Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of space technology, and more specifically to transport spacecraft (TKK), providing refueling of space orbital stations (CBS) of the Mir type in outer space conditions.
Known compartment components refueling (OKD), which installed tanks with an oxidizing agent and fuel, cylinders with nitrogen and air, units and systems for refueling [1]. With the help of such compartments, delivery and refueling of working components at WWTP can be provided.
The disadvantage of such compartments is the complexity of manufacturing and the inability to develop uniform fairings, since a small change in the design of the units leads to a change in the design of the fairing of the entire product.
Closest to the invention is OKD [2], inside of which there are tanks with an oxidizing agent and fuel, and with fittings and pressurization systems corresponding to these components. This ensures the preservation of the overall dimensions of the fairing when changing the design of the OKD units.
The disadvantage of the prototype is a large fire and explosion hazard, due to the fact that in the event of a leak in the lines or tanks with components inside the body, an explosive mixture can form, which can lead to the explosion and death of a space object.
Thus, the task of the new technical solution is to create such an OKD in which the formation of an explosive mixture, i.e., a fire and explosion hazardous situation, would be excluded, which would significantly increase reliability.
The problem is solved by the combination of all the essential features, namely:
the refueling components compartment containing oxidizer tanks and fuel tanks with fittings and pressurization systems corresponding to these components, characterized in that it is provided with an inner cylindrical shell fastened with baffles to the housing with dividing the compartment into sectors, while the oxidizer and fuel tanks with fittings and boost systems are located in diametrically located sectors of the compartment.
In the proposed OKD, the technical result is achieved by creating a compartment for refueling components, which provides absolute fire and explosion safety and high reliability of operation of space objects during refueling and refueling operations with their self-igniting fuel components. This is due to the fact that even in the presence of micro-leaks, the accumulation of self-igniting and explosive components is excluded, since the installation of oxidizer tanks with units and the installation of fuel tanks with units are separated and located on opposite sides of the space object.
7. The device is illustrated in the drawing, which shows the housing OKD 1. cylindrical shell 2. which is connected to the housing using partitions 3, dividing the housing into sectors. Inside one of the diametrically located sectors, oxidizer tanks 4 with fittings and a boost system 5 corresponding to this component are installed; inside another diametrically located sectors, fuel tanks 6 with fittings and a boost system 7 corresponding to this component are located.
7.Installation of units is as follows:
first, partitions 3 are mounted in the seats on the side surfaces of the housing 1 and the cylindrical shell 2, dividing the housing into sectors, then oxidizer tanks 4 and the corresponding reinforcement with a boost system 5 are installed inside one of the diametrically located sectors, and tanks are installed inside another diametrically located sector fuel 6 and valves corresponding to this component with a boost system 7.
Due to the location of the fuel and oxidizer systems in diametrically located sectors, absolute fire and explosion safety and high reliability of the operation of space objects during refueling and refueling operations with their self-igniting fuel components are achieved.
