Abstract
Description
The invention relates to spinning production of the textile industry and relates to a semi-finished product obtained by stretching a fibrous product (tape) and subsequent fixation of the relative position of the fibers, and the method of its formation.
In the process of producing yarn from natural fibers, a fibrous product (tape) is formed, which has a constant weight (linear density). To obtain yarn, this semi-finished product goes through several stages of drawing. At the same time, its linear density decreases. A product with a linear density of 0.25 - 2 ktex (roving) has low strength and undergoes slight twisting (10 - 40 cr / m) or knitting during processing of the wool using a hardware spinning system (N. Truevtsev et al., Technology and equipment for textile production, M., Light Industry, 1975).
The formation of such a roving is accompanied by the rotation of the package with the finished roving, which has a significant mass, or by the reciprocating movement of the hopper arms. The movement of significant masses limits the speed of obtaining rovings.
This disadvantage allows you to eliminate the well-known from the patent of Germany N 2447715, published. 12.15.77 roving containing a core consisting of natural fibers or a mixture thereof with chemical fibers and entwined with a complex chemical thread or monofilament.
Not mentioned inherent disadvantage and known from the patent of Germany N 2537680, published. 09/21/78, the method of forming the roving, which consists in the fact that the sliver emerging from the fume hood is entangled with chemical thread coming down from a coil mounted on a hollow spindle.
However, these solutions do not provide optimal conditions for drawing the formed rovings during its subsequent processing.
The task of the group of inventions is to create a roving and a method for its formation, providing a technical result, consisting in improving the conditions for pulling the roving, which does not require significant masses during its formation or rotation.
This technical result in a roving containing a core consisting of natural fibers or a mixture of them with chemical fibers and entwined with a complex chemical thread or monofilament is achieved in that the upholstery step is from 30 mm to 0.7 l w , where l w is the modal length fiber, and the linear density of the curling thread is in the range of 2 to 10 tex.
The specified technical result in the method of forming the rovings, namely, that the sliver emerging from the fume hood is entwined with a chemical thread coming off a coil mounted on a hollow spindle, by winding the wrapping thread from a fixed coil having a diameter d 2 t / π where t is the upholstery step.
The step of wrapping the fibrous core is selected so that the friction forces arising between the fibers due to the pressure on them of the wrapping thread do not interfere with the drawing process.
The drawing shows the appearance of the roving and the technological scheme of its formation.
Examples of specific performance of the proposed roving.
Experiments show that when the curl pitch t is less than 30 mm, the strength of the roving increases significantly, which creates obstacles to its further stretching. With an increase in the upholstery pitch, the strength of the roving decreases, however, it remains sufficient to ensure the normal process of winding it on a spool and winding it on a spinning machine. If the step of the upholstery exceeds 0.7 l w , where l w is the modal fiber length (mm), then the strength of the roving falls so much that its winding becomes impossible. The linear density of the twisting yarn is determined by its strength. This is due to the fact that in the process of subsequent stretching of the roving, the upholstery thread should break and the forces of its break should not affect the operation of the exhaust device. Tests have established that chemical filaments with a linear density of not more than 10 tex meet these requirements. The lower limit of the range of linear densities of the upholstery yarn is determined by the strength of the yarn that is sufficient for it to be wound off the spool when twisting the roving. In the absence of special devices, a thread of linear density 2 tex corresponds to this condition.
6. The formation of the proposed product can be carried out without rotation of the package with curling thread. A spool 4 with a twisting thread is mounted on a hollow stationary spindle 3. A sliver 2 emerging from the front pair of the exhaust device 1 passes through the spindle 3, a thread coming out from the spool 4 is wrapped around it, forming a roving 5, which is removed from the formation zone by the exhaust pair 6.
When passing a sliver with a length equal to the circumference of the coil, one step of wrapping is performed. Thus, for wrapping with a step of t = 30 mm, the spool with the wrapping thread should have a diameter of 30 / π = 9.5 mm. With a larger pitch, the diameter of the coil increases accordingly. A spool with a winding diameter of 9.5 mm can accommodate an amount of upholstery yarn that is sufficient to form one roving package. Indeed, in the formation of a rove of 2 kteks with a 2 tex upholstery thread, 5 g of an upholstery thread is required to form a roving package weighing 5 kg. With a larger step of upholstery, one spool of upholstery can be used to form several roving spools.
Significant differences of the claimed rovings from the prototype is the upholstery step from 30 mm to 0.7 l w , where l w is the modal fiber length (mm) that does not interfere with the further drawing process on the spinning machine, and the linear density of the upholstery is 2-10 tex, not disrupting the process of pulling at break.
A significant difference in the method of forming the fibrous product is winding the curling thread mounted on a fixed spindle of a coil with a diameter d = t / π, where t is the curling step.
These features of the roving and the method of its formation can improve the conditions for stretching the roving in the form of a fibrous core entwined with chemical thread, to produce the formation of such a product without rotation of the coil with a twisting thread.
A useful effect when using this group of inventions is to significantly increase the rate of formation of rovings, to remove the restrictions associated with the need to rotate packages having a significant mass when forming rovings.
