Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of aviation, and in particular to aircraft flight control systems in which a pilot signal is transmitted to the control surface by means of rigid and cable control wires. The proposed control system can be used where there is a backup control loop or redundant control wiring, the normal operation of which may be interrupted by the breakage of one of the control wiring cables.
Known steering control system (see US patent N 4198877, NKI 74/501 R, 1980), containing a rigid and cable control wires. A mechanism is included in the control cable wiring, providing the ability to maintain control of the aircraft when one of the cables breaks. This mechanism comprises a rocker pivotally mounted on the aircraft frame and connected to the rigid part of the control wiring. Two sectors are pivotally mounted on the rocking axis, each of which is connected to the corresponding branch of the cable wiring. On the rocking chair there are stops designed to transfer forces from the sectors to the rocking chair, and an additional emphasis is made on the aircraft frame to limit the rotation of the sector with a broken cable. In addition, a locking device is installed on the rocking chair, which ensures the connection of the sector with a working cable to the rocking chair when another cable is broken. The sectors are interconnected by a spring, the preliminary tension of which is less than the cable tension force. When one of the cables breaks, this spring provides a return movement of the control wiring.
The reason that impedes the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using this system is that it cannot be used in control systems having a backup circuit, since when one of the cables breaks, the spring tends to move the control wiring to the extreme position and to keep the wiring in in the desired position, the pilot must constantly apply additional one-way force, which may interfere with the normal operation of the backup control loop.
The closest system of the same purpose to the claimed invention in terms of features is an aircraft flight control system, known from the description of US patent N 4776543, NKI 244/232. 1988. This system contains a command post associated with the control surfaces of mechanical wiring, consisting of kinematically interconnected rigid elements and a cable section, including a separation mechanism. The disconnection mechanism comprises a lever rigidly fixed to the shaft, which in turn is pivotally mounted on the aircraft frame. A flange is made on the shaft, on both sides of which sectors are pivotally mounted. Each of the sectors is connected to the corresponding branch of the cable wiring. The sectors and the shaft are interconnected using a locking device made in the form of two links, each of which is pivotally mounted on the corresponding sector, and their opposite ends are connected by an axis that enters the recess made in the flange. The disconnecting mechanism also contains springs, each of which is connected at one end to a corresponding sector, and is attached to the flange at the other end.
The reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using the well-known system adopted as a prototype include the fact that the disconnection mechanism has significant dimensions in the axial direction due to the presence of two sectors, the placement of which on the shaft requires an appropriate base, as well as for the presence of a flange placed between them. Another reason that impedes the achievement of the technical result indicated below is that when using the known system, the influence of a failed cable wiring on the aircraft control system is not completely ruled out. This is because, when one of the branches of the cable wiring is broken, the other branch remains connected to the shaft and, accordingly, to the rigid part of the control wiring through the spring.
The objective of the invention is to reduce the amount required to accommodate the aircraft control system, as well as completely eliminating the effect of a failed cable wiring on the control system.
The specified technical result in the implementation of the invention is achieved by the fact that in the control system of the steering surfaces of the aircraft containing a command post associated with the control surfaces of the mechanical wiring, consisting of kinematically interconnected rigid elements and a cable section including a disconnecting mechanism having a rocker, pivotally mounted on the bracket and connected to the part of the hard wiring, a support sector pivotally mounted on the axis of the rocker, and a spring, and the sector the rocking chair is interconnected by a locking device, according to the invention, the locking device is made in the form of two levers pivotally mounted in the sector, each of which is connected to the corresponding branch of the cable wiring, and they are interconnected by a spring, while the axis of the levers are in contact with the stop made between them on a rocking chair, in addition, the axis of the levers have stepped cutouts at the ends in contact with the stop.
Thus, the implementation of the locking device in the form of two levers pivotally mounted on one sector, the axes of which are in contact with the stop placed between them, made on a rocking chair, significantly reduced the axial dimensions of the separation mechanism, and this, in turn, reduces the amount required to place the system control on the plane. In addition, the connection of the said levers of the locking mechanism with each other by a spring allows to completely eliminate the influence of a failed cable wiring on the control system, since this spring is not connected to the rocker, and, accordingly, to the serviceable part of the control wiring.
Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention to obtain the above technical result are as follows.

21. The control system for the steering surfaces of the aircraft contains a steering column 1 (Fig. 1), connected by a mechanical wiring consisting of a
8. With a good cable wiring, the movement of the steering column 1 (Fig. 1) through the
When one branch of the cable wiring is broken, for example, branch 5 (Fig. 4), the
The above information indicates the fulfillment of the aforementioned technical task when using the claimed control system, namely, a decrease in the amount required to accommodate the control system and the complete exclusion of the influence of the failed cable wiring on the control system. Using the proposed solution will also reduce the weight of the control system of the steering surfaces of the aircraft and increase the rigidity of the control wiring.
From the above it also follows that the claimed invention meets the criterion of "industrial applicability".
