Abstract
Description
The invention is aimed at solving the problem of conservation, restoration and rational use of natural resources and relates to biotechnology of environmental protection in the field of oil production and oil refining industry.
Against the background of the environmental crisis, the methods of biological treatment of oil-contaminated lands are becoming increasingly important as the most effective and environmentally friendly. Microbial preparations, the so-called "bacterial cocktails", are offered in a wide assortment by biotechnological companies in Europe, the USA and Japan. However, as practice shows, the use of foreign drugs that have filled the Russian market, developed for areas that differ sharply from climatic and environmental conditions from Russian regions, as a rule, is ineffective. In addition, the uncontrolled introduction of artificial microbial populations, often of unknown composition, into open ecosystems can pose a significant danger both to the functioning of soil biocenoses and to the health of people involved in the technological process.
In regions with cold climatic conditions, the natural processes of self-cleaning and restoration of oil-contaminated soils proceed slowly. In this regard, the most relevant methods of reclamation using technologies that provide effective stimulation of the oxidation of petroleum hydrocarbons by natural microorganisms.
At present, domestic industry has mastered the production of three biological products that are approved for use by the Ministries of Health and Geology of the Russian Federation. These include Putidoyl (ZapSibNiGNI), Bioprin (VNII-Sintezbelok, the New Technologies enterprise) and Devoroil (InMI RAS, the Biotechinvest enterprise). The active component of Putidul is bacteria of the genus Pseudomonas, which are often found in oil and soil contaminated with water. Complex preparations "Bioprin" and "Devaroil" consist of representatives of several types of hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms.
A known method of cleaning oil-contaminated soil using a biological product, which includes a suspension of microorganisms at a concentration of 1 • 10 11 -5 • 10 12 cells / ml, sodium chloride in an amount of 10% and biologically active substances [1]. However, the disadvantage of this method is the high content of sodium chloride in the biological product, as well as the use of complex in composition and expensive biologically active compounds, in particular vitamins and betaine.
Closest to the proposed technical solution is the method according to which oil-contaminated soil is treated with a biological product containing oil-oxidizing microorganisms, complex fertilizer and adsorbent, and then additional periodic introduction of complex fertilizer into the contaminated soil [2]. However, this method does not provide a quick restoration of oil-contaminated soil to the level of technological use.
The technical result of the present invention is to reduce the period of bioremediation of oil-contaminated soils and soils by accelerating the natural processes of destruction of petroleum hydrocarbons.
(1) первоначальная обработка сильнозагрязненной почвы/грунта до уровня (5-10 вес.%) нефтепродуктов, необходимого для применения биологического метода разрушения углеводородов;
(2) внесение органического разрыхлителя (древесной щепы или стружки) в соотношении разрыхлитель : почва/грунт - 1:6-8;
(3) внесение биопрепарата по схеме: 10 л на 0,5-1,0 м3 грунта по меньшей мере один раз в неделю в течение первого месяца биоремедиации, и в дальнейшем - по меньшей мере один раз в месяц до окончания срока биоремедиации;
(4) периодическое рыхление и полив для поддержания относительной влажности почвы/грунта 20%;
(5) применение фиторемедиации (засев многолетними травами).The stated technical problem is achieved by the fact that a method of bioremediation of oil-contaminated soils and soils is proposed, which involves the use of an oleophilic biological product [3], which is a combination of the Rhodococcus erythropolis IEGM 708 and Rhodococcus ruber IEGM 327 microorganisms-microorganisms (50.0-80.0 wt. %), biosurfactant-Rhodosossus (5.0-30.0 wt.%) and mineral salts of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (the rest), as well as carrying out such technological measures as:
(1) initial treatment of highly contaminated soil / soil to the level (5-10 wt.%) Of petroleum products necessary for applying the biological method of destruction of hydrocarbons;
(2) the application of organic baking powder (wood chips or shavings) in the ratio of baking powder: soil / soil - 1: 6-8;
(3) the application of a biological product according to the scheme: 10 liters per 0.5-1.0 m 3 of soil at least once a week during the first month of bioremediation, and hereinafter at least once a month until the end of the bioremediation period;
(4) periodic loosening and watering to maintain a relative soil / soil moisture of 20%;
(5) the use of phytoremediation (planting with perennial herbs).
The achievement of the specified technical result is ensured by the following features of the proposed method. So, as a result of the initial treatment of highly contaminated soil / soil in a solid-liquid bioreactor (or dilution with clean soil in aerated soil sites), a level (5-10%) of oil products is sufficient to use the biological product.
Further, as a result of the introduction of an organic baking powder, the optimization of the mechanical composition and air-water regime of the treated soil / soil is achieved.
Thanks to the use of oleophilic biological product in accordance with the declared scheme of its application, a reduction in the bioremediation period is achieved and the restoration of oil-contaminated soils and soils during one growing season to the level of their economic, including agricultural, use.
Thanks to phytoremediation as a result of the activity of the rhizospheric microflora, complete restoration of soil fertility is ensured.
Below is a block diagram of the application of the Method of bioremediation of oil-contaminated soils and soils.
Examples of specific implementation
Example 1. The treatment is subjected to highly concentrated (20 wt.%) Oil-contaminated soil from the sludge trap. Soil (0.2 m 3 ) is loaded into a solid-liquid bioreactor (such as a concrete mixer) with a capacity of 4.0 m 3 , 0.5 m 3 of water, 2.0 l of oleophilic biological product are added and subjected to forced ventilation (aeration) and mechanical stirring in within 3 weeks.
Subsequently, the content (level of residual oil products of 4.5 wt.%) Of the bioreactor is transferred to soil sites with a waterproof base and a soil layer height of 10-20 cm, mixed with an organic baking powder - wood chips with a size of 8-10 cm, in a ratio of 8: 1. Then, regular loosening and moistening of the contents of the soil pads is carried out to maintain 20% relative humidity.
An oleophilic biological product is applied in an amount of 10 liters per 0.5 m 3 of soil once a week during the first month of bioremediation, and then once a month until the end of the bioremediation cycle.
As a result of the implementation of the proposed method after 2 months of bioremediation receive purified soil, the content of residual oil products in which does not exceed 0.1-0.15 wt.% (Table. 1), which allows subsequent return of the purified soil to agricultural use.
In order to restore soil fertility after the completion of the bioremediation cycle (after 8 weeks), sowing with perennial herbs is carried out. The composition of the seed mixture includes meadow clover (Trifolium pralense), timothy meadow (Phleum pratense), beechless bonfire (Bromus exaristatus) in a ratio of 1: 1: 1. The sowing dose is 3 g seeds / m 2 soil.
Example 2. The proposed method is carried out analogously to example 1. The difference is that the concentration of oil products in heavily contaminated soil is reduced by mixing it with clean arable soil until the residual oil level reaches 4.6 wt.%, As well as in a different ratio of soil and wood chips , 6: 1, respectively. After 2 months of bioremediation, purified soil is obtained with a residual oil product content not exceeding 0.6 weight. % (table. 2), which allows the subsequent return of the cleaned soil for economic use.
