Description
The invention relates to the field of pumping technology, mainly to downhole pumping units for oil production from wells.
RU 2059891 С1, F 04 F 5/02, 10.05.1996).A well-known jet installation including a jet pump installed in a well on a tubing string and a geophysical instrument located below the jet pump in a tubing string (see RU 2059891 C1, F 04 F 5/02, 05/10/1996).
This installation allows pumping various produced media, for example, oil, from the well while processing the produced medium and the near-wellbore zone of the formation, however, this installation provides for the supply of the working medium to the nozzle of the jet apparatus through a pipe string, which in some cases narrows the scope of use of this installation.
F 04 F 5/02, 10.04.2002).The closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved result is a downhole jet installation containing a packer, a pipe string and a jet pump, in the housing of which an active nozzle with a mixing chamber is coaxially mounted and a passage through is made with a seat for installing a sealing unit with an axial channel, output the jet pump is connected to the pipe string above the sealing unit, the inlet of the supply channel of the pumped medium of the jet pump is connected to the pipe string below the sealing unit, and the inlet la for supplying the working medium to the active nozzle is connected to the space surrounding the pipe string and the jet pump body holds several channels for supplying the pumped-out medium (see. Patent RU 2181167 C1, cl. F 04 F 5/02, 10.04.2002).
This jet installation allows for various technological operations in the well below the installation level of the jet pump, including by creating a pressure differential above and below the sealing unit. However, this installation does not allow to fully use its capabilities, which is associated with the inability to prevent failure of the downhole jet installation due to the overlapping section of the active nozzle of the jet pump with foreign objects.
The problem to which the present invention is directed, is to increase the reliability of the installation by preventing failure of the installation as a result of overlapping (clogging) of the cross section of the active nozzle of the jet pump with foreign objects. This problem is solved due to the fact that the downhole jet installation contains a packer, a pipe string and an jet pump, in the housing of which an active nozzle with a mixing chamber is coaxially mounted and a passage channel is made with a seat for installing a sealing unit with an axial channel, the outlet of the jet pump is connected to pipe string above the sealing unit, the input of the channel for supplying a pumped medium of the jet pump is connected to the pipe string below the sealing unit, and the input of the channel for supplying the working medium to the active nozzle is connected several channels for supplying a pumped medium are made to the space surrounding the pipe string and in the housing of the jet pump, moreover, a two-stage annular groove is made on the housing of the jet pump, while a large groove step is made on the side of the outer wall of the jet pump housing, the input section of the working medium supply channel the active nozzle is made at the base of the smaller step of the annular groove, and in the large step of the annular groove there is a perforated shell, the height of which is equal to the width of the larger steps of the annular groove, the shell wall thickness is not greater than the depth of the larger step of the annular groove, and the total area of the shell perforation holes is not less than the cross-sectional area of the working medium supply channel at the entrance to the active nozzle.
In addition, at least one active nozzle with a mixing chamber can be installed in the jet pump housing, and at least one additional channel for supplying the working medium to the additional active nozzle is made in the jet pump body, while the input section of each additional working feed channel is made at the base of a smaller step of the annular groove, and the total area of the holes of the perforation of the shell is not less than the total cross-sectional area of the supply channels of the working medium at the entrance to the active nozzles a jet pump. The cross-sectional area of any perforation hole is preferably not larger than the cross-sectional area of the outlet section of the active nozzle. An analysis of the operation of a downhole jet installation showed that the reliability of the installation can be improved by preventing foreign objects from entering the flow part of the jet pump, especially the active nozzle of the jet pump - the narrowest point of the flow part of the jet pump. Taking into account that the output section of the active nozzle can be primarily clogged by foreign objects from the annulus, the cross section of this section of the nozzle was chosen as a characteristic size when determining the size of the holes in the filter device, which is installed at the entrance to the supply channels of the working medium in active nozzle of the jet pump. The implementation of the filtering device in the form of a perforated shell, which is installed in the annular groove of the jet pump housing, allows you to significantly develop the surface of the filtering device and, as a result, minimize its hydraulic resistance. The execution of a two-stage annular groove is also aimed at this. Making any hole in the perforation of the shell with a cross-sectional area of no more than the cross-sectional area of the output section of the active nozzle helps to prevent the passage of the active nozzle from being blocked by foreign objects and, at the same time, allows the passage of impurities that cannot interfere with the operation of the jet pump. Placing the perforated shell in the annular groove makes it possible to organize the process of cleaning the working medium without increasing the transverse dimensions of the jet pump, which is very important for installations that are located in wells, the cross section of which is the size that determines all the design of the well installations.
Thus, the achievement of the objective of the invention has been achieved - to prevent the ingress of foreign objects clogging the flow part of the jet pump through the working medium supply channel into the active nozzle, and thereby increase the reliability of the downhole jet installation.

The output is jet of the third pump 3 is connected to the pipe string 2 above the sealing unit 9, the input of the channel 13 for supplying the pumped medium of the jet pump 3 is connected to the pipe string 2 below the sealing unit 9, and the input of the working medium supply channel 14 to the active nozzle 5 is connected to the space surrounding the pipe string 2, and in the housing 4 of the jet pump 3, several channels 13 for supplying a pumped medium are made. At the bottom of the channels 13 for supplying the pumped-out medium, places 15 (for example, threaded portions) can be made for installing check valves (not shown) or other devices.
5.A two-stage annular groove 16 is made on the housing 4 of the jet pump 3. A large step of the groove 16 is made on the side of the outer wall of the housing 4 of the jet pump 3. The input section of the working medium supply channel 14 into the active nozzle 5 is made at the base of the lower stage of the annular groove 16. In the larger stage of the annular groove 16, a perforated shell 17 is installed, the height of which is equal to the width of the larger step of the annular groove 16. The wall thickness of the shell 17 is not greater than the depth of the larger step of the annular groove 16, and the total area l holes perforation of the shell 17 is not less than the cross-sectional area of the channel 14 for supplying a working medium at the entrance to the active nozzle 5.
The jet pump 3 and the packer 1 on the pipe string 2 are lowered into the well and placed above the reservoir. The packer 1 is brought into working position, separating the annulus of the well. On the cable 12 lower the sealing unit 9 and the emitter and receiver-converter 11 of the physical fields. In the annulus of the pipe string 2, a working medium is pumped, for example, water, saline, oil, etc. From the annular space, the working medium enters through the perforated shell 17, the annular groove 16 and channel 14 into the active nozzle 5 of the jet pump 3. Within a few seconds after pumping the working medium through the active nozzle 5, a stable jet is formed at the outlet of the nozzle, which, flowing out of the nozzle 5, carries the surrounding medium into the jet pump, which causes a decrease in pressure first in the channels 13 for supplying the pumped medium , and then in the under-packer space of the well, creating a depression on the reservoir. The magnitude of the pressure reduction depends on the speed of passage of the working fluid through the active nozzle 5, which in turn depends on the magnitude of the pressure of the working fluid injected into the annulus of the well above the packer 1. As a result, the formation medium flows through the pipe string 2 and through channels 13 into the jet pump 3 where it mixes with the working medium and the mixture of media due to the energy of the working medium through the pipe string 2 comes from the well to the surface. During pumping out of the formation medium, the parameters of the pumped-out formation medium are monitored, as well as the impact on it and the borehole zone of the reservoir by the emitter and receiver-transformer 11 of the physical fields. Depending on the problem being solved, it is possible to move the emitter and receiver-transducer 11 of physical fields along the well.
The invention can find application in the testing, development and operation of oil and gas condensate wells, as well as in their overhaul.
