[1]. The invention relates to medicine, in particular to mammoplastic surgery. A method of increasing mammoplasty is known [1].
Such a method consists in making an incision, for example, on an infra-mammary fold, separating the mammary gland from the underlying tissues and forming a bed under it. A silicone implant is placed in the created bed and then the wound is sutured. The disadvantage of this method is that an external skin incision is performed, the associated trauma and loss of blood during surgery.
The aim of the invention is the ease and simplification of the operation, reducing the morbidity and bloodlessness of the operation. To this end, the method of increasing mammoplasty, which consists in the formation of a bed-reservoir under the mammary gland and filling it with an implant-filler, is characterized in that the bed-reservoir is formed without external incisions, and the implant-filler is formed by a liquid medium.
In FIG. 1 is a diagram of the formation of a bed under the mammary gland; in FIG. 2 is a diagram of an implant insertion.
In FIG. 1 and 2, wire 1 is inserted subcutaneously with a needle 2 around the mammary gland 3. An implant 5 is inserted into the bed-reservoir 4, for example, in the form of a gel fluid with a syringe 6. The method is applied as follows. On the patient’s skin, they outline the entire mammary gland, the future bed-reservoir 4 for the implant-filler 5. On this circuit, wire 1 is inserted through the skin punctures with a needle 2 to the required depth. Using a wire with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.5 mm, the mammary gland 3 is detached from the underlying tissues and thereby forms a bed-reservoir for the implant-filler. After stopping internal bleeding, for example, by introducing isotonic fluid, into this bed-reservoir, for example, a gel substance is introduced simultaneously or in several stages, which is indifferent to the body and is not absorbed into its tissue. From the above it is seen that the proposed method is distinguished by ease of implementation, anemia of the operation and the absence of skin incisions, i.e. reduced trauma. The effectiveness of the method is obvious from the above method of its use.
