Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil industry and may find application in the processing of the bottom-hole zone in horizontal or inclined trunks of production wells.
1998 г.).A known method of isolating water inflows in horizontal or inclined trunks of producing wells, including the injection of a solution of polyacrylamide and acid into the bottomhole zone. As a solution of polyacrylamide, a gelling solution of polyacrylamide is used, the injection volumes of the gelling solution of polyacrylamide and an acid solution are pushed into the reservoir with high density water, operations begin from the far end of the water inflow interval and are repeated as they move along the water inflow interval, technological exposure is performed to form a gel, and the hydrocarbon well is washed fluid from the far end of the well. Before isolation of water inflows, the long production interval of the well is filled with acid, technological exposure is carried out in the bath mode, and the acid is pushed into the formation (RF Patent No. 2101484, publ. 1998).
In the known method, due to the effect of acid, it is possible to increase the permeability of individual zones and then push the water-insulating agent there. However, the method is not suitable for isolating inflow of underlying water along the entire extended horizontal wellbore.
1998 г. Closest to the invention, the technical essence is a method for treating the bottom-hole zone of a horizontal well, comprising injecting an acid solution into each interval at an initial injection pressure at which the interval takes an acid solution, injecting until the final injection pressure is the same for all processed intervals of a given well. At an initial injection pressure in a separate interval equal to the final pressure, the acid solution is not injected into this interval. When the initial injection pressure in a separate interval less than the final pressure, acid solution is not injected into this interval, but work is carried out to reduce the permeability of this interval (RF Patent No. 2114294, publ. 1998 - prototype).
The known method leads to an increase in the productivity of the well, however, in formations of small thickness with underlying water, an acid solution breaks through to the underlying water, a hydrodynamic connection between the well and the aquifer is created, and premature flooding of the produced products is created.
The proposed method solves the problem of increasing well productivity while maintaining the water content of the produced products.
The problem is solved in that in the method for treating the bottom-hole zone of a horizontal well, comprising injecting an acid solution into the bottom-hole zone at an injection pressure at which the well receives an acid solution, according to the invention, the acid solution is pre-pumped with a flow rate of not more than 100 m 3 / day in stages increasing the injection pressure from stage to stage with technological exposure between stages and measuring pressure in the well after each technological exposure, and after reducing pressure in the well after the next technical biological exposure stop pumping the acid solution and wash the well with oil or hydrophobic-emulsion solution.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In horizontal or deviated wellbores passing in small thickness strata with underlying water, it is difficult to process intervals of considerable length. Conventional hydrochloric acid treatment of the bottom-hole zone improves well productivity. However, due to the short distance, a pronounced hydrodynamic connection occurs between the well and the aquifer. There comes an undesirable premature flooding of extracted products. The proposed method solves the problem of increasing the productivity of the well due to hydrochloric acid treatment of the bottomhole zone and at the same time maintaining the water cut of the produced products by treating a very small near-wellbore layer without creating a pronounced hydrodynamic connection with the underlying water. The problem is solved as follows.
When processing the bottom-hole zone of a horizontal or deviated well, an acid solution is injected into the well with a flow rate of not more than 100 m 3 / day in stages with increasing injection pressure from stage to stage with technological exposure between stages and measuring pressure in the well after each technological exposure. Start injection with a pressure at the mouth of 0.5-1.0 MPa. The well is filled with an acid solution, the well is closed, and technological injection is carried out for 20-40 minutes under injection pressure at the wellhead of 0.5-1.0 MPa. The well is in “bath” mode under pressure. At the end of the technological exposure, the pressure in the well is measured. If the pressure has not changed significantly, then increase the pressure of the acid solution in the well by 0.5-1.0 MPa, carry out technological exposure under this pressure for 20-40 minutes and measure the pressure in the well. Repeat the operation until the pressure at the end of the technological exposure drops to almost zero. In this case, only part of the acid solution located in the wellbore penetrates into the bottomhole zone. Additional selling or pumping of the acid solution is not performed. Only a very small area of the near-wellbore area is treated with acid. A pronounced hydrodynamic connection with the underlying water is not created. When the pressure in the well decreases after the next technological exposure, the injection of the acid solution is stopped and the well is washed with oil or a hydrophobic-emulsion solution.
At the last stage, when an acid solution enters the bottomhole zone and a significant decrease in pressure in the well, a situation arises of injecting an acid solution into the bottomhole zone at an injection pressure at which the well receives an acid solution. Purely formally, at this stage, the operation coincides with the operation of the prototype.
As a result, it is possible to solve the problem of increasing well productivity while maintaining the water cut of the produced products.
Concrete example
An oil well is treated with a horizontal section length of 250 m, located in a 2 m thick reservoir with underlying water. The horizontal wellbore is not cased. A tubing string is lowered into the well and a 12% hydrochloric acid solution is pumped with a flow rate of 100 m 3 / day and a pressure at the wellhead of 1 MPa, technological exposure is carried out for 30 minutes and the pressure in the well is measured, which remains equal to 1 MPa . Increase the injection pressure to 2 MPa, carry out technological exposure for 30 minutes and measure the pressure in the well, which remains equal to 2 MPa. Then increase the injection pressure to 3 MPa, carry out technological exposure for 30 minutes and measure the pressure in the well, which becomes equal to 0.2 MPa. Make a conclusion about the completed injection of the acid solution. Downloading is stopped. The well is washed with oil and put into operation. As a result, the flow rate of the well was 5 tons / day of anhydrous oil.
50%.In the case of application of the prototype method, an acid solution breaks to the oil-water contact and the water produced is flooded to 50%.
The application of the proposed method will increase the productivity of horizontal or inclined shafts of producing wells in the formations of small thickness with underlying water while maintaining the water content of the produced products.
