Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a testing technique. The predominant field of application is the technique for testing prototypes of units and mechanisms of devices for the effects of pulsed inertial overloads, including shock ones.
One of the stages in the development of units and mechanisms that are subjected to short-term (peak) inertial loads during their working cycle is the stage of experimental verification of the mechanical resistance and working capacity of products under conditions close to natural ones. This task is especially relevant in the development of new types of rocket and artillery equipment (see, for example, A.K. Botvinkin and others. "Explosive shock installations for the experimental development of rocket and artillery weapons under the influence of intense mechanical loads.” Report collection of the Scientific and Technical Center of the Russian Academy of Science and Education " Modern methods of designing and testing rocket and artillery weapons. "- Sarov, VNIIEF, 2000). To solve these problems, a large number of various experimental stands and installations are used.
№5).A well-known stand for impact testing of products, containing a base, an accelerating device mounted on it, made in the form of a pressure source and a barrel, in which a piston with a test object (OI), a piston-hammer and an inertial mass, a brake device located in front of the cut are placed the trunk. The piston is loaded through an air cushion with a striking piston dispersed by compressed air. After loading, the piston with the test object is braked in the barrel when interacting also through an air cushion with inertial mass. The inertial mass is braked outside the barrel with the help of a braking device made in the form of dampers placed in the guide cylinder. In the wall of the barrel at the end of the accelerator piston acceleration section and in the section between the piston for securing the test object and the inertial mass, windows for gas pressure relief are made (see Russian patent No. 2009456 C1, IPC 5 G 01 M 7/08, publ. 15.03.94 Bulletin No. 5).
The disadvantages of the analogue are: a restriction on the overall dimensions of the test object, because it cannot be larger than the caliber of the booster barrel, the need for additional measures to organize the removal of electrical information from the primary converters mounted on board the test object, due to the difficulties associated with the sub-caliber location of the test object, the relatively complex device of the piston braking system with the test object and the impossibility visual observation and optical registration of the processes of acceleration and braking of the piston with the test object.
№20).Closest to the proposed technical solution is a stand selected as a prototype for studying the separation process of a missile object (see Russian patent No. 2153155, IPC G 01 M 7/08, publ. 20.07.2000, bull. No. 20).
This stand contains a base, an accelerating device mounted on it, made in the form of a barrel and a pressure source, a piston located in the barrel, a brake device located in front of the barrel cutter, a device for securing a missile object made in the form of guides installed outside the barrel, carriages made with the ability to connect with a missile object. The longitudinal axis of the guides are arranged in pairs in planes intersecting along a line coinciding with the longitudinal axis of the barrel and the carriages. At the same time, damper bushings made of plastic material are installed in the carriages coaxially with the guides and are made with thickenings in the direction of movement of the missile object. The carriages are placed on the rails so that each of the parts of the missile object can be moved along a separate pair of rails. The length of the piston is selected from the condition of ensuring contact of one of the parts of the missile object with the front end of the piston in the direction of movement. The brake device is made in the form of metal bushings mounted on the guides, the profile of the outer surface of which can be in the form of a truncated cone, facing a smaller base towards the projectile. The lengths of the metal bushings for each individual pair of rails are selected from the condition of ensuring the braking of parts of the missile object without impacting each other.
The disadvantage of the prototype is the high overload braking of the test object, commensurate with the overload acting on it during acceleration, and the limitation of the overall dimensions of the test object. In addition, the difference in the resulting friction forces of the damper bushings in the guide pairs can lead to the appearance of a tipping moment, which is unacceptable at high levels of overload, because this will destroy the stand. The latter limits the operational characteristics of the stand selected as a prototype.
The technical task to be solved is the creation of a stand that provides linear acceleration of the OI with overloading a given profile, a wide range of overall mass characteristics of the OI, smooth braking of the OI.
The technical result is the absence of mechanical damage in the design of the OI caused by the influence of overload during braking on it, and its preservation of a form that remains unchanged after loading a given profile by a mechanical pulse in the acceleration area and suitable for subsequent analysis of possible damage and verification of further operability, preservation of the main components of the test bench in case of destruction of the OI, the ability to obtain information about the loading parameters and the functioning of the test object during its acceleration by wire communication lines, braking of the test object on the mean free path under the influence of various dissipative forces (for example, friction forces, aerodynamic drag forces, etc.), which is characterized by low (up to ten units) and almost constant over time levels of overload, experiment repeatability, reduction in the cost of experimental development of OI.
The technical problem is solved due to the fact that in the test bench for dynamic tests, containing a base on which an accelerating device is installed, made in the form of a barrel and a pressure source, a piston protruding beyond the barrel, made with the possibility of fixing the test object outside the barrel, mounted on the base outside the barrel, the upper and lower guides, the longitudinal axis of which lie in a vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the barrel, the piston is made with the possibility of movement along the fixed shell the barrel snugs of the upper and lower guides, and the accelerating device is arranged to move along the same lower guide as the piston. The length of the upper guide is less than the length of the lower guide, but it must be selected from the condition of ensuring the movement of the piston along both guides in a way not less than the length of the part of the piston entering the barrel of the booster.
A comparative analysis of the proposed solution and the prototype showed that the claimed stand is characterized by a combination of new design features:
- поршень выполнен с возможностью перемещения по закрепленным снаружи ствола верхней и нижней направляющим;- the piston is arranged to move along the upper and lower guides fixed outside the barrel;
- разгонное устройство выполнено с возможностью перемещения по нижней направляющей - той же, что и поршень;- the accelerating device is arranged to move along the lower guide - the same as the piston;
- длина верхней направляющей выполнена меньше, чем длина нижней направляющей, но при этом должна быть выбрана из условия обеспечения движения поршня по обеим направляющим на пути не менее длины части поршня, заходящей в ствол разгонного устройства.- the length of the upper guide is less than the length of the lower guide, but it must be selected from the condition of ensuring the movement of the piston along both guides in a way not less than the length of the part of the piston entering the barrel of the booster device.
The execution of the piston with the ability to move along the fixed outside the barrel along the upper and lower guides provides torqueless axial loading of the test object in the acceleration area, expands the range of operational characteristics of the bench and reduces the risk of its destruction.
The implementation of the booster device with the ability to move along one guide - the same as the piston, ensures alignment of the barrel and piston during acceleration, which eliminates the bias of the booster device relative to the piston, expands the range of operational characteristics of the bench and reduces the risk of its destruction.
The implementation of the length of the upper guide is less than the length of the lower guide, from the condition that the piston moves along both guides along a path of at least the length of the piston part that enters the barrel of the booster device, provides torqueless movement of the piston only in the acceleration section, i.e. in the most loaded area. At the same time, the design of the stand is simplified, the cost of experience in terms of depreciation costs is reduced.
The invention is illustrated by drawings.

7.The stand includes a
The functioning of the stand is as follows.
After the initiation of the charge in the pressure source 6, the gaseous products of the charge of pressure press on the end face of the inlet part 9 of the piston 8. Under the action of the pressure of the products of combustion, the piston 8 with the
В процессе нагружения осуществляется регистрация электрических сигналов с датчиков, установленных на разгонном устройстве 5 и на борту платформы 10, сигналы передаются при помощи проводных линий связи (на фиг.1 и 2 не показаны).In the process of loading, electrical signals are recorded from sensors installed on the accelerating
By performing the dynamic test bench in the manner described above, the absence of mechanical damage in the design of the OI caused by overload during braking and preservation by it of a shape that remains unchanged after loading by a mechanical pulse of a given profile in the acceleration area and suitable for subsequent analysis of possible damage and verification of further operability is achieved, saving the main nodes of the stand in case of destruction of the OI, the ability to obtain information about the loading parameters and function ia the test object during its acceleration along the wire communication lines, the braking of the test object on the free path under the action of various dissipative forces (for example, friction forces, aerodynamic drag forces, etc.), which is characterized by low (up to ten units) and practically constant over time levels of overload, repeatability of the experiment, reducing the cost of experimental development of the test object.
