Abstract
Description
The invention relates to decorative and applied art in the field of textiles and can be used to create interior decorative and applied works, to enrich the decoration of a modern costume, as well as costumes for theater and cinema, requiring special artistic expression, in addition, the invention can be used in the manufacture jewelry, such as pendants, brooches, necklaces, caskets.
(1). Various methods are known for creating more or less voluminous applications or collages using a wide variety of textile materials. So, there is a known method of making applications from fabric embroidered with silk, which consists in the fact that a small pattern is embroidered with silk crosses on a textile basis, moreover, several such strips are made that differ in color and pattern, then the necessary details of the paintings are cut out of strips, attached to a paper base and get the picture (1).
(2). A known method and device for obtaining a relief image by drawing a pattern of separately made elements. Each element is made of foam and is surrounded by two layers of fabric bonded along the contour of the image, and the cutting and fixing of the elements can be carried out using ultrasound (2).
(3). A known method of forming a three-dimensional multi-colored pattern using adhesive fibers obtained by mixing short and thin filament scraps with synthetic glue and embossing them on the picture elements (3).
A known method of manufacturing decorative products with embossed finish, selected by the authors as the closest analogue and consisting in the fact that the outer surface of the element is wrapped or glued with fibrous material, for example paper, fabric or braid using double-sided adhesive strips, and then glued on top in a certain combination twisted pieces of braid, various decorative elements and pieces of metal threads, make up a decorative pattern from them [4]
However, the known method has the following disadvantages. The used textile materials do not allow to obtain sufficiently thin graphic silhouettes, the emotional expressiveness of such embossed textures is relatively low. In addition, the drawing made in a known manner is one-sided and cannot be viewed in space as, for example, sculpture.
The aim of the invention is to expand the range of decorative and applied arts products made of textiles, increase the emotional expressiveness of relief textures by creating a graphic silhouette, creating exquisite forms, as well as the possibility of obtaining complex spatial compositions of large size, such as theater curtains and compositions with a two-sided decorative effect. one
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the known method, which includes preliminary preparation of the base of the product with subsequent preparation of the ornament, a template is made for each decorative element, the template is glued from the wrong side, the winding is produced by threads, stacking them one to the other and changing the direction of the winding of one or more threads and the winding and gluing are repeated many times, and when drawing up the ornament, the elements are fixed to the base and to each other. As the fibrous material, predominantly thin silk threads are used. Elements are stacked on top of each other in layers.
The invention can be illustrated by the following example. A preliminary sketch of the product is created on a scale, then it is transferred to cardboard in full size of the product, and then again the drawing is transferred to tracing paper and element-wise to cardboard, thus obtaining the patterns of each element. In the manufacture of a single element, the template is glued from the wrong side and the threads are wound, stacking them one to one and, at the artist's request, changing the direction of the winding of one or more threads, if necessary repeating the sizing of the entire template or its individual parts. Changing the color of the thread or its direction in accordance with the color design of the weave creates new forms with a stretch in color saturation and aperture ratio.
Elements made by winding with threads are temporarily attached to tracing paper, some of the elements can be made in other application techniques. Next, elements from tracing paper are transferred to the basis of the finished product. The base can be made of fabric or leather using the technique of applique, covering, painting on fabric or printed, braided or in any other decorative way and can be of any flat shape, in the form of a frame or volumetric of any size, made of cardboard, wood, metal, etc. .d. When connecting the elements to each other with the wrong sides, spatial compositions can be created with a two-sided decorative effect.
The proposed method allows you to expand the range of products of decorative art by creating a new direction - textile formoplastics. Products obtained in this technique are distinguished by a thin graphic silhouette, sophistication of forms. Using thin threads and changing the angle with a multilayer winding allows you to partially expose the 3 4 previous layers and thereby create a new graphic or color effect. The flexibility of the template allows for complex spatial composition.
