Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of pulp production, and in particular to the field of neutralization of its combined-cycle emissions.
п. Cellulose is cooked by sulphite, soda or sulphate methods mainly in batch boilers. In the process of cooking and unloading pulp from boilers, inert gases and vapors are blown off. Water vapor is condensed from the blow-offs, cleaned of sulfur dioxide / in the production by the sulfite method /, the rest is emitted into the atmosphere. With inert gases, harmful substances enter the atmosphere. During sulphite cooking, the atmosphere is polluted by vapors of volatile organic substances: methanol, cimol, furfural, acetone, formic acid, etc. / 1, p. 392 416 /. In the process of evaporation of spent liquors into the atmosphere, in addition to the listed substances, formaldehyde, phenols, etc.
п. /2, с. 548/. In the sulfate cooking method, the atmosphere is also polluted by foul smelling hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide, etc. / 2, p. 548 /.
In the literature there are references to the possibility of burning foul smelling gases in boilers of pulp production regeneration plants / 2, p. 550 /, however, practically this method of combustion did not find application, because as a result of the irregularity and frequency of blowing out of digesters in the furnaces of boiler units, explosive mixtures are formed.
The technical result of the claimed invention is to increase the explosion safety of the process of burning harmful emissions or to ensure explosion safety in case of any irregularities of blowing. Explosion protection opens up the possibility of burning harmful emissions in the boiler of a regeneration plant for the production of cellulose.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that non-uniform and periodic harmful emissions are sent to a gas tank, from where they are supplied not to the furnace, but to the stream of air entering the boiler unit. At the same time, the flow rate from the gas holder is controlled in a known manner so that the lower explosive limit is not reached in the resulting air-gas mixture. Subsequent mixing of the gas-air mixture with air intended for the combustion of evaporated liquors in the boiler, finally guarantee the impossibility of the formation of explosive mixtures in the furnace.
The claimed invention provides an additional technical result, if in the production of sulfite cellulose the last stages of purification from sulfur dioxide are removed from the blow-offs of digesters. At the same time, the amount of cymol supplied with cooking acid and having a negative effect on the pulping process is reduced, and cleaning costs are reduced.
An additional technical result is the use of heat generated during the combustion of harmful emissions.

4.Example 1. Into the collection manifold 1 and further into the gas tank 2 by periodic blowing off from the pulp mill with the sulfite method with a capacity of 12.5 t / h of pulp and from the liquor evaporation plant for a total of / without water vapor / 450 m 3 / h of gases and vapors are received, including 150 m 3 / h of nitrogen and carbon dioxide, 25 m 3 / h of sulfur dioxide and 275 m 3 / h / 700 kg / h / vapors of volatile organic substances: methanol, furfural, cimol, acetone, phenols, formaldehyde, formic acid and t The gas-vapor mixture from the gas tank 2 at a constant flow rate of 450 m 3 / h / flow rate is set and regulated with a gate 3 / is directed into the flow of 9000 m 3 / h of air, which was previously used to blow off volatile substances, for example, from the acid condensate of the liquor evaporation plant or from sewage. The concentration of combustible substances in the gas flow does not exceed 3% vol. which is significantly lower than the lower explosive limit, which ensures the explosion safety of the air-gas mixture. This mixture is fed to boiler unit 4.
In boiler unit 4, 9200 kg / h of organic substances / 8500 kg / h of dry substances in the form of one stripped off liquor and 700 kg / h of volatile organic matter from a gas tank are burned 2 /. The need for combustion air, taking into account an excess coefficient of 1.03, is 42,000 m 3 / h; therefore, 33,000 m 3 / h of air is additionally sent to boiler unit 4. The gas-air stream is mixed with this additional air and then sent to the combustion of one stripped off liquor.
п.Example 2. Into the collection manifold 1 and further into the gas tank 2 periodically by blowing from the sulphate pulping plant with a capacity of 12 t / h and from the liquor evaporation plant in total / without taking into account water vapor / 330 m 3 / h of gases and vapors, including . 150 m 3 / h of nitrogen and carbon dioxide, 5 m 3 / h of hydrogen sulfide, 175 m 3 / h of vapors of volatile organic and organosulfur substances, turpentine, methanol, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide, etc.
The gas-vapor mixture from the gas holder 2 with a constant flow rate of 330 m 3 / h / flow rate is set and regulated by a gate 3 / is sent to the flow of 9000 m 3 / h of air from the liquor oxidation and blowing off odoriferous substances. The concentration of combustible substances in the air is 2% vol. which is 2-3 times lower than the lower explosive limit. This ensures the explosion safety of the mixture.
This mixture is sent to the soda recovery boiler 4 / CPK /. 11160 kg / h of organic and organosulfur substances / 10800 kg / h in the composition of one stripped off liquors and 360 kg / h in gas-vapor blow-offs are burnt in the IBS. The need for combustion air with an excess coefficient of 1.2 is 60,000 m 3 / h; therefore, 51,000 m 3 / h of air is additionally supplied to the air discharge system, after mixing it with 9330 m 3 / h of gas-air mixture. The resulting mixture is sent to the combustion of one stripped off liquor.
