Known from the patent of the Russian Federation 2024707, cl. E 04 С 2/04, 1992. a method of manufacturing a multi-hollow reinforced concrete floor slab, including laying in the working cavity the forms of the lower reinforcement, its tension, installing hollow formers, stiffeners at the ends, laying the upper reinforcement on the hollow formers, filling the mold with concrete mixture and compacting it .
The disadvantages of the specified hollow core slab and the method of its manufacture is the presence of reinforcing meshes and stiffeners along its longitudinal ends, which makes it impossible to manufacture it by continuous molding using extrusion.
Closest in their technical essence to the proposed multi-hollow building product and the method of its molding are known from the patent of the Russian Federation 2053112, cl. 7 В 28 В 3/20, 1990, a multi-hollow building product containing a concrete body with longitudinal reinforcement, located mainly in its upper and lower parts symmetrically to the longitudinal axes of the longitudinal voids, and a method of manufacturing multi-hollow building products by extrusion, including laying on the stand of longitudinal reinforcement installation in the front of the stand, covering the longitudinal reinforcement of a horizontally movable molding unit, laying concrete mix on a pallet of the stand when forming it during continuous premises along the longitudinal reinforcement of the concrete hollow massif of the body of the building product, exposure of the latter to set the necessary strength, cutting into individual building products with subsequent exposure to set the stripping strength.
The disadvantage of this multi-hollow building product and its molding method is the increase in the rigidity of rigging, due to the need to use special gripping traverses to remove the manufactured product from the stand, store it, transport and install it at the construction site, since when using the multi-hollow concrete massif continuous molding method using extrusion, it is not possible to install any standard mounting loops.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the complexity of rigging and ensure the convenience of gripping a multi-hollow building product when removing it from the stand-pallet, warehousing, loading and installation of multi-hollow flooring of the constructed building.
This goal is achieved by the fact that a multi-hollow building product containing a concrete body with longitudinal reinforcement, located mainly in its upper and lower parts symmetrically to the longitudinal axes of the longitudinal voids, is equipped with symmetrical loop grips located in the voids of the concrete body, formed at two levels and in contact with each other other surfaces at the intersection points of the cross-shaped horizontal reinforcing bars, and is made with formed in the product above sim ternary loop grips through the gripping nests, the width of each of which corresponds to the width of the longitudinal void located under it, while the distance "T 1 " between the longitudinal axes and the distance "T 2 " between the transverse axes of the symmetric loop grips are less than the length "L" of the product, respectively, 1 7 - 2.9 and 1.1 - 1.4 times, and the distance "T 3" between transverse axes through the gripping nests, and the distance "h" from the upper surface of the article to the horizontal plane passing through the longitudinal and transverse axis symmetric loop grips, less than the length "L" and thickness "H" of the product, respectively, 1.1 - 1.3 and 2.0 - 2.2 times, and each horizontal reinforcing bar of each symmetrical loop capture is located in the horizontal plane at an angle "α" equal to 30-60 o relative to the longitudinal ends of the product and in the process of continuous molding hollow construction articles by extrusion, comprising laying on the stand of the longitudinal reinforcement, installation covering it in front of the stand horizontally movable molding unit, stacking them concrete n stand pallet during molding during its continuous movement along the longitudinal reinforcement of a concrete multi-hollow massif of a body of a building product, holding the latter to set the required strength, cutting into individual products with subsequent holding for a set of stripping strength, before cutting after setting the required strength of the molded concrete multi-hollow massif into hollow building products within 6-20 minutes after exiting the horizontally movable molding unit molded about a concrete hollow massif, two stages are formed in the longitudinal voids of a molded concrete hollow massif of symmetrical loop grips from two reinforcing bars installed in two levels and in contact with each other at the intersection points of the cross-shaped reinforcing bars and through the gripping nests located above their intersection points, and at the first stage establish contacting with the longitudinal ends of the molded concrete hollow mass and spaced apart from each other thawing, in accordance with the specified length "L" of the multi-hollow building product being manufactured, templates with two-level angles of "α" equal to 30 - 60 o in the horizontal plane relative to the longitudinal ends of the concrete multi-hollow array with horizontal guide channels for reinforcing bars and produce punctures the bodies of a concrete multi-hollow massif by moving the reinforcing bars placed in the horizontal guide channels of each template to the design depth to their cross-shaped cross-sections with the formation of a symmetrical loop capture, and at the second stage, sections of the upper surface of the concrete hollow massif collapse over symmetric loop grips located in its voids with the formation of through gripping nests, the transverse axes of which are offset in plan relative to the longitudinal axes of the symmetrical loop grips along the longitudinal axes of the reinforced concrete voids array of 20 - 30 mm.
In addition, in a multi-hollow building product, the length of each horizontal reinforcing bar of each symmetrical loop grip can exceed the width of each gripping nest by 5.5 - 8.5 times, and the transverse axes of the through gripping nests can be shifted in plan relative to the vertical axes of the symmetrical loop grips along longitudinal axis of voids by 20 - 30 mm.
A positive effect is achieved due to the fact that symmetrical loop grips from crosswise arranged horizontal reinforcing bars installed in freshly laid concrete directly when molding the product on an extended stand. Such symmetrical loop captures allow you to conveniently and reliably grab the product when removing it from the stand, warehousing, loading and installation. In this case, the extrusion molding technology of hollow building products is not violated, which does not allow the installation of any standard mounting loops.

A multi-hollow building product consists of a concrete body 1 reinforced with
This arrangement of symmetrical loop captures 4 allows you to conveniently and reliably grab the product when removing it from the stand, storing, loading, transporting and installing the product on the construction site and replace expensive and often failing gripping traverses used for well-known multi-hollow building products.
4. For the manufacture of the above-described building product, the claimed method is intended for the continuous production of multi-hollow building products by extrusion, the use of which allows one to obtain a high-quality multi-hollow building product with the required bearing capacity of symmetrical loop captures 4.
A method for the continuous manufacture of multi-hollow building products by extrusion involves the continuous production of long stands using horizontally movable extruders. This technology does not allow the use of any standard mounting loops in multi-hollow construction products manufactured in this way.
8. The claimed method for the continuous manufacture of multi-hollow building products by extrusion involves laying longitudinal reinforcement on a stand, installing in the front part of a stand covering longitudinal reinforcement, a horizontally movable molding unit, laying concrete mixture on a stand pallet when molding it during continuous movement along the longitudinal reinforcement of the body of the building product followed by cutting the resulting concrete
10.At the first stage, after forming a
10. Then, at the second stage, the formation of through gripping
The use of symmetrical loop captures 4 allows for reliable and safe transportation and installation of multi-hollow construction products without the use of special traverses, which reduces the complexity of hoisting-and-transport work on transportation and installation of multi-hollow construction products. At the same time, all technological processes of extrusion manufacturing of hollow core products on long stands are fully observed.
