Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the mining industry, and in particular to methods of mining.
A known method of through-mine mining, in which artillery is used to fire large-mass shells moving at supersonic speeds at the slaughter.
The known method does not allow the development of the necessary contour, since the breaking and crushing of the rock at the bottom of the face with the untouched mass will be uneven and it will be necessary to spend time on cleaning and leveling the output contour, which leads to unproductive costs and reduces the rate of excavation.
The purpose of the invention is to increase labor productivity and speed of mine workings by reducing the time for the formation of holes (holes) in the face, their rational distribution over the face area with optimal values of the diameter and depth of the holes.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a method that includes the use of artillery means for firing shells moving at supersonic speed into the rock, breaking and cleaning the rock, securing the workings, holes form firing shells at a given depth and a given diameter, and each subsequent shell affects the rock until the previous stop in the rock, the physical and mechanical properties of the bottom rock are studied, the fracture zone in the intact mass is determined, and the bottom of the projectile formed and of holes arranged in said zone. It is possible to shoot shells automatically according to a predetermined program, simultaneously over the entire area of the face, with shells equipped with charges that fire with a slowdown at a given depth. The workings are secured by fired shells, which are simultaneously the fastening means.
The method is as follows.
Based on a preliminary study of the physicomechanical properties of the rock in which the mine is being drilled, an artillery and shells are chosen whose technical characteristics allow for making holes in the face contour when firing, i.e. penetrate the rock to a predetermined depth. This allows you to abandon the traditional drilling of holes using drilling machines and, accordingly, reduces the time for the formation of holes. Puncture shells form openings (holes) of rational depth and diameter in the face of the mine, which are charged with standard explosives and explode in a certain order. The rate of fire of artillery not only significantly reduces the duration of the formation of holes, but also allows you to significantly increase their number (including non-rechargeable holes used to weaken the array and as additional outcrops), especially in the peripheral zone (which leads to the elimination of excesses) and in the log (increases the efficiency of breaking).
The formation of holes can be done automatically, i.e. each subsequent shell is fired to a stop in the previous rock. The effectiveness of the method of forming holes can be improved by programming a grid of holes, after which automatic firing is carried out according to a predetermined program both at a given depth and at a certain distance between the holes. The rate of penetration will increase if you use the established pattern of location inside the untouched array of the face of the mine, passable by the drilling and blasting method, alternating zones of compaction and fracturing. To do this, determine the closest fracture zone in the face rock, and the fired shells form bore holes, the face of which is located in the specified zone. This allows the use of less powerful explosive charges in the bottom of the holes and, consequently, the energy consumption for breaking the rock.
The proposed method has an advantage over the known ones in that the holes formed by the shells no longer need to be cleaned of the fines formed during drilling, since when the projectile moves in the rock, it extends and seals on the walls of the hole.
It is also possible to combine the methods of forming holes and breaking the rock. For this, shells fired at the bottom are equipped with charges that fire with deceleration at a given depth. The specified technique is applicable both when firing automatically, by shells fired alternately, and simultaneously over the entire area of the face.
In conditions dangerous for sudden emissions of coal, rock and gas, the use of the method of provoking emissions using artillery means increases its safety, since the artillery means is installed at a safe distance that does not affect the accuracy of the shells.
д.). An artillery weapon is also used to mount the mine, however, firing is carried out by shells that, after being inserted into the array, perform the task of fastening it (for example, elongated shells made in the form of anchors, shells equipped with a hardening compound, explosive, which, when fired, bursts the walls of the shell in a hole, etc.).
