Заявляемая полезная модель относится к кабельной технике, в частности к монтажным проводам, предназначенным для длительной работы в условиях широкого диапазона рабочих температур и воздействия радиации. Монтажный провод облегченный содержит сердечник, включающий в себя, по меньшей мере, одну токопроводящую жилу (1) с двухслойной изоляцией (2). Первый слой изоляции представляет собой наложенный антиадгезионный слой из суспензии фторопласта-4Д. Второй слой изоляции представляет собой обмотку из полиимидных пленок с термосваривамым полиимидным покрытием. Токопроводяшая жила (1) выполнена из углеродных нитей из графена. В частном случае монтажный провод облегченный может содержать экран (3). В частном случае поверх экрана может быть нанесена оболочка (4). Толщина углеродных нитей из графена находится в пределах от 0,01 мм до 0,7 мм. Заявляемая полезная модель позволяет снизить массу монтажного провода облегченного до 58-66%, а также обеспечить улучшение эксплуатационных свойств. 1 ил.
