Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics.
Osteochondropathy of the femoral head is very common in children aged 5 to 12 years. The process is often one-sided. The disease develops imperceptibly - minor pains in the hip joint and lameness appear, further pain intensifies, constant lameness, joint contracture appears.
The treatment of the disease boils down to unloading the limb to prevent deformation of the femoral head and to general strengthening therapy.
[1].A known method of treating osteochondropathy of the femoral head, including surgery and subsequent exposure of the femoral head to electrical stimulation with direct current [1].
The exposure is carried out continuously for several days.
As you know, exposure to biological tissues for more than 40 minutes leads to the appearance of a hard adaptive syndrome and can only cause harm, which is the main disadvantage of the known treatment method, which is also invasive.
[2].A known method of treating osteochondropathy of the femoral head, including early unloading of the affected limb and subsequent mud treatment [2].
The objective of the invention is to increase the therapeutic effect non-invasively.
10-12.This is achieved by the fact that in the method of treating Perthes disease in children, including early unloading of the affected limb with subsequent exposure to a physical factor, according to the invention, the exposure is carried out by a complex electromagnetic field, which is formed by a sinusoidal signal with a carrier frequency in the frequency range 200-800 kHz amplitude-modulated a low-frequency signal with a constantly changing frequency in the range of 10-1000 Hz, infrared radiation with a wavelength of 940 nm and red radiation with a wavelength of 640 nm, while exposure time of 25 minutes, two procedures per day, the amount of a course of 10-12 procedures.
10-12.The essence of the invention lies in the fact that during non-invasive treatment, the area of the affected femoral head is exposed to a complex electromagnetic field generated by a sinusoidal signal with a carrier frequency in the frequency range 200-800 kHz, an amplitude-modulated low-frequency signal with a constantly changing frequency in the frequency range 10-1000 Hz, infrared radiation with a wavelength of 940 nm and red radiation with a wavelength of 640 nm. The exposure time is 25 minutes, two procedures per day. The number of procedures per course 10-12.
Для воздействия на область пораженной головки бедренной кости применяется устройство для физиотерапии, описание которого приведено в патенте РФ №2199354 [3].To affect the area of the affected femoral head, a physiotherapy device is used, the description of which is given in RF patent No. 2199354 [3].
The method is as follows.
The patient is placed on the couch in a prone position on a healthy side. The unit's power is turned on. The emitter of the apparatus is placed over the area of the affected femoral head with a gap of 5 mm.
During the procedure, a labile technique is used.
The emitter is constantly in motion. Initially, the emitter is removed from the area by a distance of 3 cm with a speed of not more than 1 cm / sec, and then approaches. After 5 minutes, the emitter moves in a circular motion clockwise at the same speed. The cycle repeats.
When the emitter moves, the carrier frequencies of electromagnetic waves are additionally modulated by infra-low frequencies, which leads to an increase in the therapeutic effect.
Irradiation with electromagnetic radiation with a frequency in the range of 200-800 kHz reduces the optical density of biological tissues in the affected area, as a result of which the penetration depth of radiation with a wavelength of 940 nm and 640 nm increases and its therapeutic efficiency increases. An electromagnetic field with a frequency in the range of 200-800 kHz enhances the effect of LED radiation (synergism) and is independently an analgesic and activating factor. The impact of a complex electromagnetic field on the area of the affected femoral head restores blood circulation, which leads to the regeneration of bone tissue and to the restoration of the shape of the femoral head.
The proposed method is non-invasive.
The following exposure mode is applied: radiation power density with a wavelength of 940 nm 3 mW / cm 2 and a pulsation frequency of 100 Hz, radiation power density with a wavelength of 640 nm 2 mW / cm 2 with a pulsation frequency of 100 Hz, the electric field in the range 200- 800 kHz at the surface of the exposure element 2 V / m.
