Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil industry and may find application in the dehydration and desalination of an oil emulsion of an intermediate oil layer formed in the tanks and settling apparatus of oil treatment plants.
1996.08.20).A known method of removing chlorine-containing compounds from oil, including washing the oil emulsion with water and an aqueous solution of alkali in an electric desalting plant in several stages at elevated temperature. Moreover, washing with an aqueous alkali solution is carried out at a temperature of 30-80 ° C higher than the previous washing with water (RF patent No. 2065477, publ. 1996.08.20).
The known method requires the use of elevated temperatures. In the absence of demulsifiers, the method does not allow to destroy the stable oil emulsion of the intermediate layers.
Closest to the invention in technical essence is a method of preparing oil, including measuring the volume of the emulsion from the wells, gas separation, introducing a demulsifier into the pipeline, diverting the emulsion from the metering unit to the separator, separating the free produced water from the sump and preparing the oil by deep dehydration and desalination by adding hot water into the emulsion and dispersing it, followed by separation and separation of the phases. The demulsifier is administered in two stages, half the norm. The second half is introduced in the process of oil preparation when dispersing the emulsion by creating a circular circulation pump-sump, in which hot water is also introduced. Oil preparation is carried out in at least two sedimentation tanks, providing a continuous flow of emulsion from the wells. The phase separation in the sump before and after dispersion is carried out in the heat exposure mode (RF patent No. 2153382, publ. 2000.07.27 - prototype).
50%.The known method does not allow sufficiently successfully to separate oil from the oil emulsion of the intermediate layers. The oil yield is not more than 50%.
The invention solves the problem of increasing the efficiency of separation of the oil emulsion of the intermediate layers into oil and water, dehydration, desalting of oil and separation of mechanical impurities.
The problem is solved in that in the method for processing the oil emulsion of the intermediate layers, which includes feeding the oil emulsion into the tank, separating the oil and directing the oil treatment unit to the inlet, according to the invention, the oil emulsion is fed into the tank with a flow rate of 0.5-1 m 3 / h through a wastewater layer of the same oil reservoir with a salinity of less than the saturation limit with a temperature of 20-30 ° C and a wastewater layer thickness of 6-8 m.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The increase in water cut in production of wells, the widespread use of methods to intensify oil production and increase oil recovery, the use of joint collection of emulsions of coal and Devonian horizons, uncontrolled dosing of chemicals in the system for collecting and preparing production of wells leads to the accumulation of intermediate layers of oil emulsion in oil treatment devices, etc. e. layers between the oil separated from the ordinary oil emulsion and the separated water. Such oil emulsions are highly resistant water-oil emulsions with a high content of solids. As a rule, the destruction of such oil emulsions is impossible by traditionally used methods and demulsifiers. As they accumulate, the oil emulsion of the intermediate layers is discharged into a separate tank from which it is processed or disposed of.
The proposed invention solves the problem of separation of the oil emulsion of the intermediate layers into oil and water, dehydration, desalination and separation of mechanical impurities.
To solve the problem, the oil emulsion of the intermediate layers is transported through a pipeline to the storage tank of the oil emulsion of the intermediate layers located at the oil treatment unit. The accumulated emulsion is sent through a pipeline to the lower part of the tank filled with wastewater of the same oil deposit with a salinity of less than the saturation limit with a temperature of 20-30 ° C and a wastewater layer thickness of 6-8 m. The oil emulsion is supplied to the lower part of the tank at a flow rate of 0 , 5-1 m 3 / h. An oil emulsion passes through a layer of wastewater and rises. In this case, the oil is separated upward and its direction to the input of the oil treatment unit. As a result, it is possible to isolate up to 98% of the oil from the oil emulsion of the intermediate layers.
Concrete example
By December 2003, in the tanks and sludge tanks of the Kuteminskoye sour oil treatment unit, the amount of oil emulsion in the intermediate layers was more than 4.5 thousand tons, which significantly worsened the process at the plant, and the finished oil delivery plan was repeatedly disrupted. The oil emulsion of the intermediate layers could not be refined by conventional methods of oil preparation.
Since January 2004, an oil emulsion of intermediate layers with a water content of 40% has been supplied to the lower part of a 2000 m 3 tank located at an oil treatment plant. The tank is filled with waste water of the same oil reservoir with a salinity of 100 g / l, i.e. less than the saturation limit, with a temperature of 25 ° C and a wastewater layer thickness of 7 m. The oil emulsion is supplied to the lower part of the tank with a flow rate of 0.7 m 3 / h. An oil emulsion passes through a layer of wastewater and rises. In this case, oil is released upward, desalination, dehydration and precipitation of mechanical impurities occur. Oil from the upper layer is sent to the input of the oil treatment unit. As a result, 98% of the oil is separated from the oil emulsion of the intermediate layers into the upper oil layer. After 3 months of this technology, the amount of oil emulsion of the intermediate layers was minimized. After the successful implementation of the proposed method for processing the oil emulsion of the intermediate layers, work is ensured without technological breakdowns and stable delivery of the finished oil plan. The need for an overdose of the demulsifier disappeared, the consumption of the demulsifier decreased by 20%. The annual economic effect of only saving chemicals amounted to about 4 million rubles.
The application of the proposed method will allow to separate the oil emulsion of the intermediate layers into oil and water, to dehydrate and desalinate the oil and separate the mechanical impurities. The elimination of the oil emulsion of the intermediate layers will ensure the operation of the plants without technological breakdowns.
