Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of diving technology, namely to diving breathing apparatus of a regenerative type with a closed breathing pattern. It can be used in the Navy, the Russian army and organizations engaged in diving operations.
Known diving breathing apparatus with a closed breathing pattern, for example, the apparatus of the company "General Electric" MK-10 (V.A. Vishnyakov, I.V. Merenov "Deep-sea diving equipment". L .: "Shipbuilding", 1982, S. 29 -34). This apparatus contains a breathing bag, a cartridge with an absorbent, cylinders with a breathing mixture and oxygen, as well as an oxygen partial pressure sensor with a valve.
The disadvantages of this apparatus are the presence of a special oxygen cylinder, the need to etch the exhaust gas into the water, which violates the secrecy of the diver under the water. In addition, such devices are characterized by increased resistance to breathing and an insignificant degree of development of the absorbing substance.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a diving breathing apparatus with a closed breathing pattern, consisting of a two-valve box, inhalation and exhalation systems, two cartridges equipped with one regenerative and the other with absorbing material connected in parallel on the inspiration line (Light-diving engineering equipment SLVI-71, M .: Military Publishing, 1980, p. 10 - prototype).
This device has the smallest of the considered analogues weight and size characteristics and provides the secrecy of finding a diver under water.
The disadvantage of this apparatus is the lack of a regulatory body in the system for distributing the flow of the exhaled gas mixture for each cartridge, and as a result, the required composition of the inhaled mixture is insufficiently accurate and the regenerative substance and carbon dioxide absorber in the cartridges are not fully developed, and there is no switch for breathing through one cartridge.
The technical result from the use of the invention is to increase the degree of development of the regenerative substance and the carbon dioxide absorber, as well as to more accurately maintain the composition of the respiratory gas mixture.
This technical result is achieved by the fact that in a diving breathing apparatus with a closed breathing circuit containing a breathing bag, two cartridges with regenerative and absorbent substances connected in parallel on the expiration line, a three-way solenoid valve, controlled by an electric oxygen partial pressure sensor, is installed at the nodal point of the expiration line , and the sensor itself is installed on the inspiration line.
Figure 1 shows a schematic diagram of a diving breathing apparatus (a three-way solenoid valve is in the position to supply the gas mixture to both cartridges).
Figure 2 shows a three-way three-position solenoid valve in the position of supplying the gas mixture to the right cartridge, the left cartridge is closed. In Fig.3 - the flow of the mixture into the left cartridge, the right one is blocked.
11. The breathing apparatus consists of a two-valve box 1, inspiration 2 and expiration 3 tubes, a breathing bag 4, a three-way solenoid valve 5, an oxygen partial pressure sensor 6, and two cartridges - one with regenerative substance 7 and the second 8 with a carbon dioxide absorber. On the breathing bag there is a safety valve 9 and a pulmonary machine 10 that feeds the respiratory gas mixture into the bag from the cylinder 11.
The three-way solenoid valve has three fittings "a", "b", "c", to which respectively the exhalation tubes 3, the exhalation tubes 12, 13 of cartridges 7 and 8 are connected. The exhalation tubes 14, 15 of cartridges 7 and 8 are connected to the breathing bag. The electrical signal of the sensor 6 to control the valve 5 is supplied from an autonomous power source.
The breathing apparatus operates as follows.
1. When the diver descends under water, the respiratory bag 4 is filled with a respiratory gas mixture (DHA) from the cylinder 11 through the pulmonary machine 10. Excess DHA is etched through the safety valve 9. When the oxygen content in the DHA is within the permissible concentration, valve 5 is in the middle position, i.e. union “a” is connected with nozzles “b” and “c”. During the exhalation of the DGS through the box 1, the exhalation tube 3 enters the nozzle "a" of the valve 5. The valve 5 is in the position of the DGS supply to the nozzle "b", and from it through the fittings "b" and "c" through the tubes 12 and 13 in both cartridges (see figure 1). DHS enters the cartridge 7, filled with a regenerative substance, and the cartridge 8, filled with a carbon dioxide absorber (chemical absorber lime CP-I). Interacting with the regenerative substance and the absorber, the DHA is purified from carbon dioxide and at the same time in cartridge 7 it is enriched with oxygen released from the substance, and then enters the breathing bag 4. When inhaling, the DHA from the bag enters through the inhalation tube 2 through the sensor 6 into the valve box 1.
As the respiratory cycles are produced, the oxygen concentration in the DHA begins to increase, and when the limit to which the oxygen partial pressure sensor is adjusted 6 is reached, an electrical signal is supplied to valve 5. Valve 5 switches to the position of the DHA supply to nozzle “c” (see Fig. 2 ) In this case, when the DHA is exhaled, through the tube 13 it enters the cartridge 8 filled with a carbon dioxide absorber, where it is cleaned of carbon dioxide and through the nozzle 15 enters the breathing bag. In this case, oxygen is not released and its concentration in DHA begins to decrease. At the moment of reaching the lower limit of the oxygen concentration in the gas generator, the sensor 6 gives an electric signal to the valve 5. The valve 5 switches to the position (see figure 3) and the process repeats.
Thus, when using the proposed breathing apparatus, the probability of oxygen poisoning and oxygen starvation is excluded, the safety of diving descents is increased. In addition, by increasing the degree of development of the regenerative substance and the carbon dioxide absorbent, these products are saved, and the mass and dimensions of the apparatus are reduced with the same autonomy.
