Abstract
Description
The invention relates to electroplating and can be used to restore worn internal surfaces of parts.
A device for applying electroplating by electrolytic rubbing (1), consisting of two or more electrodes. Each electrode is a cylinder with a spiral sector. In the spiral sector there are slots for supplying fresh electrolyte to the tampon.
сложность технологии изготовления электрода;
открытый подвод электролита, что ухудшает условия труда;
The disadvantages of this device are:
the complexity of electrode manufacturing technology;
open supply of electrolyte, which worsens working conditions;
the inability to control the volume of electrolyte supply in the electrolysis core.
The objective of the invention is to obtain a technical result, expressed in the following: simplifying the manufacture of the electrode, improving working conditions and increasing the productivity of the process.
To achieve the specified technical result, the electrode is made in the form of two separate parts: a hollow cylinder and a hollow spiral sector mounted on the cylinder. The hollow cylinder has holes for supplying electrolyte located in the upper part of the cylinder, and holes for supplying electrolyte to the spiral sector, located along a helical line coaxially with the spiral sector. The sector also has openings for supplying and regulating the volume of electrolyte supply to the tampon and into the interelectrode zone. These holes are located along a helical line.
In FIG. 1 shows the proposed electrode, General view; in FIG. 2 - section A A in FIG. 1; in FIG. 3 hollow cylinder.
The electrode consists of a
The electrode operates as follows. An electrolyte is supplied to the
The coating is deposited on the side walls of the part (not shown) during rotation in a spiral coaxially with the electrode surface. The gas bubbles released during this process are removed mechanically gradually from the bottom up with a swab.
The spiral shape of the electrode allows dispersion of gas during the deposition process.
The proposed prefabricated electrode design is easier to manufacture in comparison with the news. Its parts can be easily manufactured in any conditions; complex technological equipment is not required.
2 Thus, the proposed design of the electrode allows to increase the productivity of the process and create additional convenience in work. YYY2
