The technical result is achieved by the fact that the capacitor is made in the form of a tubular coil placed in the housing, while under the coil there is a pallet deepening towards the center, for example, of a conical shape, with a water presence indicator installed in the lower part, electrically connected to the control unit and the signaling device, while the cooling water supply system to the condenser coil contains a feed tube connected with a farm water supply system with spray nozzles and a remotely controlled vein mounted on it til for batch water supply and periodic wetting of the condenser surface, and a ventilation unit is strengthened in front of the distribution nozzles.
The drawing shows a General view of the installation.
13. The farm refrigeration system comprises an evaporator 1, a compressor 2, a thermostatic valve 3, a condenser, and a cooling water supply system to the condenser. The latter is made in the form of a tubular coil 4 located in the housing 5. Under the coil 4 there is a pallet 6 made deepening to the center, for example, of a conical shape. In the lower part of the pallet 6, a water presence indicator 7 is installed, electrically connected to the control unit 8 and the alarm 9. The cooling water supply system to the condenser coil 4 contains a supply pipe 10 connected to the farm water supply system with spray nozzles 11 and a remote-controlled valve 12 mounted on it for portioned water supply and periodic wetting of the surface of the condenser. In front of the distribution nozzles 11, the ventilation unit 13 is strengthened.
Refrigeration system for farms works as follows. Refrigerant vapors from the compressor enter a condenser made, for example, from finned tubes, the outer surface of which is cooled by a stream of air pumped by the ventilation unit 13. To improve heat dissipation, reduce the required heat exchange area, and, therefore, material consumption, the outer surface of the tubular coil 4 is irrigated water flowing through the supply pipe 10 through the spray nozzles 11 from the farm's water supply system. The water intake is controlled by a remote-controlled valve 12, the water is sprayed by nozzles 11. At the same time, it is intensively evaporated and cooled from the surfaces of the condenser and the tray 6, giving off heat that is removed from the condensing refrigerant during evaporation. Due to forced blowing and irrigation with water, heat transfer in the condenser is more intense. However, unlike evaporative condensers of a known type, a distinctive feature of the proposed design of condensers is the lack of reverse water supply and water circulation. This is achieved by the fact that under the tubular coil 4 is installed a pan 6, made deepening towards the center, for example, of a conical shape with a water presence indicator 7 installed in the deepest part of the pan. After wetting the surfaces, the remaining atomized water cooling the condenser accumulates in the pan 6. At the same time, the indicator 7 for the presence of water is activated, and then the light and sound type indicator 9 located in the control unit 8 is electrically connected to it. This is used for manual operation. At the same time, a signal is sent to the remote-controlled valve 12, and the water supply is interrupted. There is intensive evaporation of water from the surface of the condenser and the inner surface of the pan 6, simultaneously blown by the air of the ventilation unit 13. So, only the water will evaporate from the pan 6, by the signal of the indicator 7 for water, water will again begin to flow through the remotely controlled valve 12 through the supply pipe 10 to the nozzles 11 and on to the outer surface of the capacitor. Residual water is collected on the inside of the drip tray 6, and by the signal of the water availability indicator through the control unit 8, the water supply is stopped by the remote-controlled valve 12. Then the cycle repeats.
The refrigerant is piped through the thermostatic valve 3 to the evaporator 1, sucked in by the compressor 2 and fed to the condenser.
The proposed design has the advantage over the known refrigeration units with evaporative type condensers, since there is no need for a closed circulation system to cool the condenser with water, which increases the reliability and efficiency of the entire system.
To reduce the cost of the automatic control system, the inclusion of a remote-controlled valve 12 can be carried out periodically from the software mechanism located in the control unit 8 or by personnel. The determination of the ratio of the switching cycles of the remote-controlled valve 12 when controlled by a software mechanism can be carried out experimentally by the criterion of minimum water loss and maximum refrigerant condensation efficiency.
