Abstract
Description
The invention relates to means for monitoring and identifying spatially distributed objects with pronounced spatial distribution and temporary non-stationary properties and can be used in automated process control systems.
A known method for automatically controlling the surface temperature field in a device with a heating jacket (RF patent No. 2246126, IPC 7 G 05 D 23/19, priority 10.07.2002), according to which heat sources are placed evenly in the heating jacket. Thermal sensors are placed above the corresponding heat sources. The signals from the sensors are summarized and fed to the temperature controller.
This method is not suitable for identifying the thermal parameters of a distributed object of a given shape.
The closest in technical essence is a method for identifying the thermal parameters of a distributed object of a given shape and multi-channel control of its temperature field (RF patent No. 21110085, IPC 7 G 05 D 23/19, priority dated 04/27/1998), including the use of digital software processing of information received from temperature sensors available at the facility, control actions on the facility are measured, and the thermal parameters of the facility are determined in a preliminary experiment simulating operating conditions as parameters the state of the object uses linear combinations of temperature sensor readings, and the coefficient values in these combinations are determined by the heating curve taken from the object.
The disadvantages of this method include the fact that it is intended to identify the thermal parameters of one particular distributed object of a given shape. Its use for a number of such objects is difficult. In addition, the number of temperature sensors used is excessively large. This becomes especially true for consumable sensors, which is the case with aggressive, high-temperature objects.
The objective of the invention is to increase the accuracy of assessing the effects of control actions on the output values of the object and to increase the manufacturability of the process of identification of thermal objects with a pronounced distribution of properties, the action of which is cyclical, for example, metallurgical units. The task includes accurate identification of the object during the whole time of its functioning and reduction of the duration of the experiment and the number of measurements on the object in each cycle of its functioning.
To solve the problem in a method for identifying thermal parameters of a distributed object of a given shape using digital software processing of information received from temperature sensors available at the object, control actions on the object are measured, combinations of signals from temperature sensors are used as state parameters of the object, in the proposed method for an object with cyclic functioning, temperature measurements are carried out in each cycle at points uniformly distributed over the volume of the object Both from cycle to cycle, the controlled perturbations acting on the object are measured, and the distributed object model is insisted separately for each class of organizational and technological situations according to the control actions and the controlled perturbation.
It shows central vertical sections: a) a model of an object for one of the classes of the organizational and technological situation that takes place on the object, b) an object, for example, a ladle with steel in one of the cycles of its operation (for one melt).
The drawing shows: 1 - the boundary of the solution region, 2 - points for which the temperature of the object is simulated, 3 - the object, for example, a bucket with steel, 4 - points of temperature measurements for one cycle of the operation of the object, for example, a specific nth bucket with steel.
The method is implemented as follows. At the facility during each cycle of its operation, the studied fields are measured at a limited number of points uniformly distributed over the volume of the facility within the cycle and from cycle to cycle. Control actions on the object and controlled disturbances acting on it are measured. Then, on the basis of informative features, classes of organizational and technological situations (OTC) are distinguished. As informative features use the results of measurements of control actions and controlled disturbances. The temperature field is modeled in each OTC class. The total variances of the measurement results and the variance of inadequacy (variance of modeling errors) are calculated separately for each class of OTC. Dispersions are checked for uniformity by a standard technique (using the Fisher F-test) developed for point objects. The OTC classes are grouped so that in each group of OTC classes the total variances and variances of inadequacy are uniform. Homogeneous class variances are averaged. The adequacy of the model to the object is checked separately for each group of OTC classes also by a standard method using the Fisher F-test developed for point objects.
If the hypothesis about the adequacy of the model is confirmed for all groups of OTC classes, then they conclude that the model is fully adequate to the object.
If the hypothesis about the adequacy of the model is confirmed for some, but not all groups of OTC classes, then they conclude that the model is limited in adequacy for the object — only for those groups of OTC classes for which adequacy is confirmed, and inadequacy for the other groups of OTC classes.
If the hypothesis of adequacy is not confirmed for any group of OTC classes, then they conclude that the model is inadequate for the object for all groups of OTC classes. In this case, conclusions about the type of inadequacy - structural or parametric - are not made, and research continues.
If several fields are studied, for example, the temperature field, the velocity field and the concentration field, then the adequacy is evaluated separately for each field, and vector fields are reduced to combinations of scalar fields of individual projections of the original vectors on the coordinate axes. The model is recognized as adequate to the object as a whole within the group of OTC classes if in this group it is adequate at the same time for all studied fields.
