Abstract
Description
On the garden site, continuous continuous watering is often required, which ensures the development of plants with a prolonged absence of a person who can manage it. Existing drip irrigation systems do not satisfy these conditions due to the fact that through each irrigation element an excess of water is supplied to them, which leads to overmoistening of the soil during long-term irrigation. Currently, gardeners are offered a system in which the flow rate through one irrigation element is 1.. . 3 liters per hour. The drip irrigation systems described in the literature with a minimum flow rate of water have a flow of about 0.3 liters per hour through one irrigation element.
A 01 G 25/02, опубликованному 07.06.1991. A closer analogue of the watering device is a low-pressure drip irrigation system, presented in the description of the USSR copyright certificate 1653647, cl. A 01 G 25/02, published on 06/07/1991.
Such a system contains a water supply source (for example, a pump, a pressure pipe), a water supply regulator (for example, a regulating valve-throttle), connected pipelines that distribute irrigation to the site, and perforated pipelines (with dropper holes or other droppers, nozzles) feeding water directly to the soil in plants. The disadvantage of this system is the excessive supply of water and waterlogging of the soil during prolonged continuous irrigation and the absence of the person managing it. The reason for this is the large random and systematic errors in the regulation of pressure at the drip holes, leading to a more than two orders of magnitude excess of the required minimum volume of water flow through a single irrigation element per unit time.
To exclude waterlogging during prolonged irrigation, it is required that the irrigation system provide a minimum supply of water to one plant in a volume of 0.02. . . 0.05 liters per hour, that is, one or two orders of magnitude less than in existing systems. This is the goal of developing the claimed device.
It is known that the flow rate of the fluid through the hole, dropper, nozzle, all other things being equal, depends on the size (cross-sectional area) of the hole and the pressure drop across it; accordingly, the minimum flow rate is determined by the minimum hole size and the minimum pressure drop across this hole.
The first parameter - the minimum size is limited by the possibility of clogging holes and other possible technological factors. The second - the minimum pressure drop across the drip hole - is a characteristic of the entire system as a whole and also cannot be arbitrarily close to zero due to certain error values, primarily the pressure regulator and the possible random interruption of irrigation associated with this. From this it follows that the minimum head (nominal value) that can be achieved on the irrigation element in the limit cannot be less than the maximum error of the regulator, i.e., approximately four values of the standard deviation (standard deviation) of the head.
Pressure regulators based on maintaining a given liquid level in a certain tank (tank), the so-called level controllers, have minimal errors. The analysis shows that the errors caused by the spread of geometric parameters from product to product make up a significant proportion of the errors of the level controller. The possibility of eliminating them or reducing their effect on the pressure drop across the drip hole would reduce the allowable minimum pressure drop across the drip hole and achieve the minimum water supply required during continuous drip irrigation.
This possibility is achieved if the perforated irrigation pipe is installed above the ground on height-adjustable racks, the error of adjustment of which is significantly less than the dispersion of the level of the regulator from product to product. Such accuracy of adjusting the height of the pipeline connected to the tank can be ensured if holes are made on the upper generatrix of the pipeline near each adjustable rack, and leveling in the regulator tank and in the upper control hole of the perforated pipeline is controlled by the appearance of liquid in them.
The presence of deflection of the perforated pipeline between the support racks increases the pressure drop across the drip holes located between the racks - adjustable supports of the perforated pipeline. In this regard, the distance between the racks is selected not exceeding approximately 70.. . 80 diameters of perforated pipe.
In such a system, the pressure drop across each lower drip hole is minimal, not exceeding (in units of water column height) the diameter of the pipeline.
The disadvantage of drip irrigation systems is also the non-optimal distribution of moisture in the soil due to the fixed position of the drop points of each irrigation element and the small wetted surface of the soil. To reduce this drawback, by increasing the area of the wetted spot of each dropper above the drop drop point, it is proposed to fix a convex plate oriented along the convex surface towards the drops across the path of drop drops in the irrigation system.
2. In FIG. 1 shows the proposed continuous drip irrigation system, FIG. 2 - irrigation pipe, in FIG. 3 is a section AA in FIG. 2, in FIG. 4 is a section BB in FIG. 2.
It consists of a level 2 regulator, to which water from the source is connected via line 1. Below the liquid level in the regulator tank, a
The
Under each dropper, a convex plate 6 (sub-dropper) is fixed at the ground level across the droplet path.
The system is installed and operates as follows. When water is supplied to the regulator, strengthened with a support stand above the ground, by changing the height of the racks of the irrigation pipeline, align its upper points (by wetting the control upper holes of the irrigation pipeline) and the water level in the regulator. The volume of water flowing out (digging out) from the irrigation pipeline through the drip holes is replenished in it with the help of a level regulator, and this ensures the minimum necessary, low-consumption, long, continuous watering of the beds.
If necessary, increased watering (as the watering plants develop), the control holes of the irrigation pipeline can also be used as drip. To do this, the irrigation pipeline is rotated in the coupling for a quarter or half revolution around the longitudinal axis. In this case, the system will also work and deliver a constant, but increased volume of water per unit time.
A more significant increase in watering compared to the minimum is achieved in this system by raising the level regulator to a certain height in comparison with the minimum allowable, due to the accuracy of regulation.
