Abstract
Description
The invention relates to glass-based building materials and can be used for the manufacture of facing plates with high physical and mechanical properties to protect building structures and technological equipment from water and radiation.
С 03 C 3/22).Known glass cement based on glass and filler, and glass has a composition, wt.%: PbO - 80-82; B 2 O 3 - 9-11; ZnO - 5-7; BiO 3 - 4-6 (a.s. 480669 MKL. C 03 C 3/22).
1991). Closest to the described invention in technical essence and the achieved result is glass silica fume having a composition,% by volume: quartz sand - 26-34; waste of optical glass - 66-74 (RF patent 1806107, priority of April 22, 1991).
A disadvantage of the known materials is low hardness, insufficient density.
The aim of the invention is to increase the hardness, density and expansion of the raw material base.
Si02 - 27,19; Sb2О3 - 0,30; PbO - 70,71; K2O - 1,0; Na2O -0,5; Al2O3 - 0,30.This is achieved by the fact that glass silica fume contains as a glass granulate waste optical glass and waste after chemical polishing of the glass in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Optical Glass Waste - 85-95
Waste after chemical polishing of glass - 5 - 15
Moreover, the waste optical glass has a composition, wt.%:
Si0 2 - 27.19; Sb 2 O 3 - 0.30; PbO - 70.71; K 2 O - 1.0; Na 2 O -0.5; Al 2 O 3 - 0.30.
CaSO4 • 2H2O - 80,0; CaF2 -8,0; K2SO4 -3,72; K2SiF6 - 4,28; Na2SO4 -1,2; Pb(OH)2 -2,8.The waste after chemical polishing of the glass has a composition, wt.%:
CaSO 4 • 2H 2 O - 80.0; CaF 2 -8.0; K 2 SO 4 -3.72; K 2 SiF 6 4.28; Na 2 SO 4 -1.2; Pb (OH) 2 -2.8.
1. A comparative analysis of the inventive glass silica fume with the prototype (RF patent 1806107, priority from 04/22/91) allows us to conclude that the claimed composition differs from the known introduction of new components, namely: waste after chemical polishing of the glass. Thus, the claimed technical solution meets the criterion of "novelty." However, the use of the known optical glass waste does not provide the glass silicaite with the properties that it exhibits in the claimed solution, namely, increased hardness and increased density while maintaining high protective properties against gamma radiation. Thus, this composition of the components gives the glass silica fume new properties, which allows us to conclude that the claimed solution meets the criterion of "significant differences". The compositions of glass siliceous are given in table. 1.
Glass silica fume is prepared in the following sequence. A thin layer of quartz sand with a particle size modulus of 2.0-2.4 is poured into a metal mold coated with a release agent, and then the waste mixture after chemical polishing of the glass fraction 0.3-1.25 cm with the crushed waste optical glass fraction 1.25- 5.0 mm in the indicated (table. 1) ratio. The mixture is subjected to heat treatment in a tunnel furnace, where the sintering of granules occurs at a temperature of 970 o C for 1 h, crystallization and annealing of products. After heat treatment, the plates are cut to the specified dimensions on a machine with diamond disks.
2). Fiberglass, prepared from the proposed mixture, has the following properties (table 2).
As can be seen from table 2, the proposed glass-silica fume has high hardness, high density and has sufficiently high protective properties from gamma radiation.
