Double deadrise bottom changes to plane towards break of transom provided with motor plate. Boat is provided with sail rigging and oar-propeller having blade made in form of semibalanced rudder blade. To facilitate removal of boat from car and placing it on ground, it is provided with cords-shock absorbers and guide cover plates on edges of frame-trunk. Boat is provided with swivel locks fitted on its sides. These locks are used for stowage of boat in suspended state.
