Abstract
Description
The invention relates to lifting and handling equipment, in particular to electromagnetic devices designed to hold and transport metal sheets, profiles and scrap.
50%. It is known that the traditional technology of manufacturing and repairing coils of lifting electromagnets is carried out by winding sections of strip copper, drying, impregnating and baking a set of sections, isolating the cylinder and baking it, assembling the coil [1, p. 76]. The disadvantage of this technology is the high consumption of insulating material. This is a consequence of the fact that the perimeter of the insulated strip of the conductor refers to its cross section in the ratio of 5 for the strip MGM 30x0.4; 4 - for the strip MGM 0.5x25; 1.7 - for the MGM band 1.25x25 [1, p. 78, tab. 30]. In the case of using an insulated wire, for example, PSDK, the specified ratio is in the range 1.4-1.7. In addition, additionally the insulating material is consumed for intersectional insulation [1, p. 77, Fig. 33b]. The increased consumption of insulating material, in addition to the cost of the coil, leads to a sharp decrease in heat removal from the coil during operation, which degrades the performance of the electromagnet, for example, the turn-on time (PV), which for serial electromagnets of types M42, M62 does not exceed 50%.
An even greater consumption of insulating material and a decrease as a result of this heat sink occurs when the insulation width is significantly higher than the conductor strip [2]. The width of the insulating tape exceeds the conductive according to the formula of the utility model in 1.12-2.2 times. In addition, the additional insulation of the coil into the capsule and the isolation of the casing by sheet heat-resistant material also contribute to the deterioration of heat removal from the coil due to the almost inevitable appearance of air gaps in the gaps between the insulation and the casing, as well as between the capsule wall and the coil.
Closest to the claimed solution is a method of manufacturing and repairing a coil, including applying fiberglass insulation over a wire with oxide insulation, followed by winding it into a coil [1, p. 74, p. 8]. The disadvantage of this method is its practical inapplicability to the insulation of coils made of strip copper, due to the increased consumption of insulating material, the difficulty of insulation associated with the low stiffness of the strip, as well as the practical impossibility of winding a single-section coil.
The aim of the proposed technical solution is to create a method of manufacturing and repairing a coil of a hoisting electromagnet, which allows to minimize insulation consumption, reduce the size of the coil with the same conductor cross section and the same number of turns, and improve the quality of the coil by improving heat dissipation.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of manufacturing and repairing the coil, including applying insulation to the conductor and winding the coil, according to the invention, the conductor is folded 180 ° along one or more bending lines before the insulation is applied, each bending line being perpendicular to the normal section of the conductor.
This goal is also achieved by the fact that in the method of manufacturing and repairing the coil, including applying insulation to the conductor and winding the coil, according to the invention, the conductor before applying insulation is cut along one or more cutting lines into strips, each cutting line being perpendicular to the normal section of the conductor, after which strips are combined into a bundle, while the largest size of the normal section of the conductor is equal to the largest width of the cut strips, and the smallest size of the normal section of the beam is equal to ie the thickness of cut strips.
It is possible to implement a method in which, before applying insulation to a conductor, it is impregnated with an electrical insulating binder. In this case, it is advisable to use glass roving as insulation. It is also possible to impregnate the insulation with an electrical insulating binder during its deposition on the conductor or after winding the coil.
The invention is illustrated by drawings, which depict: in FIG. 1 - flow chart of the manufacture and repair of the coil; figure 2 is an example of a flexible conductor (transitions a-c); figure 3 is an example of cutting and combining a conductor (transitions a-g).
The manufacture or repair of the coil is as follows. The conductor 1 (Fig. 1) from the
