Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil industry, and more particularly to a device for cleaning the internal cavities of pipes from paraffin and other deposits during the operation of wells and during their repair.
A device for removing from the inner surface of the pipes, comprising a housing made in the form of a shaft, upper and lower cleaning heads with oppositely directed cutting elements mounted on the shaft with the possibility of free rotation, an expansion stabilizer mounted on the shaft between the cleaning heads, and an attachment unit to traction body / 1 /.
A disadvantage of the known device is that often the downhole fluid flow force is not enough to continue the resistance that the cutting elements (pins) create, interacting with the pipe walls, as a result of which the cleaning heads do not rotate, which reduces the efficiency and quality of cleaning the inner surface of the pipes.
The closest known device is a device for cleaning the internal cavities of pipes from paraffin and other deposits, containing at least the upper and lower cleaning heads with oppositely directed cutting elements mounted on the shaft with the possibility of free rotation, a spacer stabilizer mounted on the shaft between the cleaning heads, a guide the stabilizer fixed in the upper part of the shaft, the load and the connection unit to the traction body / 2 /.
A disadvantage of the known device is the presence of a deepening-retainer, which creates a certain resistance to the upward flow of the borehole fluid (well production) and hangs on deposits. Hanging is also facilitated by the absence of a swivel, which does not allow the use, if necessary, of a load sufficient for specific conditions, i.e. having an appropriate length due to the curvature of the pipe columns.
The aim of the invention is to provide a device for cleaning the inner surfaces of pipes from paraffin and other deposits, devoid of the above disadvantages.
This is achieved by the fact that the device for cleaning the internal cavity of the pipes from paraffin and other deposits, containing at least the upper and lower cleaning heads with oppositely directed cutting elements mounted on the shaft with the possibility of free rotation, a spacer stabilizer mounted on the shaft between the cleaning heads, a guide the stabilizer fixed in the upper part of the shaft, the load and the connection unit to the traction body, according to the invention is equipped with a rod connected to the guide stabilizer, and having a spherical element at the end, and a sleeve connected to the load and with an internal supporting protrusion, while the spherical element is located in the sleeve with limited axial movement and interaction with its internal supporting protrusion, the sleeve has a conical bore in the lower part, a shaft in the lower part of the annular the protrusion, and the lower cleaning head is conical and covers the annular protrusion of the shaft.
H = D/2 tgα
где H высота очистной головки, мм;
D диаметр очистной головки, мм;
It contributes to the solution of the problem that the lower cleaning head has a maximum cross-sectional dimension less than the corresponding maximum size of the upper cleaning head, and also that the height and diameter of the cleaning head are related by the ratio:
H = D / 2 tgα
where H is the height of the treatment head, mm;
D diameter of the treatment head, mm;
a angle of inclination of the cutting elements (helix) relative to the generatrix (angle of attack), mm.
In the particular case of the device, a ball element can be installed in the lower cleaning head under the lower end of the shaft, and bearings above and below the annular protrusion, the upper bearing being pressed by a pressure nut fixed relative to the head.
The device is equipped with an additional section with at least two treatment heads, made with the possibility of embedding between the sleeve and the load.
Due to the presence of a rod rigidly connected or with the possibility of assembling-disassembling with a guide stabilizer, the latter has the opportunity not only to stabilize the cleaning heads, but also to give them two degrees of freedom by performing a movable swivel that provides some limited movement in the axial and radial directions , as well as the creation of shock axial load.
The proposed solution for the implementation of the lower cleaning head and its installation on the shaft allows you to increase the speed of movement of the device in operating mode, and therefore, increase productivity with high quality cleaning.
The presence of an axial channel in the lower cleaning head prevents clogging of the bearing assembly, which increases the reliability of the device as a whole.
2. In Fig.1 shows a device in section; figure 2 additional section; figure 3 section aa in figure 1; figure 4 section BB in figure 1; figure 5 - section bb in figure 2; in Fig.6 section GG in Fig.2.
The device according to the invention comprises at least the upper and lower cleaning heads 2 and 3 mounted on the shaft 1 with free rotation and between the cleaning heads 2 and 3, a spacer stabilizer 4 is installed on the shaft 1. An annular protrusion 5 is located in the lower part of the shaft 1. The lower cleaning the head 3 is conical, covers an annular protrusion 5 and may have a cylindrical portion in the upper part. In the lower cleaning head 3, a ball element 6 is installed under the lower end of the shaft 1, and the ball element 6 is installed above and the lower end of the shaft 1, and the bearings 7 and 8 are above and below the annular projection 5. nut 10. To ensure free rotation of the lower cleaning head 3, it must have some axial lift relative to the shaft 1, due to which the ball element 6 will not in all cases overlap the axial channel 11. Free rotation of the lower cleaning head 3, as well as the upper cleaning head 2 is provided by bearings 12, 13 and 14. A guiding stabilizer 15 is fixed in the upper part of the shaft 1 and fixed with a screw 16. A rod 17 having a spherical element 18 at the end is connected rigidly or with the possibility of assembly-disassembling. The rod 17 may be connected to the guide stabilizer 15 by a threaded connection, fixed, for example, by a pin 19. The spherical element 18 is located in the sleeve 20 having an internal supporting protrusion, with the possibility of limited axial movement and mutual odeystviya with its inner supporting protrusion at the lowermost position (initial position). The sleeve 20 is connected to the load 21 by a threaded connection fixed by a screw 22. The load 21 is connected to the attachment unit 23 to the traction member 24. A swivel head is usually used for this purpose. In the sleeve 20 there is a series of radial holes 25 for the flow of well fluid.
21. An additional section with at least two
2.The lower cleaning head 3 may have a maximum cross-sectional dimension (diameter D 2 ) less than the corresponding maximum size (diameter D 1 ) of the upper cleaning head 2.
H = D/2 tgα
где Н, Д высота и диаметр соответственно очистной головки, мм;
The upper and lower heads 2 and 3 have oppositely directed
H = D / 2 tgα
where N, D height and diameter, respectively, of the treatment head, mm;
a angle of inclination of the cutting elements (helix) relative to the generatrix (angle of attack), deg.
The device operates as follows. The assembly is assembled with or without an additional section, depending on the specific conditions, and is lowered into the pipe riser using a lubricator. The upward flow of the borehole fluid (well production), acting on the
