Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the production of composts from industrial and agricultural waste and can be used in organizing the production of environmentally friendly organic fertilizers based on livestock, poultry complexes and woodworking enterprises.
27.10.97).A known method of producing organic fertilizer based on hydrolytic lignin, sawdust and bird droppings taken in a ratio of 3-4: 1: 0.4 ÷ 0.6 of the total mass, with the introduction of an inoculum culture micromycete Paecilomyces Variotii and composting with continuous aeration to acidity mixtures of not more than 0.7 pH (RF Patent No. 2094414. Mcl C 05 F 11/08. Method for the production of vermicompost. Publ. in BI No. 30 of 10.27.97).
The disadvantages of this method of producing organic fertilizer are the processed material limited in components (only bird droppings) and the use of a special mushroom culture, which narrows the scope of its application.
10.08.97).There is also a method of producing organic fertilizer, including mixing solid waste from the production of pulp and cardboard, manure of cattle or pigs and bird droppings with the addition of brown coal ash in a mass ratio with the remaining components 1 ÷ 1.5: 5 and manure or bird droppings in the amount of 1 / 3 total mass. The method, in addition to determining the ratio of components, also takes into account the qualitative and quantitative composition at the elemental level (RF Patent No. 2086521. Mcl C 05 F 11/00. Method for producing organic fertilizer. Publ. In BI No. 22 of 08/10/97).
A significant disadvantage of this method is that when using this method, the soil structure deteriorates, because brown coal ash is used as an organomineral fertilizer component, which together with wood waste ash increases the dust fraction of the soil, and also the ash content of wood waste included in the composition of the starting components sufficiently provides organic fertilizer in it.
10.08.97).Closest to the claimed method is a method of producing organic fertilizer, including mixing bird droppings and / or pork, horse manure, cattle manure with a filler, the formation of the lower part of the shoulder at 2/3 of its height, and the rest is mixed with a sorbent in a mass ratio 1 ÷ 2: 1 ÷ 4, when composting at different stages, differentiated aeration is carried out with air into the upper layer of the collar (RF Patent No. 2086522. M. cl. C 05 F 11/02; 17/00. Method for producing organic fertilizer. Publ. In BI №22 from 10.08 .97).
The disadvantages of this method, adopted as a prototype, are large labor and material costs, consisting in the separate formation of the lower and upper layers of the shoulder, mixing the upper layer with sorbents with subsequent differentiated aeration of the upper layer.
The aim of the proposed method is to simplify the technology without loss of quality indicators of compost and its production with minimal labor and material costs.
The essence of the invention is that from pre-crushed and sorted to a size of 2 ... 5 mm wood waste (bark, wood chips and sawdust) with a moisture content of 40 ... 45% form a platform with a height of 0.3 ... 0.4 m s flanges along its entire perimeter with a height of 0.15 ... 0.25 m, manure of farm animals with a moisture content of 90 ... 92% in a mass ratio of solid to wood waste of 1 ... 1.5: 1 is imported into it; and then after 36 ... 48 hours, after the manure has been absorbed into the wood waste, the mixture is mixed in order to obtain its initial moisture content in within 70%, then it is pushed into a shoulder of a trapezoidal cross-sectional shape with a height of 1.5 ... 2.0 m and a width of at least 2.5 ... 3.0 m along the lower base and subsequently produce periodic complete collapse of the shoulder and the formation of a new former size and shape; the first time - after 6 ... 8 days, the second time - 1 month after laying in the summer and 2 months - in the off-season.
To speed up the process of decomposition of woodworking waste and the efficient composting process, woodworking waste (bark, sawdust and wood chips) should be crushed and sorted to an average size of 2 ... 5 mm. Grinding wood waste to sizes of 2 ... 5 mm increases the contact surface with microorganisms, ensures the biological activity of the compost mixture and intensifies the composting process. Wastes larger than 5 mm slow down the composting process due to an increase in their decomposition, and products smaller than 2 mm reduce the porosity of the mixture and impair the aeration of the pile.
In compost, the biothermal process must go through three main successively alternating phases of composting: mesophilic, thermophilic, cooling and maturing of compost.
The mesophilic regime is characterized by a relatively rapid increase in temperature from the initial (ambient temperature) to 28-35 ° C. This process takes 6 ... 8 days. Its conditions are the optimum humidity of the mixture 50-70% of the total moisture capacity, sufficient aeration (to oxidize 1 kg of dry organic matter, 5.5 m 3 of air is required and the ratio of carbon to nitrogen is 1:18 ... 20 (carbon is needed for the construction of microorganism cells , oxygen for their normal life.) Thorough pre-mixing of the mixture enhances the biothermal process.
The shape of the shoulder in the form of an isosceles trapezoid is optimal from the point of view of the most advantageous section, which can be provided with available means and at the lowest cost. The angle of inclination of the sides of the formed collar is ensured by the maximum value of the angle of repose of the material (wood residues mixed with manure). The minimum dimensions (the width of the shoulder at the base and its height) are limited by those values at which the drying of the shoulder along its entire thickness occurs and the biothermal processes are suspended. And the optimal sizes at which the normal course of the biothermal process is possible are the following dimensions: the width at the base is 2.5 ... 3 m and the height is 1.5 ... 2 m. At the indicated sizes of the collar, the specific heat of composting is equal to 46. ..68 kJ / (kg · day), sufficient to heat the shoulder to a temperature of 55 ... 70 ° C. An increase in size in excess of the above entails an overpricing of products due to an increase in labor and material costs.
In the second, thermophilic phase of composting, the temperature of the mixture heating reaches 60 ... 70 ° C. At these temperatures, pathogenic microorganisms die within a week and weed seeds completely lose their germination ability. Long-term maintenance of such a high temperature is undesirable due to large losses of nitrogen. After one month from the beginning of the bookmark, to reduce the temperature of the collar it is necessary to mix it. This achieves both a decrease in the temperature of the collar and uniformity of heating of the mixture throughout its volume.
0,8÷1,0.Also, with prolonged composting, undesirable losses of nutrients and especially nitrogen as an element limiting the biological fermentation of compost increase. With an aerobic biothermal process, nitrogen loss in the first month can reach 25-30%, and after 6 months - up to 60% or more. Since nitrogen losses during long-term composting are unavoidable, it is necessary to provide the composted mass with an excessive amount of nitrogen, increasing the ratio of animal waste to wood waste in a mass ratio of 0.8 ÷ 1.0.
To reduce the duration of the thermophilic composting phase and to uniformly warm the collar over its entire volume and to transfer the biothermal process from the warming phase to the ripening phase at a temperature of 60 ... 79 ° C, it is necessary to completely collapse and mix after one month from the day of laying in summer period and after 3 months - in the offseason.
The third phase - cooling and ripening of the compost - lasts for several months. Moreover, humic substances are formed precisely in this phase at low temperatures. Composting should be stopped at a time when compost is richest in nutrients. Otherwise, fermentation can lead to the complete conversion of organic matter to carbon dioxide, water, ammonia and mineral salts.
The easily decomposable carbon compounds present in wood waste (lignin, cellulose) and introduced together with wood chips, sawdust and wood bark also provide an excessive amount of nitrogen and contribute to the fixation of nitrogen in the composted mixture.
10...18%.The fixation of nitrogen is associated with the destruction of organic matter, the transition of nitrogen, which is in chemical form, into biological forms with subsequent mineralization. Composting in this case is carried out in biological (microorganisms) and physico-mechanical forms during the aerobic process. A qualitative and quantitative analysis of the parameters of the composting process revealed that the ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus C: P = 18 ÷ 20: 1 in compost, possible with the components used (cattle and pig manure, woodworking waste and lignin), optimal for the initial moisture content of the compost mixture within 70% and oxygen concentrations in the range of 10 ... 18%.
The use of components such as cattle and pig manure, woodworking waste (wood chips, bark, sawdust and lignin) greatly simplifies the preparation of organic fertilizers, and significantly reduces labor costs due to the size and shape of the collar and the exclusion of continuous forced aeration from the process chain. With the recommended technology of organomineral fertilizer, no additional components are used (special mushroom culture, ash and various mineral additives, which also reduces labor costs.
