Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular to abrasive machining of surfaces of machine parts.
B 24 D 17/00, 1967 г.). A known method of grinding the surfaces of parts with a tool made in the form of a balloon made of an elastic material filled with liquid or gas, the working surface of which is coated with an abrasive, carried out under constant pressure of the tool to the part (see ed. Certificate of the USSR N 244146, class B 24 D 17/00, 1967).
The reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using the known method include the fact that the known method implements the need for an exact change in pressure in accordance with a change in the rotation speed or clamp of the tool, which is a difficult engineering task and is ensured by the use of complex and expensive technological equipment.
B 24 D 13/00, B 24 B 31/10, 1976 г.). There is also a method of grinding the surfaces of parts with a tool made in the form of a balloon made of an elastic material filled with liquid or gas, the working surface of which is coated with an abrasive, carried out under constant pressure of the tool against the part, where ferromagnetic particles are introduced into the balloon, and the tool is clamped by external magnetic field (see ed. certificate of the USSR N 534351, class B 24 D 13/00, B 24 B 31/10, 1976).
The reasons that impede the achievement of the following technical result when using the known method include the fact that the implementation of the cutting process is carried out with the imposition of a magnetic field and the need to control it during processing. The technical and technological support of such a process is highly complex, involves considerable time and financial costs for the creation and preparation of technological equipment for the implementation of the process.
B 24 D 13/00, 1979 г.). There is a known method of abrasive treatment, in which an elastic agent is placed in a tool cavity under pressure and the tool is brought into contact with the surface to be treated, where liquid is taken as an elastic agent (see ed. Certificate of the USSR N 650797, class B 24 D 13/00 , 1979).
The reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using the known method include the fact that the implementation of the processing process is possible only through the use of complex expensive equipment and technological equipment. In this case, the cutting intensity is determined by contact interaction only in the local area of contact between the surface of the product and the working surface of the tool. At the initial moment of contact, due to its high density, the processing is effective, however, as the material is removed from the workpiece and the tool is worn out, it becomes necessary to adjust the pressure and bring in new contact elements of the tool, which is associated with the stop of the process and the need for devices to correct it.
The closest method of the same purpose to the claimed invention in terms of features is an abrasive treatment method in which the parts communicate rotation and are brought into contact with the surface of a tool made in the form of a loose abrasive placed stationary in a housing (see ed. Certificate of the USSR N 1206062 , CL B 24 B 31/00, 1986), adopted as a prototype.
For reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using the known method adopted as a prototype, the known method requires the use of complex and expensive equipment to perform processing to ensure the required clamping of the contacting surfaces. In this case, the cutting efficiency decreases in time, since the removed material of the workpiece remains in the area of the working contact and can repeatedly come into contact with the treated surface of high quality, which reduces the achieved level of quality of processing parts. This necessitates stopping the process, cleaning or replacing the abrasive used for processing, the need for devices to adjust the process.
The invention consists in the following. The cutting process is carried out by a loose abrasive, which is in stationary state before contact with the part. Details communicate rotational motion along the axis and translational in the direction of the abrasive, performing surface treatment. The abrasive constantly changes its position relative to the part, which leads to participation in the contact.
