Abstract
Description
д. The invention relates to the field of energy supply and can be used to utilize the heat of the exhaust gases in various industries and processes: ventilation, drying of materials, boiler rooms, etc.
Currently, various heat exchangers are used for these purposes to transfer heat from one working medium (heat carrier) to another (see S. S. Kutateladze's book “Heat Transfer and Hydrodynamic Resistance”, M. Energoatomizdat, 1990). According to the device, these devices are divided into regenerative and regenerative. The advantages of recuperators include their high gas density and low aerodynamic drag on the side of the heating gases, and the disadvantages are increased bulkiness and metal consumption compared to regenerators.
At the same time, the common significant drawback of the known heat exchangers mentioned is their inefficiency in the presence of water vapor, liquid and solid technological entrainments in the exhaust gases, and practically no exhaust gases exist without these contaminants. Under the influence of these contaminants, slagging of the heating surfaces occurs and the heat exchanger ceases to fulfill its functions. To avoid these negative effects, the temperature gradient between the interacting coolants is deliberately increased, preventing the surface temperature of the heat exchanger from falling below the dew point of the water vapor in the exhaust gases. So, in order to avoid slagging of the economizer of the steam boiler, the temperature of the flue gases before they are released into the atmosphere are forced to maintain at least 140-160 o C.
с. N 1276878, кл. F 23 L 15/02, опубл. 1986). The closest in technical essence to the claimed solution should be considered a heat exchanger, including a tubular heating surface located in the duct and in the channel for the heated medium, the guide walls separating the duct and the channel for the heating medium, as well as a rotating vertical shaft on which the fan wheel and said tubular heating surface partially filled with a low boiling liquid (a.s. N 1276878, class F 23 L 15/02, publ. 1986).
п. The main disadvantage of the prototype is its low operational efficiency, which is a consequence of the presence in the heat pipes of the oncoming flows of the working fluid (low-boiling liquid and its vapor), which, in turn, reduces the intensity of the heat flow between the heated and the heating medium, in addition, it is prone to rapid pollution when working on dusty and moist gases, so it is almost impossible to apply it at low temperature gradients of working fluids, such as air, typical for ventilation, drying, etc.
The purpose of the invention is to increase operational efficiency by intensifying heat transfer, also in creating a self-cleaning heat exchanger that works stably in conditions of increased dust and humidity of the exhaust gases, and also eliminates significant overflow between the heated and heating media.
According to the invention, the goal is achieved in that the recuperative heat exchanger is made in the form of tubular heating surfaces rotating on a vertical shaft with guiding walls between the heated and heating media, providing the heat flow always in the same direction, however, unlike the prototype, it is equipped with three hollow disks, located sequentially under the fan wheel on a rotating shaft and communicating with each other through the aforementioned tubular surfaces, while the central Single tube surfaces arranged in the channel for the heated medium, and the extreme surfaces of the tube, placed in the duct, operate insulated around the middle disc further comprises establishing a labyrinth seal in a cavity of the disk is further arranged insulated conical heat exchanger and below the lower disk arranged annular channel. In this case, part of the internal volume of the heat exchanger is filled with a low-boiling liquid, such as ammonia.
15. The invention is illustrated in the drawing. The drawing shows the upper hollow disk 1, connected to the middle hollow disk 2 by means of condensate tubes 3 and a steam pipe of the central heat-insulated pipe 4. The middle hollow disk, which has a thermally insulated conical drop separator 5 inside, is connected to the lower hollow disk 6 by means of boiling tubes 7 and heat-insulated lower extreme tubes 8. The upper and lower tubes are separated by partitions 9, forming gas ducts, some of which, around the fan wheel 10, has the shape of a snail 11. Said fan wheel is connected ineno with a rotating part of the heat exchanger by means of a shaft 12. To prevent the overflow of heated and heating media, a labyrinth seal 13 is provided. An annular channel 14 is provided in the lower part of the heat exchanger to collect condensate. Part of the internal volume of the heat exchanger is filled with low-boiling liquid 15.
The device operates as follows: under the influence of rarefaction in the ventilation system, the heated medium, for example, clean air, coming from above, is twisted by the cochlea 11 and rotates the fan wheel 10 and the other rotating part of the heat exchanger connected to it by the shaft 12: hollow disks 1, 2, 6, condensate 3 and heating pipes 7, etc. Further, the heated medium, transversely flowing around the condensate tubes 3, cooling the vapors of the low-boiling liquid 15 located in them, is heated, thereby receiving the latent heat of vaporization of the condensed low-boiling liquid, and is supplied to the consumer. Drops of condensate flowing down along the inner surface of the condensate tubes 3 fall onto a conical droplet eliminator 6, from where they are discarded by the action of gravity and centrifugal force to the periphery of the middle hollow disk 2, then along the insulated lowering tubes 8 fall into the lower hollow disk 6, where, distributed over individual boiling tubes 7, under the influence of a heating medium transversely flowing around these pipes, boil again and rise up as a vapor-gas mixture, where they are separated by centrifugal force, separated l on liquid and steam. The vapor, as lighter, rises up and through the conical heat-insulated drop collector 5, through the steam pipe the central heat-insulated pipe 4 enters the upper hollow disk 1 for reuse. The unevaporated part of the boiling liquid, as a heavier one, is thrown under the influence of the same centrifugal force to the periphery of the middle hollow disk 2 and then again enters the heat-insulated lower tubes 8, forming the internal circuit of the circulation of the boiling liquid. Due to this, the velocity of the coolant in the boiling tubes 7 increases, and therefore the magnitude of the heat flux through these tubes. The cooled walls of the boiling tubes 7, taking away the heat of the exhaust gases, usually containing water vapor, solid and liquid technological entrails, are covered with moisture and slag, however, these impurities that adversely affect heat transfer cannot be retained on the surface of these tubes and under the action of centrifugal force they break down from their surface, fall down and then collect in the annular channel 14, from where this mixture of water, dissolved gases and slag is sent for disposal. The exhaust gases cooled and purified in this way are emitted into the atmosphere.
The proposed device has significant advantages compared with the prototype, as well as the above-mentioned rotating regenerative heat exchanger. Firstly, there are no oncoming flows of the working fluid (low-boiling liquid and its vapor), which significantly increases the heat transfer intensity. Secondly, it does not have a special engine and gearbox for imparting rotation to heat exchange surfaces, which greatly simplifies and increases the reliability of the device. Thirdly, the proposed heat exchanger is self-cleaning, and this allows it to be used to recover the heat of low-potential moist exhaust gases with the return to the latent heat of vaporization of water vapor, which is usually contained in large quantities in these gases.
