Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к области обогащения полезных ископаемых, а именно к первичной переработке руд, содержащих сильномагнитные минералы, например, магнетитовых, титаномагнетитовых. The invention relates to the field of mineral processing, namely to the primary processing of ores containing highly magnetic minerals, for example, magnetite, titanomagnetite.
При магнитной сепарации сильномагнитных руд используют постоянные, бегущие, переменные, пульсирующие, импульсно-пульсирующие магнитные поля, создаваемые постоянными магнитами, электромагнитными системами и их комбинациями [1-5]. In magnetic separation of strong magnetic ores, constant, traveling, variable, pulsating, pulsating-pulsating magnetic fields created by permanent magnets, electromagnetic systems and their combinations are used [1-5].
Известен способ стадиальной магнитной сепарации, по которому первую стадию сепарации проводят при напряженности переменного магнитного поля (МП) 80-135 кА/м и частоте 4-7 Гц, а вторую и последующие стадии при напряженности 20-60 кА/м и частоте 8-14 Гц [1]. A known method of staged magnetic separation, in which the first stage of separation is carried out at an intensity of an alternating magnetic field (MP) of 80-135 kA / m and a frequency of 4-7 Hz, and the second and subsequent stages at an intensity of 20-60 kA / m and a frequency of 8- 14 Hz [1].
Данный способ осуществляют на барабанных магнитных сепараторах, сила магнитного притяжения частиц магнетита в которых значительно превышает суммарно гравитационную силу частиц и гидродинамическую силу водного потока. This method is carried out on drum magnetic separators, the magnetic force of magnetite particles in which significantly exceeds the total gravitational force of the particles and the hydrodynamic force of the water stream.
Снижение же на этих сепараторах напряженности МП менее 80 кА/м даже при низкой его частоте (≤14 Гц) хотя и приводит к повышению качества магнетитового концентрата за счет перевода в немагнитный продукт сростков магнетита, но при этом резко увеличиваются потери с немагнитным продуктом тонких частиц магнетита (<30 мкм) из-за близости их магнитных свойств с удаляемыми сростками магнетита. However, a decrease in the MP intensity on these separators of less than 80 kA / m even at its low frequency (≤14 Hz), although it leads to an increase in the quality of the magnetite concentrate due to the transfer of magnetite intergrowths into a non-magnetic product, the losses with the non-magnetic product of fine particles increase sharply magnetite (<30 μm) due to the proximity of their magnetic properties with removable intergrowths of magnetite.
Известен способ мокрого разделения магнетитсодержащих минеральных комплексов по магнитно-гравитационному принципу в желобе при одновременном воздействии переменным магнитным полем для дефлокуляции магнетита [2]. There is a method of wet separation of magnetite-containing mineral complexes according to the magnetic gravity principle in the trench while simultaneously exposed to an alternating magnetic field to deflocculate magnetite [2].
Недостатком способа является попадание в слив грубозернистых сростков магнетика, отсутствие регулирования параметров МГ сепарации. The disadvantage of this method is getting into the drain of coarse-grained splices of a magnet, the lack of regulation of MG separation parameters.
И этот способ не позволяет выделять из магнетитового концентрата сростковую фракцию с содержанием более 20-25% магнетита. And this method does not allow to separate from the magnetite concentrate a spliced fraction with a content of more than 20-25% of magnetite.
Известен также способ магнитно-гравитационной сепарации (МГ-сепарация), осуществляемый в пульсирующих восходящих водных потоках частотой 5-20 Гц и амплитудой 5-15 мм при воздействии на ферросуспензию постоянным электромагнитным полем напряженностью до 10 кА/м [4] (прототип). There is also known a method of magnetic gravity separation (MG separation), carried out in pulsating ascending water flows with a frequency of 5-20 Hz and an amplitude of 5-15 mm when exposed to ferrosuspension with a constant electromagnetic field of up to 10 kA / m [4] (prototype).
Данный способ хотя и позволяет повысить селективность разделения за счет частичного механического деструктурирования ферросуспензии, но пульсирующие водные потоки не позволяют выделять из концентрата грубозернистые сростки магнетита. С другой стороны реализация этого способа связана с усложнением конструкции и обслуживания магнитно-гравитационных сепараторов. Although this method allows increasing the separation selectivity due to partial mechanical destruction of the ferro-suspension, pulsating water flows do not allow coarse-grained intergrowths of magnetite to be isolated from the concentrate. On the other hand, the implementation of this method is associated with the complication of the design and maintenance of magnetic-gravity separators.
Настоящее изобретение направлено на решение задачи повышения качества железного концентрата за счет селективного разделения свободных частиц магнетита от его сростков. The present invention is directed to solving the problem of improving the quality of iron concentrate due to the selective separation of free particles of magnetite from its intergrowths.
Поставленная задача достигается тем, что в способе магнитно-гравитационной сепарации, включающем разделение магнетитсодержащих минеральных комплексов в восходящих водных потоках при воздействии на ферросуспензию магнитным полем, согласно изобретению на ферросуспензию воздействуют переменным магнитным полем с частотой 2-20 Гц и напряженностью 4-16 кА/м, причем частоту и напряженность магнитного поля понижают с увеличением крупности разделяемого материала, а скорость восходящего водного потока повышают. The problem is achieved in that in the method of magnetic gravity separation, including the separation of magnetite-containing mineral complexes in ascending water streams when the ferrosuspension is affected by a magnetic field, according to the invention, the ferrosuspension is affected by an alternating magnetic field with a frequency of 2-20 Hz and a voltage of 4-16 kA / m, and the frequency and intensity of the magnetic field is reduced with increasing size of the shared material, and the speed of the rising water flow is increased.
Так как магнетит обладает магнитной анизотропией, то его частицы в переменном магнитном поле приобретают вращательное или колебательное движение. При этом магнитное взаимодействие частиц резко уменьшается по сравнению с постоянным магнитным полем, т.е. происходит деструктурирование ферросуспензии. Since magnetite has magnetic anisotropy, its particles in a variable magnetic field acquire a rotational or vibrational motion. In this case, the magnetic interaction of particles sharply decreases in comparison with a constant magnetic field, i.e. degradation of ferrosuspension occurs.
Траектория и скорость движения ферромагнитных частиц зависит от напряженности и частоты переменного магнитного поля, магнитной массы, коэрцитивной силы, крупности частиц и содержания в них магнетита, а также от гидродинамической характеристики суспензии. При воздействии на суспензию восходящими водными потоками из нее в слив легко выносятся не только немагнитные частицы и шламы, но и грубозернистые сростки, содержащие до 30-50% магнетита. The trajectory and speed of the movement of ferromagnetic particles depends on the intensity and frequency of the alternating magnetic field, magnetic mass, coercive force, particle size and magnetite content in them, as well as on the hydrodynamic characteristics of the suspension. When exposed to ascending water flows from a suspension, not only non-magnetic particles and sludge, but also coarse-grained intergrowths containing up to 30-50% of magnetite are easily carried out into the drain.
Основными параметрами управления МГ-сепарацией являются напряженность и частота переменного магнитного поля, скорость восходящего водного потока. Причем частоту переменного магнитного поля изменяют прямо пропорционально его напряженности (чертеж). С увеличением крупности разделяемого материала напряженность и частоту переменного магнитного поля понижают, а скорость восходящего водного потока повышают. The main parameters for controlling MG separation are the intensity and frequency of an alternating magnetic field, and the velocity of the ascending water stream. Moreover, the frequency of an alternating magnetic field is directly proportional to its intensity (drawing). With an increase in the size of the material to be separated, the intensity and frequency of the alternating magnetic field are reduced, and the speed of the ascending water flow is increased.
Оценка эффективности предлагаемого способа по сравнению с прототипом проводилась на примере дообогащения магнетитового концентрата ОАО "Олкон", содержащего 65,6% Fe и представленного крупностью 76,5% класса - 50 мкм и 9,4% класса +71 мкм. Класс +71 мкм содержал 34,9% Fе, которое в основном представлено сростками магнетита с породообразующими минералами. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed method in comparison with the prototype was carried out on the example of the enrichment of magnetite concentrate of Olkon OJSC, containing 65.6% Fe and represented by fineness of 76.5% of the class - 50 microns and 9.4% of the class +71 microns. The +71 μm class contained 34.9% Fe, which is mainly represented by intergrowths of magnetite with rock-forming minerals.
Пример 1. МГ-сепарация в переменном магнитном поле при напряженности 6,4 кА/м и частоте 2 Гц по сравнению с МГ-сепарацией в постоянном поле той же напряженности повышает содержание железа в концентрате с 67,4% до 69,3% и эффективность сепарации на 0,2% (табл. 1, oп.1 и 2). Example 1. MG separation in an alternating magnetic field at a voltage of 6.4 kA / m and a frequency of 2 Hz compared with MG separation in a constant field of the same intensity increases the iron content in the concentrate from 67.4% to 69.3% and separation efficiency by 0.2% (tab. 1, op. 1 and 2).
Пример 2. МГ-сепарация в переменном магнитном поле при напряженности 9,6 кА/м и частоте 6 Гц по сравнению с МГ-сепарацией в постоянном поле той же напряженности повышает содержание железа в концентрате с 67,2% до 69% и эффективность сепарации на 0,9% (табл. 1, oп.3, 4). Example 2. MG separation in an alternating magnetic field at a voltage of 9.6 kA / m and a frequency of 6 Hz compared with MG separation in a constant field of the same intensity increases the iron content in the concentrate from 67.2% to 69% and the separation efficiency by 0.9% (tab. 1, op. 3, 4).
Пример 3. МГ-сепарация в переменном магнитном поле при напряженности 12,8 кА/м и частоте 12 Гц по сравнению с МГ-сепарацией в постоянном поле той же напряженности повышает содержание железа в концентрате с 66,7% до 69,3% и эффективность сепарации на 1,3% (табл. 1, oп.5 и 6). Example 3. MG separation in an alternating magnetic field at a voltage of 12.8 kA / m and a frequency of 12 Hz compared with MG separation in a constant field of the same intensity increases the iron content in the concentrate from 66.7% to 69.3% and separation efficiency of 1.3% (tab. 1, op. 5 and 6).
Пример 4. МГ-сепарация в переменном магнитном поле при напряженности 16 кА/м и частоте 20 Гц по сравнению с МГ-сепарацией в постоянном поле той же напряженности повышает содержание железа в концентрате с 66,0% до 69% и эффективность сепарации на 2,1% (табл. 1, oп.7, 8). Example 4. MG separation in an alternating magnetic field at a voltage of 16 kA / m and a frequency of 20 Hz compared with MG separation in a constant field of the same intensity increases the iron content in the concentrate from 66.0% to 69% and the separation efficiency by 2 , 1% (tab. 1, op. 7, 8).
Основной эффект при МГ-сепарации в переменных магнитных полях достигается за счет более полного удаления в слив как грубозернистых (>71 мкм) сростков, так и шламовых частиц, представленных в классе <50 мкм (табл. 2). The main effect during MG separation in alternating magnetic fields is achieved due to a more complete removal of both coarse-grained (> 71 μm) aggregates and sludge particles presented in the class <50 μm into the discharge (Table 2).
Из приведенных данных (табл. 1 и 2) следует, что замена постоянного магнитного поля на переменное с частотой 2-20 Гц обеспечивает при прочих равных условиях повышение эффективности МГ-сепарации магнетитсодержащих продуктов на 0,2-2,1%. From the above data (Tables 1 and 2) it follows that the replacement of a constant magnetic field with an alternating one with a frequency of 2–20 Hz provides, all other things being equal, an increase in the efficiency of MG separation of magnetite-containing products by 0.2–2.1%.
