Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for producing pure diammonium phosphate (DAF) of food grade qualification from purified extraction phosphoric acid (EPA), which can be used in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
The use of EPA to obtain a similar target product is associated with the need to purify it from impurities that do not allow to obtain products of a given quality with a high yield, as well as additional release from residual impurities at the stage of production of diammonium phosphate during the separation of solid and liquid phases.
State of the art
25/28, 2004).Known methods for producing DAP from extraction phosphoric acid by stepwise ammonization of unpaired phosphoric acid with ammonia with intermediate pulp evaporation, crystallization of diammonium phosphate, separation of the crystalline product from the mother liquor, drying the product. In this case, as a rule, the mother liquor is mixed with the initial phosphoric acid or its mixture with sulfuric acid before ammonization (RF Patent No. 2152374, No. 2157355, C 05 V 7/00, 2000; RF patent No. 2224712, C 01 V 25 / 28, 2004; RF patent No. 2230026, C 05 B 25/28, 2004).
Thus obtained DAF can be used only as a fertilizer, since it does not correspond to the quality of food qualification due to the presence of impurities of fluorine, lead, arsenic, sulfates, iron and aluminum.
25/28, 2004).In this regard, food DAF is obtained from thermal phosphoric acid (TPA) (AS USSR No. 1057415, C 01 B 25/28, 1983; Chem. Prom., 1981, No. 6, p. 12-15; patent RF №2220904, С 01 В 25/28, 2004).
25/234 2003).If TFA of non-food grade quality is used for these purposes (GOST 10678-76, grade A), then the acid, if necessary, is used to obtain food and reactive salts from it, is further purified from lead and arsenic (Japanese Patent No. 99961398, 7 C 01 B 25/237 2002; RF patent No. 2100273, C 01 B 25/234 1997; patent No. 2209178, C 01 B 25/234 2003).
Given that TPA is 3-4 times more expensive than EPA due to high energy costs, obtaining food or reactive DAF from purified TPA is very problematic from the point of view of economic feasibility.
In addition, a negative aspect of these methods is the lack of production of thermal phosphoric acid in Russia and neighboring countries.
The use of EPA for the production of food and reactive salts implies its preliminary purification and, first of all, from those components whose content is limited by regulatory documents for the corresponding products.
So, of the impurities contained in EPA, the composition of food-grade DAF in accordance with GOST 8515-75 regulates the presence of fluorides, lead and arsenic.
If the preliminary purification of EPA is carried out with organic solvents (for example, tributyl phosphate), then the necessary residual content of arsenic and heavy metals is reached already at this stage. The main amount of fluorine is removed from EPA at the stage of acid concentration, while the remaining impurities in the dissolved acid have an effect on the rate and degree of defluorination. Thus, the complexing and structurally ordering cations Fe 3+ , Al 3+ inhibit defluorination by binding fluorine to complex fluorophosphates and fluorosulphates. On the contrary, structure-disordering and complex-destroying ions HSO 4 - , NO 3 - , NH 4 + initiate the defluorination process, destroying the above complexes and increasing the vapor pressure of HF and SiF 4 , accelerating their transport to the gas phase, and lowering the temperature of defluorination.
Thus, the defluorination process is somehow related to the removal of Al 3+ , Fe 3+ , Fe 2+ , SO 4 2 -SiF 6 2- ions from the acid, even if the presence of these impurities is not regulated in edible salt.
Известны способы очистки ЭФК от указанных примесей путем введения в кислоту реагентов, содержащих катионы NH4 + (Патент РФ №2166476, С 01 В 25/46 2001; Патент РФ №2191745, С 01 В 25/46, 25/234 2002; Патент РФ №2233239, С 01 В 25/46 2003), HSO4 - в виде серной кислоты (Патент РФ №2109681, С 01 В 25/234, 25/46 1998; Патент РФ №2229435, С 01 В 25/234 2004) или анионы NO3 - (Патент РФ №2134233, С 01 В 25/235 1999).Known methods for the purification of EPA from these impurities by introducing into the acid reagents containing NH 4 + cations (RF Patent No. 2164476, C 01 B 25/46 2001; RF Patent No. 2191745, C 01 B 25/46, 25/234 2002; Patent RF №2233239, С 01 В 25/46 2003), HSO 4 - in the form of sulfuric acid (RF Patent №2109681, С 01 В 25/234, 25/46 1998; RF Patent №2229435, С 01 В 25/46 2004 ) or NO 3 - anions (RF Patent No. 2134233, С 01 В 25/235 1999).
A distinctive feature of the above methods of acid purification using NH 4 + cations is the supply of ammonia solutions to the stage of acid extraction with tributyl phosphate. Such purification is mainly aimed at the removal of sulfates, while free sulfuric acid is neutralized and, accordingly, its positive effect on the blowing of fluoride compounds is neutralized with further concentration. In this case, part of PO 4 3- is also neutralized, and P 2 O 5 passes into the raffinate, as a result, the purified EPA is less concentrated, and the productivity of P 2 O 5 slightly decreases. The technical task of these methods is to obtain purified EPA and not getting food DAP.
There are practically no analogue methods for producing food-grade DAP from extraction phosphoric acid. In industrially developed methods for producing DAP from EPA, as a rule, an unconcentrated initial acid is used, which in the process of stepwise neutralization with ammonia is further diluted with a mixed mother liquor and therefore an intermediate evaporation of ammonized pulp is used, which significantly complicates the hardware scheme and increases the number of flows.
The closest in technical essence and the problem to be solved by the claimed invention is a method for producing food diammonium phosphate from thermal phosphoric acid (RF Patent No. 2220904, C 01 B 25/28, 2004), comprising treating ammonia with a mixture of thermal phosphoric acid with a concentration of up to 77% H 3 PO 4 with a reverse mother liquor, crystallization and separation of the finished product by centrifugation. The mixture is prepared in two stages: first, a composition is obtained from TFA and the mother liquor with a molar ratio of NH 3 : H 3 PO 4 equal to 1.45-1.7, without supplying ammonia, and then the remaining phosphoric acid and ammonia are introduced, not allowing a reduction in the ratio of NH 3 : H 3 PO 4 below 1.4. According to the second point, only water contained in phosphoric acid is introduced into the process, and the mother liquor is removed from the process and used to wash the filter surfaces of the equipment, after which the composition is returned to the process.
In this method, the formation and use of the mother liquor in the process is limited, since the latter accumulates lead and arsenic compounds, which are much more in TPA than in EPA and which go into the finished product, reducing its quality.
Based on the foregoing, the disadvantages of the known method for producing high purity diammonium phosphate is the use of expensive and scarce thermal phosphoric acid containing toxic components (As, Pb), and the complexity of the ammonization regime aimed at eliminating the possible ingress of these components into the target product by increasing the number of compositions and, accordingly, flows and increasing the number of stages.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The problem to which the present invention is directed is to increase the efficiency and simplification of the process at the stage of phosphoric acid ammonization, as well as to improve the quality of the product by using concentrated EPA purified by tributylphosphate with DTP containing reagents containing NH 4 + cations taken in the amount of 1.5 kg NH 3 / kg (SO 4 -2 + Fe + Al + F), the complete withdrawal of the mother liquor of DAP formed after ammonization, crystallization and phase separation by centrifugation, containing dissolved impurities from the stage of obtaining DAP, and using it at the stage of purification of EPA or to obtain fertilizers.
Efficiency of the process is ensured by replacing scarce raw materials - thermal phosphoric acid. The simplification of the process is achieved due to the use of concentrated purified EPA for ammonization with a minimum content of impurities, which makes it possible to eliminate the concentration and drying operations (when using a centrifuge for phase separation) at the stage of obtaining DAP, as well as reducing the number of flows.
Improving the quality of the finished product is achieved by removing regulated impurities twice - at the stage of purification of EPA, consisting of the stages of extraction with tri-butyl phosphate and concentration-defluorination, and at the stage of directly obtaining DAF by removing impurities together with the mother liquor from this stage.
The purification of EPA at the stage of concentration-defluorination is carried out by the ionic mechanism, in connection with which the reagent used must contain free NH 4 + cations, that is, have a slightly alkaline character. The number of such cations is selected based on the total content of SO 4 2- + Fe 3+ + Al 3+ + F - + SiF 6 2- , which in turn is determined by the concentration of the acid being treated (50-56% P 2 O 5 ). Exceeding this parameter results in a lower quality product.
The treatment of EPA with NH 4 + cations at the concentration stage provides the maximum purification from fluoride compounds and other components, since it causes a significant release of fluoride compounds into the gas phase and decomposition of complex fluorophosphates and fluorosulfates of iron and ammonium.
The mother liquor from the stage of obtaining DAP can be used as a reagent for acid purification, if it has a slightly alkaline nature. For this, the ammonization process is carried out, although according to known methods, but at a slightly higher molar ratio of NH 3 : N 3 PO 4 than in the prototype, about 1.8, which ultimately provides a mother liquor with a pH of 8.4-8.6 . Moreover, taking into account the use of a centrifuge for phase separation, a ratio of P 2 O 5 mother / P 2 O 5prod = 0.61-0.63 is achieved, which allows the use of this mother liquor not only for the post-treatment of concentrated phosphoric acid, but also to a greater extent for washing extract at the stage of extraction purification of EPA tributyl phosphate. Ultimately, the wash solution enters the raffinate, and its alkaline nature does not allow the formation of a solid phase in the raffinate, and the latter is nothing more than liquid complex fertilizers (LCF). Thus, in the implementation of the present invention, two products are obtained: the main food diammonium phosphate and a by-product, HCS.
Based on the foregoing, the claimed technical solution meets the criterion of "technical level". Comparative analysis with the prototype allows us to conclude that the inventive method differs from the known one in that extraction phosphoric acid is taken as a raw material, the process is carried out in two stages, combined by common streams, ensuring double removal of impurities (SO 4 2- , Fe, Al, F ) with the complete withdrawal of the mother liquor from the stage of purification of EPA. In this case, there is a deeper cleaning from lead and arsenic than in the prototype. An unobvious effect of this method is that the complex removal of all impurities ensures the production of white DAF crystals of weakly colored acid, corresponding to GOST 8515-75, calculated on the use of colorless TFA.
Thus, the claimed technical solution meets the criterion of "significant differences".
The process of obtaining food diammonium phosphate from purified extraction phosphoric acid is as follows.
1.Example 1
An example is provided for the implementation of the process in an industrial environment. The process consists of two stages:
1. очистки ЭФК на двух этапах экстракционного извлечения Р2О5 с помощью три-бутилфосфата и концентрирования-дефторирования;1. purification of EPA at two stages of extraction extraction of P 2 O 5 using tri-butyl phosphate and concentration-defluorination;
2. obtaining DAP by ammonization of the purified acid with gaseous ammonia, crystallization of the product and separation of the target product from the mother liquor by centrifugation.
Соотношение Р2O5 в маточном растворе и готовом продукте составляет ~0,62.From the step of purifying EPA with tributyl phosphate, phosphoric acid containing 39% P 2 O 5 ; 0.07% F; 0.12% SO 4 2- ; 0.04% Fe; 0.035% Al; 0,0004% As; 0.0009% Pb enters the concentration-defluorination stage, which is carried out during intense heat and mass transfer using a plate-type apparatus. The introduction of an acid containing a reagent containing NH 3 provides a ratio of NH 3 to the sum of all impurities equal to 1.5 kg / kg during the concentration process by feeding a cleaning solution (6 kg NH 3 per 1 ton of acid) to the circulating circuit of the unit together with an artesian water, stabilizing the content of P 2 About 5 in the acid. The purified acid with a content of P 2 O 5 ~ 53% and having the composition indicated in the table is collected in a collection of purified acid, where it is clarified and fed via siphon to the stage of obtaining DAP. Ammonization with gaseous ammonia is carried out based on 1 ton of acid 254 kg of NH 3 and by varying the feed rates of acid and ammonia maintain the ratio of NH 3 : H 3 PO 4 equal to 1.85, if necessary, add water. The process is carried out at a temperature of not more than 88 ° C in an apparatus of the AIS type until a pH of ~ 8.4 is reached, after which the supply of ammonia is stopped, the ammoniated pulp is transferred to a crystallizer and the product is crystallized upon cooling. At the end of crystallization, the product is separated from the mother liquor in a centrifuge. The result is food diammonium phosphate in the amount of 660 kg and with the composition shown in the table, and the mother liquor in the amount of 994 kg (γ = 1.26 g / cm 3 ) with the composition indicated in the table, which is completely removed from the ammonization stage for disposal . The ratio of P 2 O 5 in the mother liquor and the finished product is ~ 0.62.
2.Example 2
The process is carried out analogously to example 1 except that the mother liquor having a pH of ~ 8.6 and the composition shown in the table are returned to the stage of purification of EPA, where it is divided into two parts, the smaller of which is used to purify EPA at the concentration stage defluorination based on the calculation of 50 kg of a solution of DAP per 1 ton of acid, and most of the solution is used to wash the extract at the stage of purification of EPA with tributyl phosphate. As a result, the washing mother liquor enters the raffinate, which is a by-product of liquid NP fertilizers.
