Known fiberglass pipe - a shell with an inner conductive layer of metallized fiberglass (SU, copyright certificate 500409, F 16 L 9/12, 1976). The disadvantage of this fiberglass pipe should recognize the difficulty of applying and fixing its inner conductive layer on a large surface.
Known fiberglass pipe - sheath (SU, copyright 323285, F 16 L 9/12, 1971), containing a housing made of a layered composite material. Curved panels with conductive layers are fixed on the indicated body. The disadvantage of this fiberglass pipe should recognize the complexity in the manufacture and assembly. In addition, the inner surface is not protected from mechanical damage.
Known fiberglass pipe (RU, patent 2061922, F 16 L 9/12, 1996), comprising a housing made of fiberglass layers, between which a binder layer is placed, and curved panels with conductive layers fixed on it in its internal volume, and these curved panels with conductive layers are made in the form of cone-shaped shells concentrically mounted one into another with the formation of bell-shaped channels between their inclined walls, fastened together with each other and the body by radially intersecting conductive pieces raw. A disadvantage of the known fiberglass pipe should be recognized as the insecurity of its inner surface from damage by mechanical particles, as well as the location in the inner cavity of the pipe of the specified pins that impede the movement of liquid, especially highly viscous media.
The technical problem solved by the present invention is to design a fiberglass pipe suitable for transporting liquid dielectric media containing mechanical impurities.
The technical result obtained by the implementation of the invention is to increase the life of the fiberglass pipe by reducing mechanical damage to its inner surface, as well as reducing the accumulation of surface charge on the pipe walls.
The specified technical result is obtained using a fiberglass pipe containing at least two layers of fiberglass, between which a binder layer is located, the inner surface of the pipe is covered with a fluororubber layer, the binder layer contains an electrically conductive component in an amount that ensures the conductivity of the binder layer, and in the fiberglass layers placed metal elements made of corrosion-resistant metal and passing through these layers of fiberglass and a layer of fluororubber. As the electrically conductive component of the binder layer, graphite powder and / or carbon fibers and / or metal dust are used. Each of these metal elements is located in only one layer of fiberglass with access to the layer of electrically conductive binder and / or in all layers of fiberglass with access to the layer of electrically conductive binder. Preferably, said metal elements are at least partially interconnected by a metal conductor. In this case, typically said metal conductor passes through a layer of an electrically conductive binder. As such a metal conductor with metal elements, a metal wire can be used on which pieces of stiff wire are fixed at intervals, the angle between which is about 90-120 ° ("barbed wire"). Between the layers of fiberglass can be located frames made with the possibility of creating in a layer of a binder a single conductor. Preferably, in said frames, slots are made to provide contact between portions of the binder layer located between the frames. The metal elements are preferably made of carbon, preferably alloy steel.
5. The drawing shows a cross section of the obtained pipe. The pipe contains a layer 1 of fluororubber, a first fiberglass layer 2, a binder layer 3, a second fiberglass layer 4, metal elements 5.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in the manufacture of a pipe, a layer of fiberglass is lapped onto a removable mandrel, impregnated with a solution of fluororubber in ketone or ester, a barbed wire is wound tightly onto said mandrel so that some of the short sections pass through the fiberglass layer, lubricate the outer the surface of the glass fabric with a binder layer, set, fixing the applied layer of a binder, the elements of the frames. These elements are placed in such a way that the binder layer is continuous, and part of the short segments protrudes above the level of the frames. Apply a layer of binder to the level of frames. The second layer of fiberglass is lapped with an interference fit so that part of the short segments passes through the fiberglass layer. If necessary, repeat these operations, starting with the lubrication of the outer surface of the glass fabric with a binder layer. The resulting structure is heated to obtain a finished fiberglass pipe. Then the resulting pipe is removed from the mandrel. When the structure is heated, the fluororubber impregnated with the first layer of fiberglass loses the solvent and forms a layer on the inner surface of the pipe that is resistant to mechanical impurities and hydrocarbons.
When using a pipe corresponding to that described above for transporting a dielectric fluid containing mechanical impurities (in particular, crude oil), these mechanical impurities get stuck in the fluorine rubber layer and do not scratch the inner surface of the pipe. The static charge generated on the pipe surface as a result of the friction of the dielectric fluid (oil) on the dielectric inner surface of the fiberglass pipe, flows through the metal elements from the inner surface of the fiberglass pipe to the outer surface of the fiberglass pipe and then to the ground through metal mounting elements touching the ground and fiberglass pipe. Thus, the life of the fiberglass pipe is increased by reducing the mechanical damage to its inner surface, as well as reducing the accumulation of surface charge on the pipe walls. According to experimental data, this service life is almost doubled.
