Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of water treatment technology, and in particular to methods for treating domestic, industrial, as well as post-treatment wastewater containing hydrogen sulfide.
1972). A known method of water purification based on the use of activated carbon (N. V. Drozhalina. Adsorption of hydrogen sulfide from aqueous solutions of peat activated carbons. Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of the BSSR, a series of chemical sciences, N3, "Science and Technology", Minsk, 1972).
The disadvantage of this method is the high cost of AC, as well as the need for its regeneration, utilization of regenerating solutions. Activation will require a large amount of fuel.
The closest technical solution is the application of Japan N 55-84539, cl. B 01 J 20/24, 1980 "Reagent for removing hydrogen sulfide from water." As follows from the application, when cleaning water from hydrogen sulfide, a water-soluble nitrolignin based on lignosulfonic acid is used.
The disadvantage of this method is that, purifying water from hydrogen sulfide in this way, it is contaminated with water-soluble lignin, which creates an additional serious problem for water purification from this product.
The objective of the invention is to improve the quality of wastewater treatment by reducing the hydrogen sulfide content at minimal economic cost.
The problem is solved by the successive introduction of sorbent into the treated water, which is used as glauconite sand and aminolignin with a fused structure (ampholyte).
Glauconite sand of the Ayutinskoye deposit is a natural sorbent, a representative of layered and complex tape silicates. The glauconite content in the rock is 40–50%. The rest is mainly quartz; there are zeolites. In glauconite 10 15% of the swellable component, i.e. it is a mixed-layer formation of hydromica-montmorillonite.
Physico-chemical indicators of glauconite in the Rostov region are as follows.

The content of fractions of less than 0.01
Aminolignin is obtained from hydrolysis lignin by processing it in several stages. Aminolinignin incorporates -COOH and -OH cation-exchange groups and -NH 2 , -Cl anion-exchange groups. This substance is soluble in water and is a finely divided product; therefore, aminolignin with a fused ampholyte structure, which is a water-insoluble fraction, is used for purification.
1. The physical properties of ampholyte are presented in table. one.
Л. 168). The study of the sorption characteristics of glauconite sand and ampholyte was carried out according to the methodology of VNII VODGEO under static conditions (Smirnov A.D. Sorption water purification. L. Chemistry, 1982, p.168).
Four samples of 110, 660, 1750 and 3920 mg pre-prepared sorbents were placed in flasks with ground stoppers with 150 ml of hydrogen sulfide water and subjected to shaking at low intensity for 44 hours. Hydrogen sulfide water was prepared by dissolving sodium sulfide to a certain concentration. The spent sorbent was separated by filtration through a paper filter, followed by analysis. The concentration of total hydrogen sulfide in water was determined by iodometric titration.
Г величина адсорбции, ммоль/г;
Vb объем пробы, л;
ΔC разность концентраций сероводорода в воде до и после сорбции, ммоль/г;
According to the results of the experiments, the sorption capacity was calculated by the formula
G adsorption value, mmol / g;
V b sample volume, l;
ΔC difference in the concentrations of hydrogen sulfide in water before and after sorption, mmol / g;
m 0 sorbent mass, g
When glauconite sand with ampholyte is used for sorption of hydrogen sulfide, a general tendency is observed for a decrease in the hydrogen sulfide content in water with an increase in the mass of the sorbent (Table 2).
3). According to the above formula, adsorption values were calculated (Table 3).
For the adsorption of dissolved gases from a liquid, the surface area of the sorbent is of great importance.
The process of processing hydrogen sulfide water on the proposed sorption materials glauconite sand and ampholyte is proposed to be carried out sequentially. When processing hydrogen sulfide water on glauconite sand, the initial hydrogen sulfide content is reduced by an average of 50%. At the second stage, the water is treated with ampholyte, which allows deep wastewater treatment from hydrogen sulfide to the maximum permissible values.
The use of the natural sorbent of glauconite sand, the structure of ampholyte molecules, its surface structure, as well as the use of sequential treatment on 2 sorbents of hydrogen sulfide-containing water allow us to solve the problem of improving the quality of wastewater by reducing the hydrogen sulfide content at minimal economic cost.
The application of the claimed method will allow to obtain a high effect of removing hydrogen sulfide from water (100%). It is also noteworthy that ampholyte is a waste product, and therefore, almost free sorbent that does not need regeneration.
