture );
- режим прерывистой аэрации обеспечивается автоматически (без дополнительных управляющих по времени устройств) за счет расчетной разности в расходах подаваемых в камеру предварительной очистки сточных вод и циркуляционных расходов водоиловой смеси;- intermittent aeration mode is provided automatically (without additional time-controlling devices) due to the calculated difference in the costs supplied to the chamber for pre-treatment of wastewater and the circulation costs of the water mixture;
- режим «прерывистой аэрации» обеспечивает реализацию аэробных, аноксидных и анаэробных процессов в емкостях камеры предварительной очистки и аэротенке, что повышает качество очистки по биогенным элементам (азотных и фосфатных соединений) до нормативных показателей очищенной воды;- the “intermittent aeration” mode ensures the implementation of aerobic, anoxic and anaerobic processes in the tanks of the pre-treatment chamber and the aeration tank, which improves the quality of treatment by biogenic elements (nitrogen and phosphate compounds) to the standard values of purified water;
- использование режима циркуляции водоиловой смеси обеспечивает заданную нагрузку на активный ил, что уменьшает величину его прироста и соответственно снижает объемы избыточного активного ила, направляемого на иловые площадки, а следовательно, и площади последних;- the use of the circulation regime of the water-sludge mixture provides a given load on activated sludge, which reduces its growth and, accordingly, reduces the amount of excess activated sludge sent to the sludge sites, and consequently, the area of the latter;
- режим циркуляции водоиловой смеси обеспечивает усреднение расходов в камере предварительной очистки, улучшает перемешивание сточных вод и устраняет застойные зоны в ней.- the circulation mode of the water-water mixture provides the average cost in the pre-treatment chamber, improves the mixing of wastewater and eliminates stagnant zones in it.
