Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for developing oil reservoirs, separated from each other by impermeable rocks, and can be used in the oil industry.
There is a method of developing oil reservoirs separated from each other by impermeable rocks, according to which both reservoirs are opened simultaneously by producing and injection wells. The development of an upper, more permeable formation from the very beginning is carried out by maintaining reservoir pressure by injecting water and extracting oil from production wells. At the same time, oil is being taken from all production wells. With a decrease in reservoir pressure in the lower low-permeable layer, water is also injected into this layer. By periodically taking oil from both formations, water is forced through from the upper, more permeable, layer to the lower. As a result, a waterflooding system is created for the lower, less permeable formation, where the injection wells of the upper formation play the role of injection wells.
The proposed solution is aimed at solving the problem of increasing oil recovery in the development of oil reservoirs while simplifying the process of oil selection. The technical result achieved in this case is that enhanced oil recovery is intensified and labor costs for development are reduced.
The problem is solved due to the fact that in the known method of developing oil reservoirs separated from each other by impenetrable rocks, which consists in opening the upper reservoir with production and injection wells and extracting oil with simultaneous injection of water into this reservoir, when selecting the product with with an oil content of less than 15%, a gas mixture is injected into the formation with the simultaneous destruction of impermeable rocks separating the layers in the vicinity of the boundary of the dome of the underlying oil formation, and then produced the inhibition of the resulting gas-water mixture into the underlying oil reservoir and the extrusion of the gas-oil mixture into the overlying reservoir for further selection through production wells.
In addition, air or previously obtained natural gas is used as the gas mixture.
These signs are significant and interconnected causal relationship with the formation of a set of essential features necessary and sufficient to achieve a technical result.
The present invention is illustrated by a specific example of implementation, which, however, is not the only possible, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving this set of features of a given technical result.
The method is carried out in the following sequence.
15%. An oil reservoir, containing, for example, two layers hydraulically isolated from each other by an impermeable layer, is drilled along a selected grid by injection and production wells. The development of the upper reservoir is carried out by maintaining reservoir pressure by injecting water into injection wells and extracting oil from production wells. This process is continued until the oil content in the selected product drops to 15%.
Then, through injection wells located in the area of the boundary of the dome of the underlying formation, the gas mixture is injected into the upper formation. At the same time, the rock that separates both layers is destroyed.
The destruction of the underlying layer in the area of the dome is carried out, for example, by means of an ultrasonic generator mounted on the end of the column in the injection well, or by means of a microwave generator installed there, or by any other known method.
When a gas mixture is injected into the bottom of the well, cavitation cavities are formed that contribute to the separation of impenetrable rock particles from the array. Further, when ultrasound is applied to the bottom of the well together with gas, liquid and rock particles, the bottom rock is destroyed and the well goes into the impermeable rock formation until it enters the underlying oil reservoir. The selection of oil from the underlying reservoir is carried out with simultaneous flooding of the reservoir with a gas-water mixture coming from the upper reservoir.
When the in-situ pressure of oil in the lower layer drops, through the injection wells, the gas-water mixture is transferred from the upper layer to the lower one to maintain the oil recovery process of the lower layer. Due to the fact that the residual oil from the upper reservoir will constantly flow into the lower reservoir during this process, and then from there the oil recovery of the developed reservoirs will generally increase due to more complete extraction of oil from the upper reservoir.
The application of the present invention allows for the development of oil reservoirs while simplifying the process of oil selection to intensify oil recovery, as well as significantly reduce the labor costs of conducting development.
The invention meets the criterion of "industrial applicability", since the inventive method of developing oil reservoirs separated from each other by impermeable rocks, is feasible using known means of production.
