Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of aircraft construction, namely to the design of turbine engines and restoration of contact surfaces of retaining brackets of turbine rotor blades.
1988). A known method of restoring the contact surfaces of the retaining shelves of the blades, consisting in an arc surfacing in an argon medium of wear-resistant material, followed by machining of the surfaces to their original working size (see A.G. Bratukhin, Yu.E. Reshetnikov, A.A. Inozemtsev. Fundamentals of technology the creation of a gas turbine engine for long-range aircraft. - M.: Mechanical Engineering, 1988).
But this method of hardening and restoration of contact surfaces in serial production did not find practical application due to the fact that microcracks often appeared in the surfacing zone under operating conditions. It does not prevent the formation of a stress concentration zone and does not exclude the repeated development of cracks in the corners of the retaining shelves even after the technological groove has been completed.
Closest to the proposed is a method of restoring the contact surfaces of the turbine rotor blades, which consists in cleaning and leveling the contact surface, surfacing wear-resistant material on this surface (see application 99114134/02 of 06/28/99, class B 23
The aim of the present invention is to increase the service life of the blades with the simultaneous creation of operating conditions, largely preventing the formation of stress concentration zones and eliminating the formation of cracks.
Achieving this goal is ensured by the fact that the method of restoring the contact surfaces of the retaining shelves of the turbine rotor blades includes cleaning and aligning the contact surface ending in a radius-angular groove, and surfacing wear-resistant material on this surface. Moreover, the cleaning and alignment of the contact surface before surfacing is performed until a technological protrusion is formed in front of the radius-angular groove, after which the directional (restored) contact surface is machined and the groove is deepened until the technological protrusion is eliminated.
The grooves are deepened by an amount not exceeding the thickness of the restored contact surface.
55o±20o.The sides of the grooves are angled at 55 ° ± 20 ° .
The proposed method is illustrated by drawings, where:
FIG. 1 - contact surface of the originally installed retaining shelf,
FIG. 2 - retaining shelf with an indication of the wear zone cleaned and leveled,
figure 3 - contact surface after surfacing,
figure 4 - contact surface after restoration and boring grooves.
The proposed method for restoring the contact surfaces of the retaining shelves of the turbine blades consists in preliminary cleaning and alignment of the contact surface and the formation of a radius-angular groove.
45o.The working blades 1 (Fig.1-4) of the turbine during operation are triggered by the contact surfaces 2 (Fig.1 and 2). The triggering of the
In this case, a
After processing the deposited layer of
As a result of the development of the
The decrease in the angle of rotation of the grooves (less than 35 o ) leads to the "incision" in the design of the turbine blades in the interaction of the contact surfaces of the retaining shelves, and the increase in the angle of rotation (over 75 o ) will lead to a decrease in the length of the contact surfaces, which accordingly will increase the load on the contact surfaces and their increased wear.
The application of the proposed method for the restoration of the contact surfaces of the retaining shelves of turbine rotor blades by surfacing wear-resistant material while maintaining the integrity of their feather, lock and shelves increases the service life of the blades up to several hundred hours and reduces the costs associated with the time-consuming and expensive process of manufacturing rotor blades in mass production.
The method significantly increases the performance of the blades while minimizing the concentration of stress and cracking.
