Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a power system and can be used for heating rooms and supplying consumers with hot water.
36, 166). Known contact water heater containing a furnace, a heating disk and a nozzle-type contact chamber, where direct contact of hot flue gases and heated water occurs (Yu.P. Sosnin, "Contact water heaters", M., Publishing house "Stroyizdat", 1974 , pp. 65-72). The main disadvantage of this type of water heater is as follows. The initial contact of hot gases and heated water is characterized by the evaporation of the latter into the gas stream. In the future, the reverse process takes place - condensation of vapors from the gas stream. Condensation heat (circulating heat) does not affect the efficiency of the apparatus, but requires the formation of an additional contact surface (see source indicated above, p. 36, 166).
59-60). Closest to the present invention are contact water heaters, including a firebox separated from the firebox by a superheating disk, a contact chamber and a water spray located in the area of the contact chamber / cm. above source, pp. 6-8, 57-60). The nozzle-type contact chamber, distinguished by its simplicity of design, has at the same time a number of disadvantages, a low volumetric heat transfer coefficient, an increased flow of water along the walls, and cold water entering the lower part of the contact chamber. The main drawback is the lack of a clearly organized backflow of water and the gases heating it, which results in underheating of water against the theoretically possible values of its final temperature (see the source mentioned above, pp. 59-60).
The objective of the present invention is to reduce the required contact surface, and therefore, to reduce the size of the contact water heater. The technical result is the intensification of ongoing processes.
The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the contact water heater containing a firebox located above it and distant from the firebox by a topcoop disk, a contact chamber, a water spray and a water distributor, the water spray is placed in the heating chamber of the water heater. The side walls of the furnace are equipped with a shell to form a water annular channel in which further heating of the water occurs.
The high-temperature gas produced in the furnace of a water heater can actively evaporate the liquid, and even more so if the latter is brought into contact with the gas in the form of small drops. The contact of water and hot gases in the contact chamber on the lower layers of the nozzle is usually determined by the fact that the water has a temperature above the dew point of the gases, but below the temperature of the wet thermometer, which is the limit for heating water with gases of a given initial moisture content and temperature. When water evaporates into a gas, its moisture content increases to a state characterized by a secondary dew point, after which only vapor condensation from the gas occurs. A gas state close to the secondary dew point can be achieved by supplying the corresponding amount of water that has undergone complete evaporation into the hot gas (it is obvious that this amount of water is much lower than that heated in the apparatus). The expediency of the process of complete evaporation of water to the contact chamber, and more precisely in the furnace zone, is obvious. In this case, the required contact surface is determined only by the condensation process, and therefore, represents a value much smaller than in the case when a certain nozzle surface is required for the evaporation process.
A decrease in the height of the nozzle (in the case of using a nozzle contact chamber) characterizes an increase in the intensity of the contact water heater as a whole.
The placement of the water atomizer in the furnace space of the contact water heater is currently unknown and determines the compliance of the present invention with the patentability criterion of "novelty." A significant change in the operation of the apparatus and the non-obviousness of a solution for specialists, also confirmed by familiarization with solutions in related fields, determines the compliance of this technical solution with the patentability criterion of "inventive step". The need for contact water heaters, which has significantly increased at present due to a number of reasons, and the complete absence of difficulties in the calculation, design, and manufacture of the apparatus of the present invention determines its compliance with the patentability criterion of "industrial applicability".
1. The invention is illustrated by the drawing shown in FIG. 1.
13. The contact water heater has a housing 1, equipped with a bottom 2, a furnace 3, a top-fuel disk 4 and a contact chamber 5. In the contact chamber 5 on the grate 6 there is a nozzle 7 made, for example, from Rashig rings. A distributor of heated water 8 is installed above the nozzle 7, the furnace 3 is equipped with a gas burner 9, a radiation surface 10 and a shell 11 located between the housing 1 and the radiation surface 10, installed with a gap to the bottom 2. The shell 11 and the housing 1 are also equipped with an outlet pipe 12 of heated water . In the furnace 3 under the superficial disk 4, a spray-liquid 13 is installed.
The contact water heater of the present invention operates as follows. In the gas burner 9 serves a mixture of natural gas and air, which burns in the furnace 3, located in the housing 1 of the water heater. Hot gases in the combustion space come into contact with the sprayed water formed by the water atomizer 13. Water is supplied in an amount sufficient to lower the temperature of the hot gases to a level corresponding to the secondary dew point. Cooled to the specified level, hot gases bend the super-heating disk 4, which prevents water from entering the contact chamber 5 into the combustion chamber 3. In the contact chamber 5 located in the housing 1, the water to be heated is fed through the distributor 8 to the nozzle 7 located on the grate 6. On the nozzle 7 contact of heated water and gases occurs. Heated water flowing down the top-fuel disk enters the ring formed by the body of the apparatus 1 and the shell 11, which is installed with a gap to the bottom 2. Next, the water rises through the annular channel formed by the shell 11 and the radiation surface 10, which are the side walls of the furnace, washed by the furnace gases. Due to the contact of water with the radiation surface 10, it is further heated. Heated water is removed from the apparatus through the outlet pipe 12. Since the gases are saturated with water vapor in the actual combustion chamber 3, the contact chamber and the surface of the nozzle 7 are designed only for the condensation process, and therefore, the surface of the nozzle is significantly reduced compared to contact water heaters available today .
