Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture. In particular, the processing of livestock livestock waste into organic fertilizers.
75-90oC [1].A known method of producing organic fertilizer by biofermentation of bird droppings, including mixing it with moisture-absorbing pore-forming material (sawdust, peat, cut straw), heating the wet mixture to 20-25 o C and loading it into the fermenter, blowing oxygen-containing gas through a layer of raw material in the direction from the bottom up and subsequent holding in temperature-temperature mode and additional blowing of raw materials in the fermenter in the transverse direction at an oxygen-containing gas temperature of 75-90 o C [1].
The main disadvantage of this method is the impossibility of industrial processing of animal waste co-waste by biofermentation without the use of moisture-absorbing pore-forming materials. The need for the use of moisture-absorbing pore-forming materials in the analogue method is caused by the low porosity and air permeability of wet animal waste, especially bird droppings. Therefore, without the addition of moisture-absorbing pore-forming materials, it is impossible to aerate animal waste copro-waste by blowing their mass with oxygen-containing gas, which is necessary to maintain biochemical processes. Mixtures of waste materials with moisture-absorbing materials have sufficient porosity and air permeability, which allows biofermentation by blowing oxygen-containing gas, which solves the problem of industrial processing of wet waste passage of animal husbandry by biofermentation. But the use of moisture-absorbing pore-forming materials in itself is also a disadvantage of the method. This disadvantage of the method is associated with the need to purchase and import, often over many tens and more kilometers, such quantities of moisture-absorbing pore-forming materials that are commensurate with the number of processed waste waste, which complicates and increases the cost of production.
[2]. There is also known a method for producing organic fertilizer by biofermentation of animal waste copro-waste, providing for preliminary preliminary mixing of livestock copro waste with moisture-absorbing pore-forming material and part of the finished organic fertilizer, respectively, in a ratio of 10: 2: 8, normalizing the mixture before biofermentation to a moisture content of 60-65% and particle size 3- 10 mm by additional mixing with simultaneous grinding, sieving and blowing with air and biofermentation itself into a fermenter f with the blowing of raw materials heated at the initial stage of the process by air in an open frementator [2].
The disadvantage of this method is also associated with the need to use a moisture-absorbing pore-forming material imported from the side. And although reducing the consumption of moisture-absorbing pore-forming material imported by up to 20% reduces the costs of this expense item, it does not completely solve the problem, especially since the method uses ready-made organic fertilizer in the amount of up to 40% of the total amount obtained as a moisture-absorbing pore-forming material. finished fertilizer, which is also a disadvantage, since it reduces the yield of the product and thereby reduces productivity.
[3]. The closest technological solution to the proposed one is a method of producing organic fertilizer by biofermentation of animal waste copro-waste [3].
The method includes preliminary sequential local mixing inside the fermenter of co-waste of animal husbandry with the necessary amount of ready-made organic fertilizer left in the fermenter while simultaneously mixing the aeration of the mixture, its grinding, sieving, a separate stage of aeration and biofermentation of normalized raw materials.
Wp •Xp + Wk(1-Xp)=Wсм,
где
Wp - влажность готового органического удобрения (ретура);
Wk - влажность копроотхода;
Wсм - влажность смеси (все в вес.%);
The disadvantage of the prototype method is the low yield of finished products - organic fertilizer. So in the description of the prototype method it is indicated that as a finished fertilizer remove the top layer with a thickness of 10-20 cm, and the remaining amount is left in the fermenter as a moisture-absorbing pore-forming material. Without indicating the total thickness of the obtained organic fertilizer, it is impossible to judge the value of the finished product by the thickness of the removed layer. Therefore, to determine this value, we use the moisture balance equation:
W p • X p + W k (1-X p ) = W cm ,
Where
W p - the moisture content of the finished organic fertilizer (retur);
W k is the moisture content of the waste;
W cm is the humidity of the mixture (all in wt.%);
X p - the proportion of finished organic fertilizer used as a water-absorbing pore-forming material.
Подставляя значения Wk, Wсм, Wp в уравнение (2), получим, что доля оставляемого в ферментаторе готового органического удобрения в качестве водопоглащающего порообразующего материала равна 75%, а выход готовой продукции - 25%.From the equation of material moisture balance (1) it follows that
When processing livestock animal waste by biofermentation, the moisture content of the mixture is kept within 60-65% [2]. For calculations, we assume that W cm = 65. The moisture content of the finished product — organic fertilizer — during biofermentation of mixtures is in the range of 50–55% [2]. For calculations, we assume that W p = 50. The moisture content of liquid manure obtained on farms, suitable for pumping by a mechanical pump, is on average equal to 95%. Therefore, we assume that W k = 95. Substituting the values of W k , W cm , W p in equation (2), we find that the proportion of finished organic fertilizer left in the fermenter as a water-absorbing pore-forming material is 75%, and the finished product yield is 25% %
Another disadvantage of the prototype method is the production of organic fertilizers with high humidity in the range of 50-55%, typical for all methods based on the fermentation of porous mixtures of co-waste with moisture-absorbing pore-forming materials by purging them with an oxygen-containing gas.
The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity and improve the quality of organic fertilizers.
The problem is solved in that the entire volume of the processed raw material is mixed at the same time, and its free surface is blown with a heated stream of oxygen-containing gas.
These symptoms are significant. Mixing the entire mass of the loaded raw materials (animal waste co-waste or its mixture with a moisture-absorbing pore-forming material) under a layer of oxygen-containing gas provides the aeration of the entire volume of processed raw materials necessary for the course of biofermentation processes. Such aeration allows without the use of moisture-absorbing pore-forming materials to process livestock waste with a moisture content of up to 75-80% and obtain organic fertilizers with a moisture content of 24-28%. With these parameters of the biofermentation process (W k = 95, W cm = 75 and W p = 28), 30% is left as a water-absorbing pore-forming material in the fermenter (versus 75% by the prototype method), and 70% is unloaded as a finished organic fertilizer ( against 25%) by the prototype method). The high performance of the proposed method is explained by the features of aeration while mixing the entire volume of raw materials. In addition to the constant renewal of the free surface of raw materials within its entire volume, there is a continuous formation and collapse of micro- and macro hollows. When micro and macro voids are formed in them due to the vacuum effect, the heated oxygen-containing gas is sucked in at a temperature of 75-90 o C, which ensures good aeration and rapid heating of the entire array of processed raw materials. During the collapse of micro- and macro-hollows, intensive evacuation of gaseous products of biochemical reactions occurs from them, which creates favorable conditions for the course of the biofermentation process. When micro- and macro-hollows collapse from them, water vapor is also evacuated, which contributes to the production of organic fertilizer with a lower water content, which improves its quality. Mechanical mixing of the processed raw materials contributes to its processing also due to the destruction and removal of the loose layer of the formed fertilizer from the surface of the lumps of livestock waste. The destruction and removal of the loose layer and its further grinding with stirring allows to obtain free-flowing fertilizer. The destruction and removal of the loose layer of the formed fertilizer facilitates the access of oxygen to the fresh surface of the still unprocessed lumps of animal waste co-waste, which contributes to biofermentation. Stirring also promotes the transfer and spread of thermophilic bacteria and humus formed throughout the processed material. Since humus formation is an autocatalytic process, mixing increases the content of this most valuable component of organic fertilizer, which also improves quality. A biothermal process in conjunction with exposure to oxygen-containing gas heated to 75-90 o C leads to a prolonged increase in the temperature of the processed raw materials to 80-90 o C, thereby ensuring the disinfection of organic fertilizer.
The combined effect of all these factors ensures higher productivity by increasing the yield of finished products and improving the quality of organic fertilizers by increasing the content of humus and reducing the water content.
Example. In the fermenter, 75-85% of its volume is loaded with bird droppings and covered with a lid. Then, through the empty space between the free surface of the bird droppings and the lid, air heated to 75-90 ° C is blown, which, after exiting the fermenter, is sent to clean ammonia and other volatile products of biochemical reactions by known methods. Simultaneously with the purge of the fermenter with air by a mechanical device, the entire volume of the loaded bird droppings is mixed. In the same way, the process is conducted when processing liquid bird droppings with the addition of organic fertilizer as a moisture-absorbing pore-forming material.
The table shows the results of organic fertilizer biofermentation of various batches of bird droppings.
