Abstract
Description
п. The invention relates to the construction and can be used in the manufacture, installation and operation of roads heated in winter, sidewalk crossings, staircases, etc. construction work.
[1]. A device is known for heating the ballast layer of crane runways using pipes with a coolant laid inside the layer [1].
The disadvantage of this device is the limited scope of its application due to the cumbersome design and the complexity of power systems and regulation of the heating mode.
[2]. Known pavement containing a supporting monolithic layer, a base of monolithic concrete and a backfill of aluminum sawdust, in which an electric heater is wired in the form of a cable in an insulating and protective closed shell, and an underlying soil layer [2].
The disadvantages of the above coating are its complexity, busyness and low maintainability due to the difficulty of replacing the electric heater in the event of failure, as well as the low efficiency of heating parts of the bearing surface of the coating under different temperature conditions, due to the non-oriented and unregulated heat flux generated by the electric heating cable, and heat loss in the closed shells of the latter.
The main objective of the proposed technical solution is the creation of a heated pavement with a compact, easy-to-assemble and maintainable structure from elements prefabricated in the factory, as well as an efficient and easily adjustable electrical heating.
The problem is achieved with the achievement of the aforementioned technical result is solved in that in a road surface containing a carrier layer and a base, between which there is an electric heater with a power supply system, the carrier layer is made of separate cast plates, each of which has a recess on the side of the base, and the electric heater is made in in the form of flat panels, each of which is placed in the recess of the corresponding plate, while between each panel and the base there is a heat shield with its contact surfaces and protective layers. Glass mat can be used as a heat shield, and fiberglass as a protective layer.

FIG. 1 - the proposed device as part of the staircase of the underpass of the subway station, general view; FIG. 2 - the device of FIG. 1, plan view; FIG. 3 is a vertical sectional view of a portion of a flight of stairs; FIG. 4 is an enlarged fragment of a portion of the coating elements depicted in FIG. 2; FIG. 5 is a power diagram of a heater.
According to the embodiment of the invention described here, the pavement is made on the staircase of the underground passage of the subway station at the exit to the earth's surface. Each step of this march contains a base 1 of cast or precast reinforced concrete, on which
2. On the side of the base 1, that is, in the supporting surface of each plate, a rectangular recess or recess 3 is made in which the electric heater is laid and fixed with an adhesive layer 4 in the form of a flat panel 5 with
A waterproofing layer 8 is laid below under the electric heating panel, under which a layer serving as a heat shield and consisting of fiberglass 9 in fiberglass break-in 10 and 11 is placed.
12. Under the
Electric heating panels 5 are combined in groups. For this, the conclusions of 6 panels 5, laid in plates of 2 steps of the march, are connected to a three-phase supply network with a voltage of 380/220 V with the possibility of switching electric heating panels from a "star" to a "triangle" and vice versa in order to control the amount of heat released in the steps.
The operation of the device is as follows.
When the power is turned on, the panels 5 are heated. The heat flux from the panels 5, thanks to the heat-reflecting
Thus, due to the possibility of element-wise assembly and disassembly of a device having a structure according to the proposed technical solution, a high degree of maintainability of the device is provided. These same features of the claimed device provide highly efficient operation in winter due to the appeared ability to control the heat flux from the electric heater in size and direction.
