Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the chemical treatment of chrome semi-finished product and can be used in the leather industry in the production of leathers of various assortments.
К. 1,5-2,0, температуре 60-65oC в течение 1,0-1,5 ч и расходе дубителя 3-4% от массы строганых кож с последующими нейтрализацией, крашением и жированием /1/.A known method of producing leather, including two-phase chrome tanning, retanning, filling with a synthetic tanning agent based on dicyandiamide resin, modified by the hydrolysis product of leather chips, with J.K. 1.5-2.0, a temperature of 60-65 o C for 1.0-1.5 hours and a tanning agent consumption of 3-4% by weight of planed leathers with subsequent neutralization, dyeing and fatliquoring / 1 /.
The disadvantage of this method is the heterogeneity of the properties of the obtained leathers in layers, which is caused by surface binding of the tanning agent due to the increased process temperature.
In addition, the method is relatively complicated: it requires basic tanning in 2 phases, intensive neutralization with increased consumption of sodium bicarbonate.
К. 1, в течение 20 мин с последующим введением 3% акрилатно-белковой смолы и 0,5% мимозового экстракта /2/.The prototype of the proposed technical solution is a method for producing leathers, including chrome tanning, treatment with a synthetic tanning agent based on a chromium-containing protein hydrolyzate and naphthalene sulfonic acid at a rate of 5% by weight of planed leathers, temperature 38-40 o C, J.K. 1, for 20 min, followed by the introduction of 3% acrylate-protein resin and 0.5% mimosa extract / 2 /.
The disadvantage of this method is the relatively high stiffness of the obtained leathers and their low elastic-plastic properties, which is caused by the low filling ability of the tanning agent - the protein content is only 10-18%. In addition, the process of obtaining a synthetic tanning agent is quite complicated and requires the use of a high temperature of -120-125 o C and pressure 1.8-2.5 atm. The tanning agent is synthesized for 2-8 hours.
The objective of the invention is to improve the quality of the skin by improving their elastic-plastic properties.
The problem is solved in that in a method for producing leathers, including chromic tanning, treatment with a chromium-containing protein hydrolyzate and subsequent treatment with a crosslinking agent, treatment with a chromium-containing protein hydrolyzate is carried out in the presence of an amino compound for 1-2 hours, at a flow rate of 3.5-10, 0% by weight of planed leathers, counting on the dry residue, and 1.5-4.0% by weight of planed leathers, and treatment with a crosslinking agent is carried out for 1-2 hours in an amount of 1-4% by weight of planed leathers.
Гидролизат представляет собой жидкость темно-зеленого цвета, содержащую 40-50% сухого вещества, содержание белка 30-40% 0,5-1% оксида хрома, pH 2-3.A chromium-containing protein hydrolyzate is obtained by acid hydrolysis of chromium chips by heating to a temperature of 60-90 o C for 3-4 hours with constant stirring. The hydrolyzate is a dark green liquid containing 40-50% dry matter, protein content 30-40% 0.5-1% chromium oxide, pH 2-3.
A distinctive feature of the proposed method is that the treatment of the chrome-plated semi-finished product with a chromium-containing protein hydrolyzate in the presence of an amino compound with the subsequent introduction of a cross-linking agent with the stated process parameters allows the specified monomeric product having an insignificant molecular weight to penetrate more fully and deeper into the structure of the dermis, evenly distributed in it. Moreover, the condensation reaction between them occurs directly on the skin fibers with the formation of juice-protein-protein and protein-amino compounds, which significantly increases the number of reactive functional groups that are centers of fixation of dyes, fatliquoring and filling materials. This allows you to improve the elastic-plastic properties of the skin and reduce the consumption of dyes, fats and filling materials by 30%
The introduction of a chromium-containing protein hydrolyzate and amino compound in amounts of less than 3.0% and 1.5%, respectively, as well as their treatment for less than 1 hour, does not allow to obtain uniformly filled skin over all topographic areas with high elastic-plastic properties. Their introduction of more than 10% and 4.0%, as well as their treatment for more than 2 hours, leads to an increase in the stiffness of the skin and an overuse of chemical materials.
Treatment with a crosslinking agent in an amount of less than 1% for less than 1 hour leads to a decrease in the filling ability of the hydrolyzate and the retanning effect of the agent itself. Processing them in an amount of more than 4% for more than 2 hours leads to hard skin.
The technology of the method is as follows.
