The invention relates to methods for processing mineralized waters and can be used for processing effluents from industrial enterprises, as well as natural mineralized waters, the main impurities of which are chloride and sodium sulfate.
Known methods for the integrated processing of mineralized waters of industrial and natural origin using various methods of desalination, distillation, freezing, electrodialysis, reverse osmosis, chemical treatment with various combinations and sequences of technological operations to produce desalinated water, extract contaminants and bring them to marketable products. [one. Integrated Mineralized Water Processing, ed. A.T. Pilipenko, Kiev, ed. "Science Dumka", 1984]
[2. А.с. СССР №1520012 A1, C 02 F 1/04, 1989 г. The closest in technological essence and the achieved result to the claimed invention is a method for processing saline water, including pre-softening them with Ca 2 + and Mg 2 +, concentration of salts by evaporation to obtain pure water and brine, cooling the brine to -20 ° C with the extraction of sulfate sodium, reevaporation of the sodium sulfate-free mother liquor with the extraction of sodium chloride, in which, in order to increase the purity and degree of extraction of the sulfate and sodium chloride, before cooling water pH adjusted to 7.5-9.0, and the ratio of Na 2 SO 4: NaCl to 1: (3-6). [2. A.S. USSR No. 1520012 A1, C 02 F 1/04, 1989 bull. No. 41 is a prototype].
The disadvantage of this method is the low grade of sulfate and sodium chloride due to the low concentration of the basic substance and the high content of impurities of sodium chloride 0.2-1.2% in commodity sodium sulfate and impurities of sodium sulfate 0.2-0.5% in commodity chloride sodium, cooling the brine to a temperature of -20 ° C and saturation to a ratio of Na 2 SO 4 : NaCl 1: (3-6) is expensive.
The basis of the invention is the task of improving the grade of recoverable products by increasing the concentration of the basic substance and reducing impurities of chloride and sodium sulfate in commercial products, as well as reducing the cost of the method by reducing the degree of saturation of one stripped off brine with sodium chloride and increasing the crystallization temperature of mirabilite.
The problem is solved due to the fact that in the method of extracting sulfate and sodium chloride from mineralized waters, including pre-softening water, concentrating salts to obtain pure water and brine, alkalizing and saturation of the brine, cooling the brine with the release of crystals of sodium sulfate, evaporating the mother liquor and cooling the extraction of the remaining sodium chloride, according to the invention, the sodium chloride brine donasyschayut to a ratio Na 2 SO 4: NaCl 1: (1,6 ÷ 2,0), the crystallization is carried out at mirabilite evap е -8 ÷ -10 ° С, the separated mirabilite crystals are washed with a sodium sulfate solution saturated at 40 ° С at a 1: 1 ratio of the washing solution to mirabilite with its return to the crystallization process of mirabilite, part of sodium chloride is recovered from the mother liquor liberated from mirabilite, which is washed with a solution of sodium chloride saturated at 20 ° C with a ratio of washing solution to sodium chloride (0.5 ÷ 1): 1, and one stripped off solution with the rest of sodium chloride together with the washing solution is divided into three streams: one circular the comfort of evaporation along with the mother liquor, the second is sent to saturate the initial brine, the third is transferred to the consumer in the form of an aqueous solution, and at the stage of extraction of sodium chloride, no more than 60% of the sodium chloride present in the skew solution is crystallized.
The proposed method for the extraction of sulfate and sodium chloride from mineralized water can improve the grade of extracted sulfate and sodium chloride by increasing the concentration of the basic substance and reducing impurities of chloride and sodium sulfate in commercial products, reduce the cost of the method by reducing the ratio of Na 2 SO 4 : NaCl to 1 : (1.6 ÷ 2.0) and crystallization of mirabilite at a temperature of -8 ÷ -10 ° С.
This effect is achieved due to the fact that, unlike the known method, the crystallization mode of mirabilite provides a low content of sodium sulfate in the mother liquor, which helps to reduce impurities in the production of sodium chloride. The use of washing mirabilite crystals with a solution of sodium sulfate saturated at 40 ° C, on the one hand, allows to reduce the degree of saturation of one stripped off brine, which reduces the amount of salts circulating in the system and allows crystallization of mirabilite at higher temperatures, on the other hand, the basic substance increases and the admixture of sodium chloride in mirabilite and further in the production anhydrous sodium sulfate decreases, which is achieved due to the better solubility of sodium chloride than sodium sulfate in the indicated omyvochnom solution. The selection of the washing solution and its transfer to the crystallization of mirabilite prevents contamination of the mother liquor and sodium chloride with impurities of sodium sulfate. In this case, the extraction of the mother liquor freed from mirabilite in one stage does not involve all sodium chloride, but only its parts, washing the sodium chloride crystals with a solution of sodium chloride saturated at 20 ° C in the ratio of solution to sodium chloride (0.5 ÷ 1): 1, separation of the remaining solution together with the washing solution into three streams with flow control depending on the accumulation of impurities finally solve the problem of the purity of salable sodium chloride and the completeness of saline water utilization.

Outrageous examples show that reducing the degree of saturation 1: 1 (example 4) or increasing it to 1: 3 (example 5), lowering the crystallization temperature of mirabilite to -20 ° C (example 6) or increasing it to -5 ° C (example 7), reducing the ratio of washing solution to mirabilite to 0.5: 1 (example 6), using saturated sodium sulfate at 20 ° C for washing the mirabilite (example 9) or distilled water (example 10), reducing the ratio of washing solution to sodium chloride up to 0.3: 1 (example 12) or use for washing saturated at 40 ° C and at 12 ° From sodium chloride solutions (examples 12 and 13), the extraction of 80% NaCl in one step (example 14) and the use of a mother liquor with a sodium sulfate concentration of 70 g / l for crystallization of sodium chloride leads to a deterioration in the grade of sodium sulfate or sodium chloride according to the concentration of the basic substance and the content of impurities.
