Abstract
Description
The device for observation at night refers to the field of optical instrumentation. It can be used for visual observation of distant objects in low light conditions.
Known day / night visual device (patent DE N 2704185 / G 02 B 23/12, 1978).
The device is intended for use in a stationary position. In the night channel, it has a prism-lens wrapping system, which serves to transfer images from the screen plane of the electron-optical image converter (EOC) to the plane of the intermediate image of the eyepiece. The use of a prism-lens wrapping system leads to a complication of the design of the device, as well as an increase in its mass.
Also known is a visual device that can be switched from day to night. (Patent DE N 4016587, G 02 B 23/12, 1991).
This device requires the use of a third generation image intensifier tube, namely one that produces image wrapping when transferring it from the photocathode to the screen. Therefore, after the image intensifier tube the use of a wrapping system is not required. The production of such image intensifiers is difficult and, as a rule, they are of high cost.
The closest is the night channel of the monocular, which is included in the binoculars for night and day observation (EPO N 0469942, G 02 B 23/12, 1991).
The night channel consists of a lens, an image intensifier tube located coaxially, a wrapping system made in the form of two lens groups, two mirrors that serve to refract the optical axis, and an eyepiece. The first lens group of the wrapping system is located after the image intensifier tube in front of the first mirror, and the second is between the mirrors, the second of which is installed in front of the eyepiece.
The location of the first lens group of the wrapping system immediately after the image intensifier leads to an increase in the longitudinal dimensions of the device, because the image intensifier screen should be in the focal plane of the first lens group. In addition, the farther apart the lens groups are, the larger the light diameter of the lenses of the second one. If the device is used as a monocular, then for the convenience of observation or, based on the requirements for placing the device during observation, it may be necessary to constructively increase the distance between the axes of the lens and the eyepiece, or to make this distance change during operation. This necessitates the location of the lens groups as close as possible to each other. Also, to obtain the technological design of the device, it is desirable to build a wrapping system and an eyepiece according to a symmetrical scheme.
The technical task of this invention is to simplify the structural implementation of the optical circuit of the device for observation at night from the image intensifier to the observer's eye, reduce the longitudinal dimensions of the device when using the image intensifier without wrapping the image, and also create more convenient conditions for using the device during operation.
The technical result consists in the development of a technological design of the device, which is due to the fact that the wrapping system in conjunction with the eyepiece is constructed in a symmetrical manner, as well as to reduce the longitudinal dimensions of the device to sizes convenient for portable use due to the location of two lens groups of the wrapping system between mirrors. In addition, more convenient conditions are created for using the device in the working position due to the wider range of variation of the distance between the axes of the lens and the eyepiece, and in principle this distance during operation can change if necessary due to a change in the air gap between the lens groups of the wrapping system.

фокусное расстояние положительной линзы, входящей в склейку, в мм;

The dispersion is given for a wavelength of λ = 546.07 nm.
As an imaging lens, a mirror-lens system can be used. In the device, instead of mirrors, prisms with total internal reflection can be used.

In FIG. 1 shows an optical diagram of an instrument for observation at night. It consists of a lens 1, an electron-
