Abstract
Description
п.).The invention relates to the field of marine engineering, in particular to underwater moving objects (torpedoes, underwater missiles, research stations, etc.).
One of the most effective ways to control an underwater moving object (PDO) is to control it from the launch platform on cable information lines, both wired and fiber optic.
When placing cable lines on PDO, in order to increase the control range, stringent requirements are imposed on them to minimize the cable cross-section, which sharply limits its tensile strength. The main criterion for the functioning of cable lines is to reduce the tensile load on the cable, which is achieved by eliminating cable pulling relative to the environment. Two coils with a cable are used to control the PDO from the moving launch platform: one is placed on the PDO, and the other is mounted on the moving launch platform. Prevention of cable entry near the platform body where it may be damaged is achieved by removing the cable to a safe distance by unwinding through the protective hose or by towing the reel with the cable reel behind the platform on a cable tug of a given length.
The towed coil is mounted on the PDO and is removed from the media device to a safe distance.
31, 152, Bild 141).There are known torpedoes equipped with a towed coil with a communication cable: torpedo MK24 mod.0 “Tigerfish”, Great Britain, torpedo MK25 (USA) and torpedoes that use a coil with a cable reel unwound through a protective hose for communication with the vehicle’s onboard torpedo device (Torpedobewaffnug, M. Schiffner, K.-H.Dohmen, R. Friedrich, Militarverlag DDR (VEB) -Berlin, 1990, p. 31, 152, Bild 141).
Also known is a “Method and device for unwinding a wire connecting a torpedo with a launch platform” - according to French patent No. 2674015, 5, F 42 B 19/10, F 41 G 7/32, 1991 and EPO patent No. 0504049, 5 F 41 G 7/32, B 63 G 8/42, 1992. The indicated technical solution was adopted as a prototype.
The device for unwinding a wire connecting a torpedo with a launch platform consists of two parts with different tensile strengths. A certain section of one part of the wire is wound on a coil mounted on a torpedo, and is unwound behind the torpedo as it moves so that the unwound part is stationary relative to the environment. Another section of the same part of the wire is wound on a coil, which is connected to the platform using a second part, wound to a predetermined length from the platform to hold the coil at the required distance from the platform, while the coil can unwind the portion of the part of the connecting wire gradually if the platform moves so that part of the unwound wire remains stationary relative to the medium, regardless of the speed of the torpedo and the launch platform.
The disadvantage of this device, as well as the above analogs, is the pickup and pulling by a cable tug of a wire previously exhausted from a torpedo coil when it intersects at the initial stage of towing, while the wire moves off the cable tug during movement and hangs on the protruding parts of the coil body .
The aim of the invention is the dumping of the previously unwound cable of the PDO coil at the intersection with the towing cable of the towed coil.
This object is achieved in that the towed coil of the PDO cable communication line with the launch platform, comprising the PDO attachment device and the tow cable connected to the launch platform, is equipped with a counter cable diverter through which the tow cable is passed, and the diverter consists of two articulated and spring-loaded brackets located in the bow, one perpendicularly, and the second parallel to its axis, fixed by a device for attaching to PDO with the possibility of rotation of the brackets at an angle greater than la oncoming liquid friction on cable otvoditel.
Figure 1, 2 shows a General view of a towed coil; figure 3 is a General view of the coil and the position of the cable line when towing behind the launch platform.
The towed coil comprises a housing 1 in the form of a cylindrical shell with motion stabilizing plates, a profiled fairing 2 is installed in the bow of the shell, the tail of the shell is closed by a lid; bobbins with cable tug 3 and microcable 4 are placed inside the housing 1. The bobbins 3 and 4 are interconnected and form a single communication line, connectors are installed at the outer ends of the coil communication line for mating with the response parts of the cable information line. On the fairing 2, there is a
При подхвате на буксировку скобы 8 и 9 отводителя 7 посредством пружины разворачиваются в одну плоскость под углом к вертикальной оси катушки (фиг.3).When the PDO moves, the reel begins to unwind with the cable tug 3; upon reaching the estimated length of the unwound cable tug,
In the case of the intersection of the cable tug of the coil with the previously wound microcable of the communication line, the microcable gradually descends from the cable tug and slides under the coil 7 through the diverter 7. At the same time, the forced movement of the microcable relative to the surrounding water is stopped, the tensile load on the microcable is eliminated, and communication line breakage is prevented.
The effectiveness of this device is confirmed by computational-mathematical modeling, technical documentation has been developed and prototypes for field tests have been made.
