Abstract
Description
The invention relates to light industry, namely to obtain a flame retardant textile material with high hygienic and thermoprotective properties, suitable for the manufacture of filter personal protective equipment.
State of the art
Fire-resistant insulating materials with polyvinyl chloride coatings containing flame retardants are known (RF patent N 2091424, 1997, RF patent No. 2120956, 1998). However, these materials are completely unsuitable for the manufacture of filter personal protective equipment due to the complete lack of hygiene in them, since they are airtight.
Known fire-retardant textile material made in the form of a textile fabric with a cured discrete coating on it based on polyvinyl chloride plastisol containing flame retardants (RF patent No. 2101407, 1998). This material has high hygienic properties. However, it does not protect against the effects of toxic substances.
Наиболее близким техническим решением является огнестойкий текстильный материал, представляющий собой текстильное полотно с нанесенным на него антипиреновым составом на основе эмульсионного поливинилхлорида в виде дискретного слоя, элементы которого выполнены в виде различных по геометрии, расположенных в различном сочетании друг с другом элементов, причем проход по прямой между соседними элементами перекрыт ими или другими элементами (патент РФ № 2137607 С1, 20.09.1999 г.).The closest technical solution is a fire-resistant textile material, which is a textile fabric coated with a flame retardant based on emulsion polyvinyl chloride in the form of a discrete layer, the elements of which are made in the form of different in geometry, located in different combinations with each other, and the passage in a straight line between adjacent elements is blocked by them or other elements (RF patent No. 2137607 C1, 09/20/1999).
This material has high breathability and is suitable for the manufacture of filter personal protective equipment. However, it does not protect against exposure to toxic substances. In addition, the thermal protective properties of the material and its fire resistance are insufficient.
Thus, for the manufacture of filtering personal protective equipment unknown flame-retardant material, which would have simultaneously higher heat-shielding, fire-resistant properties while maintaining air permeability and would protect against the effects of toxic substances.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The inventive task was to search for a fire-resistant textile material containing a textile fabric with a flame retardant composition based on emulsion polyvinyl chloride applied on it in the form of a discrete layer, which would have both higher heat-shielding and fire-resistant properties while maintaining air permeability and would protect against the effects of toxic substances.

Moreover, as the back layer, the material contains fabric or non-woven material from cotton, viscose, synthetic fibers and mixtures thereof.
Distinctive features of the invention are two additional layers - the sorbent and the back, and the sorbent layer is made in a certain way, namely, it is a base of carbon-containing material deposited on both sides or the side facing the front layer, a discrete coating based on emulsion polyvinyl chloride containing flame retardants .
The invention allows to obtain the following advantages in the manufacture of personal protective equipment from the claimed material:

The material is made as follows. First, PVC plastisol is prepared by mixing emulsion polyvinyl chloride with plasticizers, stabilizers and flame retardants and subsequent maturation of the resulting paste. Then, on one side, a discrete coating based on the obtained PVC plastisol is applied to the material used as the sorbing layer.
The shape of the elements of the discrete coating may be different. The mass of the coating is 90-110 g / m 2 and the degree of overlap of the base surface is 27-32%. A face layer is applied to the uncured discrete coating, namely, its underside, and the resulting semi-finished product is subjected to heat treatment at a temperature of 140-160 ° C for 7-2 minutes, respectively. One more discrete coating based on the same PVC plastisol is applied to the obtained two-layer semifinished product from the side of the sorbent layer, after which the fabric used as the back layer is applied to this uncured discrete coating. The obtained three-layer semi-finished product is again subjected to heat treatment at a temperature of 140-160 ° C for, respectively, 7-2 minutes. Thus, a multilayer fire-resistant material is obtained (Fig. 1), on a sorbent layer of which a flame retardant coating is applied on both sides.
If a flame retardant discrete composition is applied to the sorbent layer only on one side, namely, the side facing the front, then a nonwoven material, for example non-woven, is applied as a back layer, and this three-layer semifinished product is subjected to heat treatment by passing through heated to 140-160 ° With rolls. Thus, a multilayer fire-resistant material is obtained (FIG. 2), on the sorbing layer of which a flame retardant coating is applied on only one side facing the face layer.
Material properties are given in the table.
As can be seen from the table, while maintaining hygienic properties, this material has higher thermal and fire-retardant properties compared to the prototype and is able to protect personnel from the action of toxic substances. So, the thermal protective properties of the material are ~ 10 times higher than that of the prototype. The fire resistance of the material when exposed to an open flame is almost 4 times higher than that of the prototype.
