Abstract
Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to collector electric motors of direct and alternating current, and can be used in the design and manufacture of controlled electric drives.
A known design of an electric motor (1), operating on the basis of the law of attraction of an electromagnet to a magnetic material, contains a stator in the form of two U-shaped cores with a magnetic circuit and an armature, on the shaft of which electromagnets are placed around the circumference in the radial direction. Moreover, power magnetic fluxes excited by electromagnets are always directed in the radial direction. The disadvantage of this electric motor is the presence of significant electrical losses in the magnetic material due to the significant length of the power magnetic flux in the latter.
The invention is aimed at improving the design of the electric motor in order to reduce electrical losses in the magnetic material by reducing the length of the power magnetic flux.
This is achieved by the fact that the stator is made in the form of two hollow segments without windings, and an annular magnetic circuit with grooves is installed in the anchor, in which the electromagnets are located so that the magnetic fluxes excited by them are always directed tangentially to the circumferential surface of the magnetic circuit.
The structural diagram of the proposed motor is shown in FIG. 1 (view from the side of the collector), in FIG. 2 shows an electric motor in section AA; in FIG. 3 shows a diagram of the connection of coils of electromagnets to each other and to the collector.
The stator consists of several, at least two,
8. The electric motor schematically represents two solenoids (stator) with one common endless length of the rod, which is implemented constructively in the form of an annular
Щетки 7 (a, b, c, d) делят обмотки якоря 2 на четыре секции: k - m, k'- m', k - m' и k'- m. Brushes 7 (a, b, c, d) divide the windings of the
1.The electric motor operates as follows. When voltage is applied to the corresponding terminals of the coil of electromagnets 8, magnetic fluxes are excited, and therefore the
The application of the proposed motor in technology will significantly increase their efficiency, as well as reduce the cost of the drive.
