Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of technological equipment intended primarily for the implementation of physico-chemical interactions in the application of vibration.
A continuous electrovibration apparatus is known, consisting of a housing inside which a mixing device is placed, or a working body made in the form of solid disks mounted on hollow rods connected to a lower electro-vibroresonant engine (hereinafter the engine) and alternating circular disks mounted on hollow rods and associated with the upper engine [1]. The apparatus includes elastic systems through which both pairs of mixing devices, together with the corresponding motors, are supported on the housing, forming oscillatory modules. The operating frequency of the oscillations of the engines, or the frequency of the driving force is a constant value and may be equal to the frequency of the mains, i.e. 50 Hz.
To work in resonant mode, i.e. with minimal energy consumption, it is necessary that the natural frequency of the oscillation module is equal to the frequency of the forced oscillations created by the engine. A slight mismatch of both frequencies leads to the termination of the resonant mode of operation of the device. The disadvantage of the prototype is that the adjustment of the apparatus to the resonant mode of operation is complicated by the need to take into account, when calculating the natural frequency of the vibrational module, the added mass of reagents passing through the mixing devices and interacting with them, which is practically impossible. It is possible to make the resonance mode only for devices with a rigidly fixed mass of the oscillation module and with the appropriate equipment to maintain this mode due to frequency feedback between the oscillation module and the engine, and this leads to a significant complication of the installation.
The aim of the invention is to increase the stability of the installation with a simplified tuning technology in the resonant mode.
The goal, according to the invention, is achieved due to the fact that for tuning to the resonant mode of operation of the technological installation, which contains an oscillating module, which includes rigidly interconnected working body and a vibration drive with an elastic element, tuned to a fixed operating frequency of vibrations, the frequency of natural vibrations of the module set 1-2% more than the operating frequency of the drive. Then the installation is switched on at idle and upon reaching stabilization of the oscillatory process it is fully loaded, after which it is brought out to the resonant mode of operation, compensating for the remaining difference between the real frequency of the module and the operating frequency of the drive, acting on the elastic element, changing its stiffness, and / or working organ, changing its mass.
The proposed method allows you to bring the technological installation either to a fully resonant mode of operation, or to a mode very close to resonant, thereby increasing the stability of not only the installation itself, but also the stability of the minimum energy consumption on the engine. Indeed, with the natural frequency of the oscillation module 1-2% higher than the operating frequency of the drive, the process load reduces this frequency and brings it closer to the resonance, reducing the difference between them. The latter is compensated by the effect on the elastic element, a change in its stiffness in the direction of its decrease, or on the working body, a change in its mass in the direction of increase. The first variant of exposure due to simplicity is more preferable.

12.An example of the method
As a technological installation for demonstrating the method, an installation similar to the prototype is used, with a number of simplifications. In particular, in the housing 1, a working body is installed in the form of a series of solid disks 2, mounted on a rod 3, connected to an electromagnetic motor 4. The working body together with the engine form an oscillating module, which also includes an elastic element 5 made of a cup spring through which the oscillating module rests on the housing 1. The spring package is entwined with the help of a threaded rod 6 mounted on the housing 1 and a nut 7. To intensify the mixing process, a number of fixed annular rings are installed in the housing 1 Skov 8 alternating with discs 2 and mounted with a gap relative to the latter. Thus, a labyrinth channel was created from the loading hole 9 to the discharge opening 10. At the free end of the rod 3, a platform 11 for adjusting weights 12 is provided.
точку С на фиг.2).The launch of the technological installation in the work is carried out in the following sequence:
1. Select the frequency of the forced oscillations of the working body equal to the working frequency of the engine, for example, the network frequency of 50 Hz, which in this case is resonant (see point C in figure 2).
Pre-calculated by the formula the natural frequency of the oscillation module and by tuning to achieve its increase to a value within 1-2% of the operating frequency of the engine, for example, 51 Hz (see point A in figure 2).
3. Start the engine 4 and make it possible to idle until this mode is stabilized for 5-10 seconds.
4. When the oscillating module is operating, the unit is fully loaded with reagents, feeding them into the loading hole 9, while measuring the changing frequency of the oscillating module, which will begin to fall under the action of the load. With a fully loaded installation, the frequency of the module will correspond to point B in the graph of figure 2. In numerical terms, this may be a frequency equal to, for example, 50.3 Hz.
5. Acting on the elastic element 5, or rather on the nut 7, reduce the stiffness of the spring package, bringing the frequency to 50 Hz, tracking the tuning process by the frequency meter and observing the amplitude of the oscillatory process. A tuning operation is also possible by changing the mass of the oscillating module, in particular, by adding a load 12 to the platform 11. The method of influencing stiffness is simpler and more technologically advanced.
The proposed method of tuning to the resonant mode of operation of the technological installation was tested in the process of obtaining hydrofuel on the apparatus, a schematic diagram of which is shown in figure 1. It was possible to get 95% operation of the unit in resonance mode.
